Cubic Bézier approximation of a digitized curve

In this paper we present an efficient technique for piecewise cubic Bézier approximation of digitized curve. An adaptive breakpoint detection method divides a digital curve into a number of segments and each segment is approximated by a cubic Bézier curve so that the approximation error is minimized. Initial approximated Bézier control points for each of the segments are obtained by interpolation technique i.e. by the reverse recursion of De Castaljau's algorithm. Two methods, two-dimensional logarithmic search algorithm (TDLSA) and an evolutionary search algorithm (ESA), are introduced to find the best-fit Bézier control points from the approximate interpolated control points. ESA based refinement is proved to be better experimentally. Experimental results show that Bézier approximation of a digitized curve is much more accurate and uses less number of points compared to other approximation techniques.

固定床吸附器透过曲线参数优化方法

开发了一种固定床吸附器透过曲线参数估值的优化方法，用Ｂａｓｉｃ语言编制了运算程序，并在普及型２８６微机上考核了该法的可靠性，相对误差在１％以下，运算机时７．５ｍｉｎ。     

衰减曲线分析的诺模图

基于Arps递减方程,建立了衰减曲线分析的诺模图。应用该诺模图,可以方便地确定油气田的可采储量。     

A relation between interfacial and bulk properties along the saturation curve

A liquid-vapor interface in thermal equilibrium was considered, where the pressure tensor depends upon the density (z) and the position z. The surface tension coefficient results are parametrized with the bulk compressibility, liquid-vapor density difference, and interfacial width along the saturation curve. Previous results at the triple and critical points reported by other investigators are verified. Also included is a plot of the computed results using the parametric equation and experimental data for different substances.

Packed-microtubes model for flowthrough chromatography of protein

A mathematical model for flowthrough (perfusion) chromatography, namely packed-microtubes (PMT) model, has been proposed for a column packed with biporous (BiP) anion exchanger in which the mesopores and flowthrough pores are created with liquid and solid porogens, respectively. The model is established based on the assumption that the BiP particle is made up of packed microtubes. Bovine serum albumin (BSA) is used as a model protein and three kinds of anion exchangers (i.e., mesoporous, macroporous and BiP resins) are used as adsorbents to determine the model parameters and to evaluate the model. Adsorption equilibrium and finite bath experiments are performed to determine the adsorption isotherms and kinetics parameters. Both the bound amounts of the protein on the surface of the mesopores and macropores are experimentally determined and taken into account in the mathematical model. With all the model parameters determined by independent experiments or calculated from available correlations, model simulations are performed and compared with the experimentally determined breakthrough profiles of the BiP column. It is found that the model predictions agree reasonably well with the experimental data obtained under various conditions and the PMT model fit experimental data better than the modified double linear driving force (LLDF) model proposed by Leitão and Rodriogues (1999. Biochemical Engineering Journal 3, 131) in which the adsorbent particle is considered to be made up of packed microparticles. The results indicate that the PMT model is more reasonable for this kind of BiP adsorbent.     

基于Hilbert曲线和位置自调节法的图像版权保护算法

以小波的相关理论为基础,先把水印图像预置乱处理,对宿主图像直接进行小波包分解,之后将水印的低频部分和中高频部分分别采用Hilbert曲线扫描和位置自调节法嵌入到宿主图像中,嵌入强度可根据图像的内容自适应调节。通过实验观察,新算法在抗压缩和抗剪切性能有所提升,同时隐蔽性和抗噪能力也得到了较大改观,结果充分说明该算法是一种性能较为优良的图像版权保护算法。     

凸轮磨恒线速加工过程曲线优化

为了提高凸轮轴的加工效率和加工精度,开发可用于凸轮轴磨削修整系统的动态优化模块。根据凸轮轴恒线速磨削原理,在Matlab中完成了数学模型的建模,采用三次样条曲线拟合插值法对加工过程曲线进行了优化,从而得到了波动更小的速度曲线并减少了恒线速度磨削所引起的联动轴响应问题。实验表明,该方法很好地实现了在二次磨削中对凸轮轴表面轮廓的修整,提高了凸轮轴的表面质量。
