采用高温固相法合成了三价铕离子掺杂的硼酸镧钙(La2CaB10O19:Eu3+)荧光粉,XRD测试表明样品属单斜晶系。La2CaB10O19:Eu3+可被近紫外和蓝光LED有效激发,发射主峰位于617nm处,对应铕离子的5 D0!7F2跃迁。Judd-Ofelt强场参数表明,在La2CaB10O19:Eu3+样品中三价铕离子周围环境具有较强的共价性和反演非对称性。计算得5 D0!7FJ(J=1,2,4)的自发辐射跃迁概率分别为80.95、155.46和41.21s-1,最大受激发射截面分别为3.05×10-22、7.41×10-22和3.00×10-22cm2。有效的红光发射表明,La2CaB10O19:Eu3+荧光粉可以作为红色荧光色彩调节剂应用于白光LED。 相似文献

Background: mast cells play an important role in airway inflammation in asthma. The transient receptor potential melastatin-like 7 (TRPM7) channel is expressed in primary human lung mast cells and plays a critical role for cell survival. This study aimed to investigate the role of TRPM7 on degranulation and release of cytokines in rat bone marrow-derived mast cells (BMMCs). Methods: the expression levels of TRPM7 were observed by immunocytochemistry and RT-PCR between normal and asthmatic rat BMMCs. TRPM7-specific shRNA and 2-aminoethoxydiphenyl borate (2-APB) and specific shTRPM7 were used to inhibit the function of TRPM7. Degranulation levels were analyzed by beta-hexosaminidase assay. Histamine, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-13 levels were measured by ELISA. Results: the expression of TRPM7 was significantly higher in asthmatic rat BMMCs than in the normal control group. After application of 2-APB and down-regulation of TRPM7, the beta-hexosaminidase activity and secretion of histamine, IL-6, IL-13 and TNF-α were significantly decreased in the asthmatic group compared to the control group. The seed oils from Dimorphoteca pluvialis and Ricinus communis contain hydroxy fatty acids. Dimorphoteca pluvialis contains Δ-9-hydroxy-10t, 12t-octadecadienoic acid (dimorphecolic acid) and R. communis contains Δ-12-hydroxy-9c-octadecenoic acid (ricinoleic acid). The oils were derivatized and analyzed to determine the content of hydroxy fatty acids.
The trimethylsilyl fatty acid methyl ester (TMS-FAME) derivatives were analyzed by capillary gas chromatography (GC), and
the free fatty acid (FFA) derivatives and the oils were analyzed by capillary supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC). Further,
mass spectroscopy of the TMS-FAME derivatives was performed to check the purity of the derivatives. The results from the GC
analyses of TMS-FAME corresponded to the results found by SFC analysis of the FFA. The content of ricinoleic acid in the glycerolipids

The aim of this study was to prepare polyvinyl borate (PVB)/poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) blend nanofibers by electrospinning process. Polyvinyl borate was synthesized by the condensation reaction of polyvinyl alcohol and boric acid. FTIR analyses showed that boron atoms were found to be integrated into the polymer network. Blending PMMA with PVB decreased the fiber diameter and enhanced the surface roughness of PVB/PMMA blend nanofiber mats. The water wetting property of the nanofiber mats was influenced by the surface roughness. The blend composition with the highest polyvinyl borate content was found to be suitable for thermally stable nanofiber formation. 相似文献

ABSTRACTIn present study, illite flotation behavior with Cetyl Trimethyl Ammonium Chloride (CTAC) as the collector has been studied to investigate the effects of its residual concentration on froth stability and flotation. Results showed that, with increasing conditioning time, the residual concentration (frother concentration) and froth height decreased simultaneously, while the adsorbed amount (particle hydrophobicity) increased. Increasing CTAC conditioning time decreased the residual concentration in solutions, resulting in poor froth stability and flotation recovery at high pH; the adsorption rate of CTAC on illite surface was relatively high at higher pH due to strong electrostatic mechanism, making CTAC residual concentration decrease. 相似文献
