试论安定性不合格消石灰对柔性路面质量的影响

由于过烧石灰的存在和消解不当等原因，造成消石灰安定性不合格，当石灰稳定类路面结构成型或投入使用后，消石灰中的生石灰颗粒开始吸收周围水分，慢慢消解，消解过程中发生体积膨胀，对路面产生破坏。解决石灰安定性问题对防止公路前修后坏，延长路面使用寿命具有积极的现实意义。     

Corrosion Condition Evaluation at Muddy Creek Bridge

Corrosion rates were measured at the exposed spots of rebars near three corners of Muddy Creek Bridge located in northern West Virginia using a 3LP device. Also, chloride contents of the concrete samples taken from the vicinity of the spots were analyzed using a wet chemical method that had been developed in this study. The average corrosion rate over the three spots was 4.66 mA/m2, which is in the range of corrosion damage possible in 10–15 years. The average chloride content of the concrete over the three spots was 703 parts per million (ppm), which is well above the threshold limit value of 260 ppm. Although the corrosion rate measurement method using a 3LP device is by manual operation, it is found to be reliable and effective, and, thus, recommended for future studies of this kind of research. The wet chemical method developed in this study is found to be effective.     

Preparation of Compound Ultrafine CeO2 by Wet-Solid-Phase Mechanochemical Modification

To satisfy practical requirements from industrial applications, an alternate route for synthesis compound ultrafine CeO2 powders by wet-solid-phase mechanochemical modification using industrial grade hydrated cerium carbonate as raw material was proposed.The effect of modifier reaction percentage, reaction time, calcining temperature and modifier amount on particle size, density, suspensibility, and hardness of compound CeO2 powder was investigated.The phase evolutions of preparation process were characterized by XRD.SEM micrograph of the final product shows that compound CeO2 powders obtained are well-dispersed, spherically-shaped, uniformly-sized and submicron-sized particles.The method is readily available in raw material, low in cost, simple in process, and has great potential for industrialization.The compound CeO2 powders of different physical properties can be synthesized by controlling the above-mentioned influence factors in preparation process.     

催化裂化装置结焦问题的探讨

针对中国石化股份公司所属56套催化裂化装置近两年半以来由于结焦造成非计划停工的原因，进行分析、探讨并提出了解决办法。指出催化裂化装置的结焦虽然是不可避免的、但通过采取有效措施，可以把结焦对装置安全生产的危害降低到最小程度。     

大规格圆钢质量分析和控制

针对湘钢棒材厂生产大规格圆钢出现的表面质量问题，重点介绍了在成品轧机后采用U形辊道和立活套替换棍道；冷床输入辊道采用镶WT合金套；增设高压水除鳞装置；中间轧件尺寸精度控制等措施，成功的解决了大规格圆钢表面擦伤、“麻面”、尺寸超差等表面质量问题，产品质量显著提高。     

Partner violence before and after individually based alcoholism treatment for male alcoholic patients.

This study examined partner violence in the year before and the year after individually based, outpatient alcoholism treatment for 301 married or cohabiting male alcoholic patients and used a demographically matched nonalcoholic comparison sample. In the year before treatment, 56% of the alcoholic patients had been violent toward their female partner, 4 times the rate of 14% in the comparison sample. In the year after treatment, violence decreased significantly to 25% of the alcoholic sample but remained higher than in the comparison group. Among remitted alcoholics after treatment, violence prevalence of 15% was nearly identical to the comparison sample and half the rate among relapsed patients (32%). Thus, partner violence decreased after alcoholism treatment, and clinically significant violence reductions occurred for patients whose alcoholism was remitted after treatment. 通过高炉鼓风机扩压叶片断裂事故，从化学分析、物理检验，结合使用情况对扩压叶片断裂原因进行了详细分析，并提出了改进措施。     

套管钻井用套管外表面磨损后剩余强度分析

在分析讨论套管钻井管柱磨损形态的基础上,结合API5C5实物试验尺寸要求,通过有限元计算分析方法,对钻井套管完钻后含有外表面磨损缺陷的套管柱的极限剩余抗挤强度和极限剩余抗拉强度进行了研究,分别获得了均匀磨损和偏磨条件下,套管钻井套管柱外表面磨损缺陷的临界长度尺寸数值,以及不同破坏失效准则条件下的剩余抗挤强度和剩余抗拉强度的计算方程,为套管钻井中套管柱的设计、计算奠定了理论基础。     

两栖装甲装备新型防腐材料的研究

沿海地区特殊海洋环境造成装甲装备的严重腐蚀,为了研制一种新型的耐蚀有机涂层,该文作者研究了有机硅改性环氧树脂的化学反应,并对改性树脂的性能进行了测试分析.结果表明,改性树脂克服了环氧树脂的耐温性差、亲水性强以及盐水渗透率高的性能缺陷,为进一步制备该地区装甲装备防腐涂料奠定基础.
