Dynamical responses for a vertical vibration model of a four-roller cold rolling mill under combined stochastic and harmonic excitations

Considering that random fluctuations can affect the rolling process of cold rolling mills, leading to abnormal cold mill performance and defects in the rolled product. Therefore, it is crucial to study the influence of random fluctuations on the system of cold rolling mills. In this paper, taking a model of the vertical vibration of a four-roller cold rolling mill under harmonic excitation as a prototype class for a real system, the effects of random fluctuations on the system response are analyzed. Firstly, based on the deterministic vertical vibration model of a four-roller cold rolling mill under harmonic excitation, a stochastic vertical vibration model of a four-roller cold rolling mill with random fluctuation as Gaussian white noise is introduced. Subsequently, the vertical vibration model of a four-roller rolling mill is theoretically analyzed by the averaging method and the stochastic averaging method, respectively. The effectiveness of the proposed theoretical method is verified by numerical simulation results, and the influences of harmonic excitation and random excitation on the system response are also investigated in detail. Finally, the results show that the noise induces the occurrence of stochastic transitions and bifurcations, and the steady-state probability density function and time history diagrams are given to further explain the existence of these dynamic phenomena. The related research can provide theoretical guidance for the realization of vibration control and reliability design in the four-roller cold rolling mill system.     

江南传统民居建筑色彩的成因

民居建筑是在特定文化空间与特定地理环境内产生的独特文化现象。是民族智慧与审美的结晶。民居建筑的规模、结构、装饰的形成演变,是其民族文化发展历程的缩影。建筑与民族文化之间是互为因果的关系。"黑瓦白墙"作为江南传统民居中具有代表性的古典建筑风格,尤具有独特的文化内涵。本文以此为立足点,透过文化属性与地理环境等因素来探析江南传统民居建筑色彩的成因。     

基于距离变换的改进分水岭算法在白细胞图像分割中的应用

在白细胞图像中,由于白细胞细胞核的存在,直接应用分水岭算法时,往往达不到较好的效果。本文提出一种结合EM聚类的改进分水岭算法。通过将EM聚类获得的图像中细胞核区域替换,然后使用基于距离变换的分水岭分割,确定白细胞区域。对距离变换后的图像采用形态学处理减少了细胞分割中的过分割现象。同时使用细胞核位置的先验条件,合并分水岭分割区域,进一步减小过分割的影响。本文方法提供一种新的将分水岭算法应用于白细胞分割的思路。同时实验证明,方法在分割精度上有着良好的表现。     

PIN OLEDs — Improved structures and materials to enhance device lifetime

Abstract— Currently, three issues are identified that decide upon the commercial success of organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs), both in display and lighting applications: power efficiency, lifetime, and price competitiveness. PIN OLEDs are widely seen as the preferred way to maximize power efficiency. Here, it is reported that this concept also delivers the world longest lifetimes. For a highly efficient deep‐red PIN OLED, a half‐lifetime of 25,000 hours for a starting brightness of 10,000 cd/m² and a minimal voltage increase over lifetime is reported. This value corresponds to more than 1 × 10⁶ hours at 1000 cd/m² using an exponent of n = 1.7, which was measured by driving the OLEDs at different starting luminances. Because there is no initial luminance drop, these PIN OLEDs also exhibit a very high 80% lifetime (>300,000 hours at 1000 cd/m²). New record lifetime values for blue and green will be reported as well. Additionally, further topics that have impact on the production yield and cost such as the newly developed air‐stable organic n‐doping material NDN‐26 and top‐emitting structures will be discussed.     

Proteome alterations induced in human white blood cells by consumption of Brussels sprouts: Results of a pilot intervention study

Epidemiological studies indicate a correlation of cruciferous vegetables consumption with reduced incidence of cancer. This study was designed to investigate molecular mechanisms, which may help to understand the beneficial effects of Brussels sprout consumption. In order to avoid the limitations of in vitro model systems, we performed a dietary intervention study with five participants. We investigated, whether sprout consumption affects the proteome profile of primary white blood cells. In order to achieve maximal sensitivity in detecting specific adaptive proteome alterations, we metabolically labelled freshly isolated cells in the presence of ³⁵S‐methionine/cysteine and performed autoradiographic quantification of protein synthesis. Proteins were separated by 2‐DE and spots of interest were cut out, digested and identified by MS. After the intervention, we found a significant up‐regulation of the synthesis of manganese superoxide dismutase (1.56‐fold) and significant down‐regulation of the synthesis of heat shock 70 kDa protein (hsp70; 2.27‐fold). Both proteins play a role in malignant transformation of cells. Hsp‐70 is involved in the regulation of apoptosis, which leads to elimination of cancer cells, while SOD plays a key role in protection against reactive oxygen species mediated effects. Our findings indicate that the alteration of the synthesis of these proteins may be involved in the anticarcinogenic effects of cruciferous vegetables, which was observed in earlier laboratory studies with animals.     

废塑料用于高炉喷吹的现状及前景

分析国外高炉喷吹废塑料的实践,并探讨我国应用的可行性。喷吹废塑料可以治理“白色污染”、节约能源,有良好的经济效益和社会效益。该项技术与目前其他几种回收利用废塑料技术相比投资更省,效益更好,更容易为社会所接受。对于我国开发该项技术,不仅需要在技术上还要努力,更重要的是需要政府部门、有关企业、消费者和废塑料回收机构的积极配合和支持,以便使这项技术尽早在我国实现工业化。     

6063铝合金型材氧化过程中出现"白斑"的原因分析及解决

分析了6063型铝型金在硫酸阳极氧化过程中出现“白斑”的原因并提出了解决措施。     

掺石膏白色阿利尼特水泥早期水化产物形成的研究

利用DTA,XRD,SEM等方法,研究了石膏对新型白色阿利尼特水泥的早期水化产物形成的影响。结果表明,石膏能明显加快该水泥水化产物的形成,提高其强度,该水泥的主要早期水化产物为C-S-H凝胶和Ca(OH)_2,还有少量的C_3A·3CaSO_4·32H_2O和C_3A·CaCl_2·H_(10)。     

基于白光干涉原理的光纤传感技术——Ⅰ.光纤传感器与智能结构

概述了用于智能结构和材料监测的光纤传感技术,阐述了对建筑结构进行监测的原因和将光纤传感器用作结构健康监测的理由。众所周知,很多光纤传感器已经成功地应用到了智能结构监测领域。本研究一直关注白光干涉式光纤传感器技术及近20年来此类传感器的发展。由于白光干涉式光纤传感器在智能结构监测尤其是大型民用建筑物监测中的独特优点,因此具有较大的发展与应用潜力。     

基于神经网络自适应滤波的低频振荡Prony分析

针对传统Prony算法在分析低频振荡时对噪声非常敏感的缺点,提出一种基于神经网络自适应滤波和改进Prony算法相结合的电力系统低频振荡分析方法。该方法以广域测量信号作为输入,采用神经网络自适应滤波对低频振荡信号进行滤波预处理,调节性能指标阀值确定滤波效果,并通过改进Prony算法对滤波后的信号进行识别。仿真结果表明,该方法能有效滤除噪声,能较为准确地辨识低频振荡的主导模式。
