Comparative analysis of the fatty acid and sterol profiles of widely consumed Mediterranean crustacean species 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Comparative analysis of FA, NL and sterol profiles in the Nephropsnorvegicus (langoustine), Palinurusvulgaris (lobster) and Penaeuskerathurus (shrimp) muscle and cephalothorax showed that C16:0, C16:1ω-7, C18:0, C18:1ω-9, C20:4ω-6, EPA and DHA were found to be their major FA. Highest EPA occurred in langoustine muscle TL, DHA in both shrimp tissues TL while C20:4ω-6 in lobster muscle and cephalothorax TL. Muscle and cephalothorax NL consisted mainly of sterols (42.5–54.4% and 13.7–43.1%) and triacylglycerols (35.4–45.8% and 44.6–59.4%). Cholesterol was the major sterol (70.90–98.58% and 97.10–98.31% of total sterols in muscle and cephalothorax respectively) followed by avenasterol (0.18–20.32% and 0.07–0.70%) and β-sitosterol (0.29–7.30% and 0.23–0.75%). Lower concentrations of brassicasterol, stigmasterol, Δ7-stigmasterol, campesterol and campestanol were also found. The examined crustaceans muscle (edible part) was found to be a good ω-3 PUFA source for the consumers, while the cephalothorax (which is usually discarded) could be used effectively as a source for ω-3 PUFA production. 相似文献

Ultrasonic welding process can be used for bonding metal foils which is the fundament of ultrasonic consolidation (UC).UC process can be used to embed reinforcement fibres such as SiC fibres within an aluminum matrix materials.In this research we are investigating the phenomena occurring in the microstructure of the parts during ultrasonic welding process to obtain better understanding about how and why the process works.High-resolution electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) is used to study the effects of the vibration on the evolution of microstructure in AA3003.The inverse pole figures (IPF) and the correlated misorientation angle distribution of the mentioned samples are obtained.The characteristics of the crystallographic orientation,the grain structure and the grain boundary are analyzed to find the effect of ultrasonic vibration on the microstructure and microtexture of the bond.The ultrasonic vibration will lead to exceptional refinement of grains to a micron level along the bond area and affect the crystallographic orientation.Ultrasonic vibration results in a very weak texture.Plastic flow occurs in the grain after welding process and there is additional plastic flow around the fibre which leads to the fibre embedding. 相似文献

Effect of heat treatments (namely T6, T73, RRA, OP1 and OP2) on the tensile strength (TS) and stress corrosion cracking (SCC) resistance of aluminum alloy 7050 in 3.5% NaCl solution at pH 12 has been investigated using constant extension rate tester (CERT). T6 increases the TS but decreases the SCC-resistance. To the opposite, T73 (i.e., T6 + 160 °C/30 h) increases the SCC-resistance but decreases the TS. Retrogression and re-aging (RRA, i.e., T6 + 200 °C/10 min + water quench + 120 °C/24 h) increases both TS and SCC-resistance but this treatment confines only to thin and small specimens. Step-quench aging (SQA, i.e., 470 °C/1 h + step-quench to 200 °C/1 min + water quench/or air cooling + natural aging at room temperature/1 week + 120 °C/24 h) provides a relatively practical treatment to enhance both the TS and SCC-resistance even the specimen either having quenched in water (OP1) or cooled in the air (OP2) in the process. Through electrochemical testing and micro-structural examination, we found that both the TS and SCC-resistance of AA7050 is governed by the microstructures that depend on heat treatments. 相似文献

Recovery and recrystallization, which may happen during annealing of materials, are very important technological processes through which many properties of the material can be changed. Hence, reliable and efficient modeling of the softening process is vital. Hardness can be used as a simple and cheap measure to model the softening processes. In the present study, the isothermal recovery and recrystallization kinetics of a commercial purity aluminum alloy AA1050 is experimentally modeled using hardness test at four temperatures from 285 °C to 400 °C after cold rolling to various reductions. In order to achieve more accurate analysis, hardness data points are increased and a statistical method is used. The isothermal recovery and recrystallization kinetics are described by a logarithmic and the Johnson‐Mehl‐Avrami‐Kolmagorov relationships, respectively. It is found that hardness measurements can be performed as a parameter to quantify recovery and recrystallization kinetics. The constants of models and the activation energies for both processes are calculated in the different conditions. These constant parameters are dependent to the temperature. Also, the activation energies of recovery and recrystallization rise as these transformations proceed. 相似文献
