中温低氰液体碳氮共渗及其应用效果

通过金相、硬度、耐磨性等测试分析表明，在“６０３”液体渗碳基础上研制出的新型中温低氰液体碳氮共渗剂对薄片件进行薄层碳氮共渗．能完全满足技术要求，并且取得了良好经济和社会效益．     

Studies on the interactions of metal oxides and Na2 SO4 at 1100 and 1200 K in oxygen

The interaction of different metal oxides such as Co₃O₄, NiO, Al₂O₃, Cr₂O₃, Fe₂O₃ and SiO₂ with Na₂SO₄ at a temperature of 1100 and 1200 K in flowing oxygen has been studied. The thermogravimetric studies for each system were carried out as a function of Na₂SO₄ in the mixture. The presence of different constituents in the reaction products were identified by X-ray diffraction analysis and the morphologies of the reaction products were characterized using metallography and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The formation of products was also investigated by thermodynamic computation of free energies of the reactions and the study of relevant equilibrium phase diagrams. The soluble species in the aqueous solutions of the reaction products were determined quantitatively using atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The high temperature interaction products usually contain a 3-phase structure namely, Na₂O·M₂O _x , M₂O _x and metal sulphide and/or metal sulphate. The formation of Na₂O·M₂O _x depends upon the solid state solubility of metal oxide in the molten salt at high temperatures. Under limited solubility conditions Na₂O·M₂O _x is invariably formed, but as soon as this condition is relaxed the oxide. M₂O _x , precipitates and forms a separate phase.

晶须取向对SiCw／Al复合材料切削表面质量的影响

切削与晶须取向方向间的夹角对ＳｉＣｗ／Ａｌ复合材料切削表面质量有很大影响。当切削角为４５°时，晶须拔出和转动现象均较少，复合材料切削表面粗糙度最低。当切削角为１３５度时，晶段转动造成的撕裂破坏程度很大，复合材料切削表面粗糙度最大。     

高频脉冲电铸Ni-Co纳米复合块体微观结构分析

采用高频脉冲电铸工艺制备出了镍钴纳米复合块体材料，利用场发射扫描电镜、能谱和X射线衍射的方法，重点研究了复合块体沉积层的表面形貌、相结构和结晶取向。结果表明．高频率和润湿剂的添加对沉积层的细化有重要影响，高频脉冲电铸能够获得微观组织致密、均匀的复合块体材料。     

Reticulated Porous Multiphase Ceramics with Improved Compressive Strength and Fracture Toughness

A multiphase reticulated porous ceramic (RPC) as Si₃N₄–Al₂O₃–SiO₂ was fabricated by replication techniques. Proper volumes of additives and twice sinter- twice immerse process endow the RPC an excellent crack healing and submerging property. The compressive strength and fracture toughness improved owing to the crack bridging behavior. The existence of pores in struts in RPC blunt the crack tip and increased the external force needed to propagate the crack. The mechanisms play a beneficial role in enhancing the compressive strength and fracture strength. Si₃N₄ RPC with additives of 5%Al and 5% Al₂O₃ yielded the compressive strength of 9.8 MPa and fracture toughness of 0.3 MPa m^1/2.

介绍一种新型的恒通量的微滤膜———ISOFLUX 膜 ,该种膜的膜通量衰减比通常的微滤膜要小得多 ,对ISOFLUX 膜的原理和数学模型进行了推导 ,并给出了对牛奶进行冷杀菌过滤的结果 .     

高炉炉渣流动性的实验研究

以宝钢高炉渣中的四大组元(CaO,SiO2,Al2O3,MgO)为基础,实验研究MgO,Al2O3含量及碱度对炉渣的熔化性温度和流动性的影响.结果表明,炉渣中Al2O3含量控制在16%,配制适量的MgO(9%～10%),在1 500℃以上的高温区域,炉渣仍能保持正常的流动性,适合炉缸温度充沛的高炉使用;MgO含量由6%增加到10%时,较明显地降低了炉渣粘度,粘度的递减值约为0.07～0.15 Pa.s.     

低熔封接玻璃组成及其发展

综述了低熔封接玻璃的组成特点，给出了大量低熔玻璃组成实例，批出了低熔封接玻璃的封接低温化和无铅化发展方向，磷酸盐玻璃是首选组成之一。新的制备工艺和新的玻璃形成体系将对封接玻璃发展起着十分重要的作用。     

降温集油技术在朝阳沟油田的应用

精确界定油井温度界限值,对回油温度进行自动控制是降低气耗、能耗的有效措施。首先推导了单井温度界限数值模型,然后针对朝阳沟油田的实际情况对油井进行了分类,并选择了有代表性的单(环)井进行了试验。通过现场实测值与利用模型计算的预测值比对,符合率达到了70%以上。在此基础上利用温度界限分析仪进行了进一步的验证试验,结果符合预期。在单(环)井上加装了掺水量自动控制装置,实现了回油温度的自动控制。
