65纳米工艺下逻辑综合阶段的低功耗策略

纳米工艺下ASIC芯片的功耗问题将成为未来设计的瓶颈。本文以SD卡Flash控制芯片为例,研究65纳米工艺下逻辑综合阶段降低功耗的手段及措施,分析这些手段对功耗的影响,最终确定最佳低功耗策略,并经流片验证该低功耗策略有效。     

Maxwell strata in the Euler elastic problem

The classical Euler problem on stationary configurations of elastic rod in the plane is studied in detail by geometric control techniques as a left-invariant optimal control problem on the group of motions of a two-dimensional plane E(2). The attainable set is described, the existence and boundedness of optimal controls are proved. Extremals are parametrized by the Jacobi elliptic functions of natural coordinates induced by the flow of the mathematical pendulum on fibers of the cotangent bundle of E(2). The group of discrete symmetries of the Euler problem generated by reflections in the phase space of the pendulum is studied. The corresponding Maxwell points are completely described via the study of fixed points of this group. As a consequence, an upper bound on cut points in the Euler problem is obtained. PIC16C65单片机在扫描隧道显微镜中的应用

65nM MLC NOR型闪存温度自适应编程算法

本文根据沟道热电子(CHE)的温度特性提出了提高MLC NOR型闪存编程吞吐率的方案。用Lucky 电子模型对CHE 编程电流 与温度的关系进行了分析,提出了温度自适应编程算法,即根据片上的温度来改变纵向电场和 提高编程吞吐率。实验测得,室温下编程吞吐率从原来1.1Mbyte/S提高到采用温度自适应算法后1.4Mbyte/S,编程吞吐率有了近30%的提高,相比文献[5],本文编程吞吐率有了70倍的提高。

Human MicroRNAs Attenuate the Expression of Immediate Early Proteins and HCMV Replication during Lytic and Latent Infection in Connection with Enhancement of Phosphorylated RelA/p65 (Serine 536) That Binds to MIEP

Attenuating the expression of immediate early (IE) proteins is essential for controlling the lytic replication of human cytomegalovirus (HCMV). The human microRNAs (hsa-miRs), miR-200b-3p and miR-200c-3p, have been identified to bind the 3′-untranslated region (3′-UTR) of the mRNA encoding IE proteins. However, whether hsa-miRs can reduce IE72 expression and HCMV viral load or exhibit a crosstalk with the host cellular signaling machinery, most importantly the NF-κB cascade, has not been evaluated. In this study, argonaute-crosslinking and immunoprecipitation-seq revealed that miR-200b-3p and miR-200c-3p bind the 3′-UTR of UL123, which is a gene that encodes IE72. The binding of these miRNAs to the 3′-UTR of UL123 was verified in transfected cells stably expressing GFP. We used miR-200b-3p/miR-200c-3p mimics to counteract the downregulation of these miRNA after acute HCMV infection. This resulted in reduced IE72/IE86 expression and HCMV VL during lytic infection. We determined that IE72/IE86 alone can inhibit the phosphorylation of RelA/p65 at the Ser⁵³⁶ residue and that p-Ser⁵³⁶ RelA/p65 binds to the major IE promoter/enhancer (MIEP). The upregulation of miR-200b-3p and miR-200c-3p resulted in the phosphorylation of RelA/p65 at Ser⁵³⁶ through the downregulation of IE, and the binding of the resultant p-Ser⁵³⁶ RelA/p65 to MIEP resulted in a decreased production of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Overall, miR-200b-3p and miR-200c-3p—together with p-Ser⁵³⁶ RelA/p65—can prevent lytic HCMV replication during acute and latent infection     

65Mn钢的CCT曲线及圆锯片淬火工艺

利用Formarstor一Digital全自动相变测定仪对我国现行圆锯片用钢65Mn的连续冷却转变曲线(CCT)进行了测定,研究了不同连续冷却速度下得到的组织,为合理制订圆锯片的淬火工艺提供了依据,得出了最佳淬火工艺曲线。     

Construction of functional aliphatic polycarbonates for biomedical applications

Aliphatic polycarbonates are one important kind of biodegradable polymers and have been commonly used as integral components of engineered tissues, medical devices and drug delivery systems. As far as the biomedical application is concerned, traditional aliphatic polycarbonates usually suffer from the strong hydrophobicity, deficient functionality, and insufficient compatibility with cell/organs. Consequently, the application is quite limited in scope. Due to the imparted appealing properties, aliphatic polycarbonates bearing specifically designed functional/reactive groups attract great interest from researchers in the recent years. The present review outlines the development up to date concerning the design and biomedical application of functional aliphatic polycarbonates, with an emphasis on their ring-opening (co)polymerization preparation.
