枕头坝一级水电站纵向碾压混凝土围堰施工

枕头坝一级水电站是大渡河干流水电规划的第十九个梯级，其纵向碾压混凝土围堰是导流明渠的一部分。从混凝土配合比设计、质量管理及运用情况等方面介绍了碾压混凝土在纵向围堰中的应用。其质量控制主要从以下几个环节入手：① 配料与拌和；② 运输；③ 混凝土入仓；④ 混凝土摊铺和碾压；⑤ 层间结合控制；⑥ 混凝土水化热温升控制。目前，围堰已投入运用，检测结果表明碾压混凝土各项指标满足设计要求。     

考虑拥挤影响的游览活动场所布置优化

提出了从游览活动场所资源布置优化的角度来减缓人群拥挤对游览活动造成的不利影响的思想,考虑了待布置空间资源的吸引力分布与资源间内在的关联性,通过引入空间统计分析法的Moran's I,建立了双目标的场所布置优化模型,并提出了求解该模型的蚁群优化算法.通过算例验证了该蚁群优化算法的有效性.     

工字钢外挑架应用

以唐山市正泰里惠民园住宅小区工程为例,介绍了工字钢外挑架在高层建筑中的应用,具体阐述了工字钢外挑架的搭设方法,受力计算过程,悬挑脚手架的搭设步骤及搭设架体的要求,为今后同类工程施工积累了一定经验。     

人心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ的分离纯化

目的　制备抗人cTnⅠ单克隆抗体 ,以便进一步制备AMI诊断制剂。方法　用兔骨骼肌Tnc(sTnC)制备TnC Sepharose 4B亲和柱 ,直接从心肌组织中分离提纯人cTnⅠ。结果　所提纯的cTnⅠ经SDS PAGE分析已达电泳纯 ,其相对分子质量和氨基酸组成与文献报道相符。结论　为建立AMI早期诊断试剂奠定了基础。     

基于LOCO-Ⅰ算法的图像压缩比控制

在认真研究LOCO-Ⅰ算法的基础上,深入分析了失真控制参数Near对图像压缩比和重建质量的影响,通过对该算法中的Near进行实时动态调整,实现了对图像近无损压缩的压缩比控制,进而可以根据需求来控制图片大小进行压缩.仿真结果表明,提出的压缩比控制方案收敛性较好,输出码流稳定,在满足目标压缩比时重建图像质量较原一阶压缩比控制方案提高了0.5 dB左右.     

工字钢钢混叠合梁的施工控制要点

以昆明市二环快速系统改扩建工程为例,介绍了工字钢钢混叠合梁的主要施工步骤,并对原材料、焊接、防腐涂装、钢筋绑扎及混凝土施工等施工控制要点进行了具体阐述,为类似工程积累了施工经验,具有较大的推广价值。     

Simulation and optimization of a 6H-SiC metal-semiconductor-metal ultraviolet photodetector

Based on thermionic emission theory,a model of a 6H-SiC metal-semiconductor-metal (MSM) ultraviolet photodetector is established with the simulation package ISE-TCAD.A device with 3μm electrode width (W) and 3μm electrode spacing (L) is simulated.The findings show that the MSM photodetector has quite a low dark current of 15 pA at 10 V bias and the photocurrent is two orders of magnitude higher than the dark current.The influences of different structures on dark and illuminated current-voltage characteristics of the MSM photodetector are investigated to optimize the device parameters.Simulation results indicate that the maximum photocurrent and the highest ratio of photocurrent to dark current at 15 V bias are 5,3 nA and 327 with device parameters of W = 6μm,L=3μm and W =3μm,L = 6μm,respectively.     

Re-canalized stenostic rabbit nasolacrimal duct by the ~（125）I radioactive probing：Affecting Bcl-2 and Bax protein expression

<正>To evaluate the ~(125)I radioactive probing re-canalizing stenostic nasolacrimal duct,the nasolacrimal duct stenosis models in epithelium and connective tissues are experimentally structured by inbred white rabbits(New Zealand),including the nasolacrimal duct stenosis,the mechanical probing with outer layer of thermoplastic tube,and the ~(125)I radioactive probing with the ~(125)I seeds sealing into the thermoplastic tube.After re-canalized for four weeks, tissue specimens from bilateral nasolacrimal ducts are obtained,and the Bcl-2 and Bax protein expression levels are evaluated by immunohistochemical staining analysis.Comparing with the blank control,the expression levels of the Bcl-2 and Bax in the nasolacrimal duct stenosis and the mechanical probing are significantly up-/down-regulated(p0.05),but in the ~(125)I radioactive probing are down-/up-regulated(p0.05) and can be used to re-canalize the stenostic lacrimal passage.The results show that the ~(125)I radioactive probing is a therapeutical mechanism for radioactive probing strategy for treating nasolacrimal duct stenosis to induce cell apoptosis.

高温超导Ⅴ-Ⅰ特性曲线计算机采集系统的研制

建立了一套高温超导Ⅴ－Ⅰ特性曲线计算机采集系统,实现了对超导样品进行自动测试及方便迅速地对所测样品的数据进行分析处理,有利于高温超导材料临界电流值Ic与国际研究结果的对比．
