目的建立阳极溶出伏安法快速测定饮用水中镉、铅、铜、砷含量的检测方法。方法采用微波消解处理水样,以玻碳电极为工作电极,Ag/AgCl电极为参比电极,铂电极为对电极测定其溶出电流,采用外标法定量。结果在浓度为0.1~10μg/L范围内, Cd、Pb、Cu、As线性关系良好,方法检出限为0.00004~0.001 mg/L,加标回收率在98.10%~100.35%间。实际样品测定精密度小于2%。结论该方法稳定、快速、灵敏度高、准确度好,是一种高效的检测痕量重金属离子的方法。 相似文献

SnSe-based materials have attracted widespread attention in thermoelectrics due to their outstanding thermoelectric performance. However, the pristine and unmodified polycrystalline SnSe reveals poor electrical properties. Doping and constructing nanostructured composite architectures to produce energy filtering effect proved to be an effective method to strengthen thermoelectric performance. In this study, Ti3C2/Sn0.98Cd0.02Se composites are successfully fabricated by the solvothermal method combined with the electrostatic self-assembly method and spark plasma sintering. The phase interface introduced by incorporating Ti3C2 into Sn0.98Cd0.02Se can effectively filter low-energy carriers due to its generation of energy barriers, thereby the Seebeck coefficient of x wt% Ti3C2/Sn0.98Cd0.02Se x = (0.05, 0.5, 1) samples is better than that of the pristine Sn0.98Cd0.02Se over the whole temperature range. Meanwhile, high conductivity was also obtained in 1 wt% Ti3C2/Sn0.98Cd0.02Se sample so that the high power factor of 3.31 μWcm−1K−2 was acquired at 773 K. Ultimately, a peak ZT value of 0.41 was obtained at 773 K, compared with pristine Sn0.98Cd0.02Se, and the thermoelectric performance improved by 24%. This study offers an available approach to efficiently enhance the thermoelectric properties of polycrystalline SnSe-based materials. 相似文献

以铜镉渣浸出液为原料,首先考察均匀电场和非均匀电场对提取金属镉的影响,再对非均匀电场的提镉工艺进行研究。单因素法获得非均匀电场提镉最佳工艺条件是:电流密度200 A/m2、温度40℃、脉冲占空比30%、溶液pH=3.0、电源频率200 Hz、反应时间2.5 h。最后,在不同温度和不同溶液pH下,对镉锌硫酸盐溶液进行循环伏安扫描,探究锌置换提取镉的阳极反应机理。结果表明,升高温度能促进镉的还原析出,减小pH不利于锌对镉的置换反应。铜镉渣浸出液中镉的提取回收对实现镉的源头减排与污染控制有重大意义。 相似文献

目的建立压力罐消解电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)同时测定动物肝脏中铬(Cr)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)的分析方法。方法采用压力罐消解技术用浓硝酸对样品进行消化,运用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定猪肝、鸭肝、牛肝、羊肝、鸡肝中Cr、As、Cd、Pb 4种元素的含量。结果 4种微量元素线性范围良好,相关系数均大于0.999,各元素相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)均小于5.0%(n=6),加标回收率92.0%~105.9%之间,方法检出限为0.00008~0.002μg/g,定量限为0.00024~0.006μg/g。用生物标准参考物质评价分析方法的准确度,测定结果与推荐值相符。结论此方法准确、快速,适用于动物肝脏中微量元素的测定。 相似文献

