基于FLUENT振荡浮子式波浪能转换装置浮子的数值仿真

基于VOF模型,运用三种不同的造波方法建立了二维数值波浪水槽,并对其进行了比较,选取了在特定波况下较为合适的数值水槽。基于该数值波浪水槽,考察了波浪作用下的运动状态以及受力状态,为波能转换器的设计提供指导。     

坦克装甲车辆用橡胶履带板的研究开发

探讨了坦克装甲车辆用橡胶履带板（ＴＴＲＰ）的损坏摸式及其机理，从胶料配合，性能测试等方面评 ＴＴＲＰ的研究开发进展，并对我国ＴＴＲＰ的研究提出了建议。     

Modeling of solid—liquid adsorption: Effects of adsorbent loads on model parameters

The adsorption of cobalt phthalocyanine dye onto activated carbon in a continuous stirred tank adsorber was studied. The variables investigated were: adsorbent mass, adsorbent particle size and fluid flowrate. Several models based on film, pore and surface diffusion were constructed and fitted to the experimental data. Experimental results showed: (i) the increasing importance of the film mass transfer resistance for increasing adsorbent loads; (ii) the increasing importance of the surface diffusion mechanism for increasing adsorbent loads; and (iii) the better discrimination among different models for higher adsorbent loads and lower flowrate.     

3-D hydrodynamics generated in a stirred vessel by a multiple-propeller system

The aim of this study is to optimize the position and the number of propellers in a non-standard tall vessel. Laser sheet flow visualization experiments were carried out for selected geometrical arrangements which produced stable flow patterns and good transport between the propellers. Four double-propeller arrangements corresponding to frequent industrial cases and a three-propeller system have been chosen. Comparison of LDA measurements in the r-z plane, dimensionless global parameters N_Qp, Nt_m, N_p, E_p and spatial distribution of local energy dissipation rate ? shows that a three-propeller system is the most efficient.

本文针对中压汽包法兰断裂失效原因进行分析，指出汽包上两个法兰同时断裂的原因在于安全阀排汽管路设计上的失误，并提出对安全阀排汽系统的改进措施。     

混合纤维制品在制瓶玻璃窑供料道上的应用

叙述了用多晶氧化铝纤维和高铝纤维制成的混合纤维段制品的生产工艺。该制品是一种能在１３５０℃长期使用的隔热新材料，它用在全电加热玻璃窑供料道后，玻璃液温度稳定，料滴温度长期控制精度可达±１℃，成品率上升到９６．６％，能耗降低。     

外加电流阴极保护在海水冷却槽中的应用

论述了金属的电化学腐蚀和外加电流阴极保护原理。说明对以海水为介质的冷却、冷凝设备,采用外加电流阴极保护是防止设备腐蚀的有效方法。举例说明了应用效果。     

搅拌槽中垂直列管外壁的传热膜系数分布

在一内径为 12 0 0mm容积为 1.5m3 的搅拌槽中 ,使用CBY螺旋桨、 4 5°斜叶桨和六直叶涡轮桨 ,对牛顿流体采用量热法 ,研究了列管外壁的局部传热膜系数的分布情况。实验结果表明 ,对轴向流桨和径向流桨 ,列管外壁的局部传热膜系数有不同的分布 ;列管外壁各点的局部传热膜系数均与ε0 .197成正比。此外 ,文中还研究了桨叶离底距离、桨径等因素对列管外壁局部传热膜系数的影响。     

活性污泥法污水处理厂的运行模拟

结合ASM1和二沉池模型组成活性污泥模拟系统,将某污水处理厂的常规检测数据转化为活性污泥系统模型所需的组分数据,然后调整模型参数,使污水处理厂出水指标最接近于污水处理厂实际数据,从而确定适合该污水处理厂的模型参数,最后对该污水处理厂的工艺参数进行了模拟改造。
