艺术设计中语意符号的应用方法

艺术设计中的文字、图形、符号以及色彩作为视觉空间语言设计中的一种符号现象,起着沟通文化、信息的作用,为此,我们应该对此进行研究与认识,发掘更多的符号特性,更准确地运用符号学原理来进行平面图形设计,从而产生一种崭新的创造力。并加速符号成为国际化、无语言阻碍的交流载体。

地图中运动线法符号的算法设计

介绍了运动线法和运动线法地图符号的基本概念,分析并设计了运动线法线状地图符号的绘制算法,最后在电子地图中测试了算法的效果。     

The effects of age on symbol comprehension in central rail hubs in Taiwan

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of age and symbol design features on passengers' comprehension of symbols and the performance of these symbols with regard to route guidance. In the first experiment, 30 young participants and 30 elderly participants interpreted the meanings and rated the features of 39 symbols. Researchers collected data on each subject's comprehension time, comprehension score, and feature ratings for each symbol. In the second experiment, this study used a series of photos to simulate scenarios in which passengers follow symbols to arrive at their destinations. The length of time each participant required to follow his/her route and his/her errors were recorded. Older adults experienced greater difficulty in understanding particular symbols as compared to younger adults. Familiarity was the feature most highly correlated with comprehension of symbols and accuracy of semantic depiction was the best predictor of behavior in following routes.

传统文化符号在社区公园设计中的运用研究——以成都武侯区红牌楼街道祥云公园为例

社区公园是一种与居民生活息息相关的绿化系统,为了提高居民的归属感,将中国的传统文化符号祥云与其巧妙的融合,以参与性、生态性和传统文化传承为设计理念,以祥云为主题,将园区进行功能分区,且最终的设计平面图使用＂凤凰＂的形状,象征着祥瑞,更是该设计的点睛之笔。     

Equivalence in symbolic and nonsymbolic contexts: Benefits of solving problems with manipulatives.

Children's failure on equivalence problems (e.g., 5 + 4 = 7 + __) is believed to be the result of misunderstanding the equal sign and has been tested using symbolic problems (including "="). For Study 1 (N = 48), we designed a nonsymbolic method for presenting equivalence problems to determine whether Grade 2 children's difficulty is due to the presence of symbols or to a more fundamental misunderstanding of equivalence. Children's superior performance on nonsymbolic versus symbolic problems suggests that children fail to map their understanding of equivalence onto problems presented with the symbols of arithmetic. For Study 2 (N = 32), we implemented a within-subject design to assess whether experience with nonsymbolic problems would facilitate performance on symbolic problems. This hypothesis was confirmed. Exposure to nonsymbolic problems may have enabled children to map their successful concepts and strategies to symbolic equivalence problems. 中国京剧艺术符号解析及延伸应用

本论文以京剧文化为对象,从分析符号学理论系统与京剧艺术的本质联系开始,重点阐述了京剧作为国粹存在的价值,京剧艺术中符号特性的表现以及京剧艺术符号的意指关系。并结合北京奥运的时代背景,初步探讨了北京08奥运背景下进行京剧文化的创意设计。     

LDPC-COFDM无线通信系统译码算法研究

对MQAM调制的LDPC-COFDM无线通信系统及其译码算法进行了研究,提出了一种基于部分接收符号硬判决的距离译码算法。该算法首先对接收符号星座图中特别奇异点进行硬判决"校正",然后利用接收符号和译码判决符号在星座图中的距离,在每次迭代前计算符号的伪似然比,作为下次迭代的伪初始信息。仿真分析结果表明,在多径信道模型中,该算法具有良好的性能,是有效的。
