抗地震结构的服役费用函数及其建立方法

讨论了服役工程结构的经济性问题 ,包括 :抗地震结构在服役过程中为完成预定功能所需要的经济花费、这些花费同结构抗震可靠度的函数关系以及它们的建立方法。形成的服役费用函数可以作为决策结构最佳抗震设防标准的依据。     

Corrosion-resistant lightweight metallic bipolar plates for PEM fuel cells

Corrosion resistant treated metal bipolar plates with higher rigidity and electrical conductivity than graphite were developed and tested for PEM fuel cell applications. Six replicas of single cells were used three of which were made of graphite composites bipolar plates and the other three of the treated metallic plates. A Membrane Electrode Assembly (MEA) with 5.55 cm² active electrode areas, 0.3 mg cm^–2 Pt loading and Nafion membrane 115 was fitted to each cell and operated under identical conditions. The experimental testing was conducted at room temperature (20 °C). The average value of the data obtained for the three graphite cells was plotted. Similarly, the average value of the data obtained for the three treated metal cells was plotted on the same graph for comparison. Generally, the treated metal bipolar plate provided at least 12% saving in hydrogen consumption in comparison to graphite. This is attributed to the lower bulk and surface contact resistance of the metal used in this study in relation to graphite. The results of lifetime testing, conducted at room temperature under variable loading showed no indication of power degradation due to metal corrosion for at least 1500 hours.     

耐水性木材用脲醛粘合剂的研究

研究了改进胶合板用脲醛粘合剂的耐水性的方法。针对脲醛粘合剂耐水性低的原因,提出在胶液中添加碱性物质——耐水添加剂,可显著改善胶合板的耐水性,几种添加剂并用,胶合板可达一级耐水板的水平。     

新一代天气雷达发射机故障诊断分析

我省的新一代天气雷达在多年的运行过程中出现了各种不同类型的故障,有些严重故障直接导致雷达停机,影响了气象预报服务.本文介绍和总结了该雷达发射机部分出现的一些主要故障,这些故障都集中在雷达射频驱动器、聚焦线圈电源、触发器、调制器、后充电调整器等组件上.通过对这些组件的功能和工作原理的分析,详细介绍发射机故障诊断分析的关键技术.     

地市级气象基础数据库的升级改造与运行维护

随着气象现代化的不断推进,气象业务体系的不段完善和发展,各种新的气象服务手段的不断涌现,地市州一级气象基础数据的需求越来越大。以德阳为例仅直接调用SQL数据库的应用就多达20种,如何保障基础气象数据库的正常运行,是目前需要解决的一个问题。我局建立了多个基础气象数据库服务器,按照应用的资源占有率合理将应用分配大各个服务器上,以保证基础气象数据数据库正常运行。本文主要以德阳市气象局为例,介绍了我局为保证气象基础数据库正常运行采取的一些措施。     

Al2O3 coated glass by aerosol deposition with excellent mechanical properties for mobile electronic displays

Al₂O₃ thin film was deposited on Gorilla glass using an aerosol deposition method to improve the mechanical property of cover glass for mobile electronic device. The deposited Al₂O₃ film (approximately 1 μm thick) was a polycrystalline structure and showed a high light transmittance of approximately 90% in the visible light region. The CIE color space (L*a*b) measurement also showed a characteristic corresponding to the acceptable optical range of the cover glass. Further, it was confirmed that the bending strength improved by 10 %, as compared with bare Gorilla glass (from 6970 kgf/cm² to 7704 kgf/cm²), and the Vickers hardness increased to approximately 1700–2000 HV, as compared with that of Gorilla glass (<700 HV). Owing to the improved mechanical properties, the Al₂O₃ thin film exhibited good anti-scratch properties and is expected to be applied to the cover glass of various display products.     

不同时期建造的混凝土框架结构建筑物抗震能力评估

目的 研究依据不同时期<建筑抗震设计规范>建造的混凝土框架结构建筑物抗震能力的差异.方法 基于Pushover分析方法,建立依据不同的<建筑抗震设计规范>建造混凝土框架结构三维分析模型,采用SAP2000软件对结构进行分析,根据能力谱法,将Pushover曲线转换为能力谱曲线,将规范中的设计反应谱转换得到弹塑性需求谱,通过能力谱和需求谱的叠加,求出结构的性能点,进而得到结构的顶点位移及塑性铰分布、层间位移角和楼层位移,从而得到框架结构的抗震能力.结果 通过一个5层混凝土框架结构教学楼的抗震能力分析,分别得到依据我国1974年、1989年和2001年<建筑抗震设计规范>建造的建筑物能力谱曲线和达到性能点时的塑性铰发展过程.结论 依据不同的<建筑抗震设计规范>建造的建筑物抗震能力差异明显,建议在抗震能力评估时,应给予充分考虑.     

环氧树脂耐候性能的研究

以光稳定剂GW-682、抗氧剂KY-1010、紫外线吸收剂UV-531等抗老化助剂为主,对环氧树脂浇铸体的耐老化性能进行研究,研究其对环氧树脂老化行为的影响,并利用DSC和红外光谱分析手段研究了不同配比的抗老化助剂对环氧树脂浇铸体老化过程的影响,并测定了光老化过程中环氧树脂稳定剂体系物理机械性能,确定了最佳的光稳定剂、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂配比。     

耐擦洗刚性仿瓷涂料的研制

介绍了耐擦洗刚性仿瓷涂料的配方，制备方法，讨论了影响耐擦洗的各种因素，并根据指标，确定了该涂料的最佳配方。     

P-糖蛋白基因疫苗的构建与鉴定

目的　制备P 糖蛋白基因疫苗。方法　利用PCR方法扩增编码人类P 糖蛋白多药耐药基因序列胞外区约 1kb片段 ,与真核表达载体pcDNA3进行定向重组 ,限制性内切酶BamHI和XhoI双酶切反应及测序鉴定该重组基因疫苗 ,磷酸钙共沉淀法转染人类K5 62红白血病细胞 ,经G418筛选后 ,免疫组化分析该重组基因疫苗表达产物的抗原特异性。结果　构建了pcDNA3 MDR1重组基因疫苗。限制性内切酶BamHI和XhoI双酶切分别显示 5 .4kb的载体片段及约 1kb的插入序列 ,测序 948个碱基中除 2个碱基突变外均与原序列排列相符。免疫组化方法证实细胞膜表面MDR1约 1kb片段的表达产物可被抗Pgp抗体识别。结论　构建的pcDNA3 MDR1重组基因疫苗可被市售的Pgp抗体特异性识别 ,具有Pgp抗原特异性