Caspase-1, as the main pro-inflammatory cysteine protease, was investigated mostly with respect to inflammation-related processes. Interestingly, caspase-1 was identified as being involved in lipid metabolism, which is extremely important for the proper differentiation of chondrocytes. Based on a screening investigation, general caspase inhibition impacts the expression of Cd36 in chondrocytes, the fatty acid translocase with a significant impact on lipid metabolism. However, the engagement of individual caspases in the effect has not yet been identified. Therefore, the hypothesis that caspase-1 might be a candidate here appears challenging. The primary aim of this study thus was to find out whether the inhibition of caspase-1 activity would affect Cd36 expression in a chondrogenic micromass model. The expression of Pparg, a regulator Cd36, was examined as well. In the caspase-1 inhibited samples, both molecules were significantly downregulated. Notably, in the treated group, the formation of the chondrogenic nodules was apparently disrupted, and the subcellular deposition of lipids and polysaccharides showed an abnormal pattern. To further investigate this observation, the samples were subjected to an osteogenic PCR array containing selected markers related to cartilage/bone cell differentiation. Among affected molecules, Bmp7 and Gdf10 showed a significantly increased expression, while Itgam, Mmp9, Vdr, and Rankl decreased. Notably, Rankl is a key marker in bone remodeling/homeostasis and thus is a target in several treatment strategies, including a variety of fatty acids, and is balanced by its decoy receptor Opg (osteoprotegerin). To evaluate the effect of Cd36 downregulation on Rankl and Opg, Cd36 silencing was performed using micromass cultures. After Cd36 silencing, the expression of Rankl was downregulated and Opg upregulated, which was an inverse effect to caspase-1 inhibition (and Cd36 upregulation). These results demonstrate new functions of caspase-1 in chondrocyte differentiation and lipid metabolism-related pathways. The effect on the Rankl/Opg ratio, critical for bone maintenance and pathology, including osteoarthritis, is particularly important here as well. 相似文献

以甲基丙烯酸为单体、高锰酸钾/浓硫酸为引发体系对玉米芯进行接枝改性,成功引入羧基官能团,结合扫描电镜、红外光谱和zeta电位等分析手段研究了吸附条件对玉米芯吸附Cd2+过程的影响及其吸附机理。结果表明,吸附过程符合Langmuir模型和准二级动力学方程,改性玉米芯对Cd2+的吸附主要是化学吸附过程,吸附速率是颗粒内扩散速率和膜扩散速率共同影响的结果;在pH 7、投加量为5 g·L-1、温度为30℃、吸附时间为6 h的条件下,接枝改性玉米芯和原玉米芯对Cd2+的最大吸附容量分别为28.00 mg·g-1和5.96 mg·g-1,提高了近4倍;玉米芯对Cd2+的吸附是一个自发的吸热反应,温度越高,自发程度越大;接枝改性玉米芯对Cd2+的吸附过程中,参与反应的主要官能团有羧基、羟基、酰胺基和甲基等,吸附Cd2+后的接枝改性玉米芯表面出现褶皱和白色小颗粒,孔隙消失,电负性增大。 相似文献

A comparative study of chemical bath deposition (CBD) of ZnS, CdS, and a mixture of (Cd,Zn)S buffer layers has been carried out on electrodeposited CuIn(S,Se)2 (CISSe) and coevaporated Cu(In,Ga)Se2 (CIGS) absorbers. For an optimal bath composition with the ratio of [Zn]/[Cd] = 25, efficiencies higher than those obtained with CdS and ZnS recipes, both on co‐evaporated CIGS and electrodeposited CISSe, have been obtained independent of the absorber used. In order to better understand the (Cd,Zn)S system and its impact on the increased efficiency of cells, predictions from the solubility diagrams of CdS and ZnS in aqueous medium were made. This analysis was completed by in situ growth studies with varying bath composition by quartz crystal microbalance (QCM). The morphology and composition of the films were studied using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X‐ray photoelectron spectra (XPS) techniques. Preliminary XPS studies showed that films are composed of a mixture of CdS and Zn(O,OH) phases and not a pure ternary Cd1 − xZnxS compound. The effect of the [Zn]/[Cd] molar ratio on properties of the corresponding CISSe and CIGS solar cells was investigated by current voltage [J(V)] and capacitance voltage [C(V)] characterizations. Simulated frying experiments were performed on three different types of oils with French fries as the fried food. Comparison of frying oil samples was then made with their control counterparts (i.e. oil samples heated without food). Three different methods, gas chromatography (GC), attenuated total reflection (ATR) AOCS method Cd 14d-99 and attenuated total reflection negative second derivative absorbance (−2D ATR), were applied to quantify total trans fats. The total trans fats were found to be higher in the frying oil samples as compared to the control samples, which might be due to the presence of a high amount of trans fats in the pre-fried and frozen French fries. In general, the ATR AOCS method Cd 14d-99 produced lower amounts of trans fatty acids and the −2D ATR absorbance method produced higher amounts when compared with those obtained by gas chromatography. 相似文献
