Poly(methyl methyacrylate)‐block‐polydimethylsiloxane (PMMA‐b‐PDMS) copolymers with various compositions were synthesized with PDMS‐containing macroazoinitiator (MAI), which was first prepared by a facile one‐step method in our lab. Results from the characterizations of X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), contact angle measurements, and atomic force microscopy (AFM) showed that the copolymer films took on a gradient of composition and more PDMS segments enriched at the film surfaces, which then resulted in the low surface free energy and little microphase separation at the film surfaces. By contrast, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analysis demonstrated that distinct microphase separation occurred in bulk. Slight crosslinking of the block copolymers led to much steady morphology and more distinct microphase separation, in particularly for copolymers with low content of PDMS. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Unique explanations are given to describe changes in the mixing torque and tensile and impact properties of poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC)/wood sawdust composites affected by various types and concentrations of silane coupling agents. Concentrations of 0.5–1.0 and 1.5 wt % coupling agent are recommended for the optimization of the tensile and impact properties of the composites, respectively. Changes in the tensile and impact properties of the composites with a low sawdust content were more sensitive to the addition of silane coupling agents than those with a high sawdust content. KBM603 was suitable for improving the tensile properties, whereas KBE603 is recommended for high impact resistance of the composites. The differences in the mechanical and thermal properties of the PVC/sawdust composites were dependent on the characteristics of the functional groups in the silane coupling agents used, such as hydrophilic level, number of functional groups, self‐condensation reaction, and effectiveness of the hydrolysis reaction. Thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) films with permanent, silicone‐rich, low‐friction, low‐abrasion surfaces were obtained by melt blending of high‐density polyethylene (HDPE) and polypropylene (PP) with polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS)‐containing block copolymers. Two different block copolymers, a siloxane–urea segmented copolymer and a polycaprolactone‐b‐PDMS triblock copolymer were used as modifiers at levels between 0.1 and 5.0% by weight. Blends were prepared in a twin‐screw extruder. Modified films displayed surfaces with very low friction coefficients and high abrasion resistance, which depended on the type and the level of additive incorporated into the system. Bulk properties of these modified systems, such as crystallization and melting behavior or tensile properties, were not affected. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 研究以非线性方程描述的飞机在操纵面发生损伤、卡死等故障时的自适应观测器诊断方法.通过引入有效性因子表征操纵导数变化的程度,将飞机操纵面故障诊断转化为具有未知参数的Lipschitz非线性系统的状态观测器设计问题.采用Lypunov方法,给出了观测器的结构形式和参数估计的自适应律,并在分析观测器渐近收敛的充分条件的基础上,给出了相关参数.数字仿真表明建议的自适应观测器能够快速且较准确地估计出有效因子的变化,验证了该方法的可行性.  相似文献

This research makes an investigation into the etching mechanism of atmospheric plasma conditions on the surface of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) films. Two types of untreated PET films (S/200 and S/500) were exposed to plasma for 0 to 5.0 min in 30‐s increments. The first set of each film type was treated in helium plasma, while the second was treated in oxygenated‐helium plasma. Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) was used to characterize pre‐ and post‐exposure films. Weight changes and the degree of solubility were also determined. Based on peak area results, the percent crystallinity of PET S/200 increased by an average of 4.57% (helium treated) and 13.56% (oxygenated‐helium treated), while the S/500 showed only a small increase. There was no significant change in the melting or crystallization temperatures of either film type, indicating a decrease in amorphous content versus an increase in crystalline material. Weight loss analysis supports this theory. Solubility testing revealed a continual decrease in swelling as exposure time was increased. A model was developed to predict the change in the degree of solubility for polyphase surfaces considering the etching rate per phase. 摘要:针对喷涂机器人在大曲率组合曲面的面片上喷枪轨迹间的组合与连接问题,结合曲面拟合理论与喷枪建模方法,建立喷枪轨迹优化模型,提出一种满足大曲率组合曲面上喷枪轨迹首尾衔接的算法程序。首先,基于曲面拟合理论将大曲率组合曲面转换为自然二次曲面面片组合,建立涂层增长模型,对组合曲面上不同类型自然二次曲面面片交界处的喷枪轨迹进行优化;其次,基于该模型运用交换子和交换序列的思想,设计出实现喷涂大曲率组合曲面的喷枪轨迹组合与连接的新算法,并编写相应的算法程序,实现喷涂轨迹的全局优化;最后,通过某一种汽车外壳的喷涂实验,验证了模型的有效性和算法程序的可行性,实现了对大曲率组合曲面的连续性喷涂。  相似文献

