A Hermitian Box-scheme for One-dimensional Elliptic Equations – Application to Problems with High Contrasts in the Ellipticity

We introduce a new box-scheme, called ``hermitian box-scheme' on the model of the one-dimensional Poisson problem. The scheme combines features of the box-scheme of Keller, [20], [13], with the hermitian approximation of the gradient on a compact stencil, which is characteristic of compact schemes, [9], [21]. The resulting scheme is proved to be 4th order accurate for the primitive unknown u and its gradient p. The proved convergence rate is 1.5 for (u,p) in the discrete L ² norm. The connection with a non standard mixed finite element method is given. Finally, numerical results are displayed on pertinent 1-D elliptic problems with high contrasts in the ellipticity, showing in practice convergence rates ranging from 1 to 2.5 in the discrete H ¹ norm. 参数设计法在铝电解电容器设计中的应用探讨

论述了参数设计法在铝电解电容器设计开发阶段的应用。文中阐明了铝电解电容器的主要质量特性(损耗因子、电容量)及芯包外径的参数设计原理,并建立了归一化函数作为优选设计方案的判据。实例证明在铝电解电容器的设计过程中应用参数设计法以减小产品质量特性变异是有效的。     

Failure of a stationary pump engine piston

Piston failures are not a common occurrence, but they do occur, and failure is usually associated with fatigue crack growth. Most failures initiate at the gudgeon pin hole or in the skirt of the piston. Occasionally they fail elsewhere. In the example covered in this paper, failure initiated in the crown and progressed down to the gudgeon pin before final failure occurred. This paper outlines the cause and mode of failure and shows that small metallurgical discontinuities can contribute to these failures under the right circumstances.     

微区电阻测试方法及新测试仪研制

文章对国内外开展微区薄层电阻测试的方法进行了综述，特别对改进范德堡四探针技术方法的测试原理、测试过程与测试结果进行了论述与分析，对微区电阻测试方法的进一步发展提出了一种可操作的方法，并研制出新型四探针测试样机。     

铝型材推弯工艺

通过铝型材圆环的推弯实验,研究了推弯工艺原理、变形过程,结合有限元模拟得到了和实验结果相吻合的型材厚度分布、成形零件卸载回弹后的曲率半径及型材截面畸变.结果表明:推弯零件曲率及截面畸变一致性高,成形模具结构简单且便于调整,数值模拟可以用于推弯工艺的优化分析.     

Effect of heat treatments on tensile properties and microstructures of wrought Mg−Zn−Zr-RE alloys

The effect of heat treatments on the tensile properties and microstructures of wrought Mg–Zn–Zr-Rare earth alloys MB25 and MB26 have been studied in this paper. It was shown that the homogenization of the cast ingots decreased the strength of the extruded bars because some grain boundary phases were dissolved during the process of this treatment, while the ageing treatment of the extruded bars increased the strength due to the dispersive precipitation of MgZn₂ phase. The quenching + ageing treatments of the extruded bars decreases the strength and plasticity because of the growing up of the grains.Abbreviations ED electron diffraction - GB grain boundary - RE rare earth - TEM transmission electron microscope     

Structure of rapidly solidified aluminum alloys

This paper is a summary of an extensive research program carried out by the authors on the structure of rapidly solidified aluminum alloys; and a comparison with the work of others also involved in this field. The paper discusses the changes in the dendritic and non-dendritic structure of the matrix at cooling rates from 10^–3 to 10¹⁰ K/s and discusses the hetergeneity of the structure caused by interdendritic-segretion during solidification.     

含钡合金在钢液中的脱氧行为研究

在MoSi2炉上采用MgO质坩蜗对钢管进行了含钡合金脱氧行为的研究。实验中钡系合金主要选取SiAUBa、SiCaBa、SiAlBaCa、SiAlBeCaSr及用于钙处理的SiCa包芯线，选用Al作为对比脱氧剂，考察了钡系合金脱氧的全氧含量，脱氧产物的分布、尺寸和形貌，探讨了钡系合金脱氧和对夹杂物变性作用的机理。     

Preparation of Ultra—fine Aluminum Nitride in Thermal Plasma

Ultra-fine aluminum nitride has been synthesized by the evaporation of aluminum powder at atmospheric-pressure nitrogen plasma in a hot-wall reactor.The average size of aluminum nitride particle is 0.11μm measured by scanning electric mirror(SEM),and the purity is at least over90% evaluated by X-Ray diffraction(XRD).The conversion of Al powder to aluminum nitride is strongly depended on the injection of NH3.Typical experimental parameters such as the feed rate of raw material,the flow rate of ammonia and the position of injecting aluminum powder into the reactor are given.
