The present study attempts to incorporate methacrylate-based polymers into ordered lamellar organic/inorganic nanocomposite films composed of alternating SiO2/polymer layers. The films are prepared by dip-coating from a solution containing the monomers and silica precursors, thus leading to composite lamellar mesostructured materials through evaporation-induced self-assembly (EISA). A polymerizable coupling agent is added to covalently link the polymers to the silica matrix. The final polymer/SiO2 hybrid material is obtained by a separate free-radical polymerization step, initiated by UV exposure or thermal treatment. Using trimethoxy(7-octen-1-yl)silane as a coupling agent, a procedure was established that preserved the mesostructure and maintained the swelling properties of the polymers, while acrylate-based coupling agents lead to a significant distortion of the film mesostructure. 薄膜热电偶由于具有体积小、热容量小及响应速度快等优点成为近年来学者们研究的重点。薄膜制备常用的方法有射频溅射法、离子镀膜法以及直流脉冲磁控溅射法等,但这些方法操作设备复杂,制作时间长,效率低,成功率低且复现性差。用电子印刷工艺制备薄膜热电偶,将Au,Pt的溶液化微纳米材料印制在基板上,印刷成为Au-Pt薄膜热电偶,该方法操作方便快捷,对电极材料污染小。通过试验证明:采用电子印刷工艺制备的Au-Pt薄膜热电偶符合Au-Pt热电偶检定规程的要求,热电偶精度高,重复性和一致性好。 相似文献

The fabrication of monolayers composed of nordihydroguaiaretic acid (NDGA), and hybrid films composed of NDGA-flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD) adsorbed films was performed in neutral aqueous solutions to produce electrochemically active thin films exhibiting one and two redox couples, respectively. An electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance and cyclic voltammetry were used to study the in situ growth of the NDGA and hybrid NDGA/FAD film monolayers. The NDGA modified film electrocatalytically oxidized NADH, ascorbic acid, dopamine, and N2H4 in neutral aqueous solutions. Well-separated voltammetric peaks were observed for dopamine and uric acid mixtures, and also for ascorbic acid and uric acid mixtures using the NDGA/GC modified electrode. When transferred to various aqueous buffered solutions, the two redox couples of the NDGA/FAD hybrid film and their formal potentials were observed to be pH-dependent. The electrocatalytic oxidation and reduction of NADH and NAD+ by a NDGA/FAD hybrid film in neutral aqueous solutions was carried out, and the electrocatalytic oxidation of NADH was performed using a NDGA/FAD hybrid film. 相似文献

Composite membranes were prepared by grafting plasma-polymerized films onto the surface of nonporous poly (dimethylsiloxane)
films. Gas permeabilities of the composite membranes were measured at 35°C, 1 atm for N2, 02, CO2 and CH4. The permeation properties of the composite membrane was analyzed using the series resistance model. There was a great interfacial
resistance to CH4 permeation through the composite membrane. The interfacial resistance was negligible for the other gases. The interfacial