该文提出了一种可以广泛应用于四阶PDE曲面的裁剪方法。利用PDE的参数域内的曲线在曲面上投影,得到所求裁剪曲面的边界曲线,然后通过边界曲线的导矢与曲面在边界曲线处的法向量得到边界曲线处的跨界导矢,最后以求得的裁剪曲面的边界曲线以及裁剪曲面在边界曲线处的跨界导矢为PDE曲面的边界条件,用四阶的PDE曲面方程求得PDE裁剪曲面。  相似文献

Castor oil (CO) is an environmentally friendly renewable green resource and ideal alternative to petroleum resources. The preparation of high strength and high toughness castor oil-based polyurethane prepolymer (COPU) composites has significant applications such as supporting material and engineering plastic sheet. In this study, unmodified clam shell powder (CSP) with a unique CaCO3-proteoglycan structure was used as a filler to prepare compatible reinforced COPU composite materials. Investigation of the mechanical properties revealed that the elastic modulus of the composite COPU reinforced with 50 wt% of CSP had increased to 5859.0 ± 8.4 MPa representing 187.77% to obtain stiffer and stronger material over pure COPU (2036.6 ± 196.9 MPa). Moreover, the scanning electron microscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and contact angle results demonstrated that the reinforced COPU composites have better compatibility, thermal stability, and water resistance than pure COPU. This work will promote the application prospects of CO-based polyurethane.  相似文献

In this work, low density hollow glass beads (HGB)/silicon rubber (SR) composites were prepared by solution method and flocculation process. The prepared samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, tensile test, and friction test. The results show that the densities of SR composites decrease from 1.140 to 0.792 g/cm3 with the addition of HGB. By comparing theoretical density with true density, it can be estimated that the ratio of shattered HGB increase from 8.79% to 24.76%. Especially, the mechanical properties of SR composites were improved by surface modification of HGB. By adding surface-modified HGB at 5 and 10 wt%, the tensile strengths of SR composites were enhanced by 17.8% and 28.2%, respectively. In addition, tear strength, shore A hardness, compression set, and friction property were significantly ameliorated. Furthermore, the mechanism of surface-modified HGB in mechanical properties was analyzed.  相似文献

Two kinds of bio-based polyurethane coatings for controlled-release urea were prepared by in-situ polymerization used castor oil and liquefied starch as raw materials, respectively. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that the section morphology of castor oil based polyurethane (Castor-PU) coating was uniform and dense, and that of liquefied starch based polyurethane (Starch-PU) coating had certain proportion of microporous. Infrared spectroscopy (IR) showed that the two coatings had typical urethane characteristic structure, but the difference was that the Starch-PU had obvious unreacted isocyanate structure. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) showed that the glass transition temperature of the two coatings was around 58°C, but the Castor-PU had a crystallization domain with obvious crystallization melting peak at 130°C. Thermogravimetric analysis (TG) showed that the thermal stability of Castor-PU was significantly higher than that of Starch-PU. The controlled-release property test showed that when the coating ratio was 2.8%, the nutrient release longevity of urea coated with Castor-PU was 49 days and that of urea coated with Starch-PU was 14 days. The reasons for the poor controlled-release performance of Starch-PU were analyzed, which probably caused by concentrated sulfuric acid and hydrophilic dispersant added in the liquefied starch.  相似文献
