The effects of various reinforcements (boron carbide ‐silicon carbide‐alumina) with constant volume fraction (20 %) on the abrasive wear properties of AA6061 matrix composites produced with hot pressing process were investigated. The wear tests were carried out using a pin‐on‐disk wear tester by sliding at sliding speeds of 1.2 m/s against silicon carbide paper. Applied normal loads have 5, 10 and 15 N magnitude at room temperature. The wear morphologies of the worn surfaces were analyzed using a scanning electron microscope in order to examine the wear characteristics and to investigate the wear mechanisms. The effects of reinforcement type on the wear behavior of AA6061 matrix composites were observed. Results exhibited that the optimum wear resistance obtained with the boron carbide reinforced composite parts. All reinforced samples showed better wear resistance compared to as‐received samples in all the studied conditions. Scanning electron microscope characterization showed that test specimens have complex combination of wear mechanisms on the worn surface.  相似文献

In this study, T651‐applied AA7075 alloy was subjected to retrogression and re‐aging (RRA) process. Various retrogression temperatures (180 °C, 280 °C, 370 °C) and times (15 min, 30 min, 90 min) were used to determine the effects of temperature and time on the mechanical and tribological properties of the AA7075 alloy. All re‐aging stages were performed at 120 °C for 24 hours. Retrogression and re‐aging‐applied specimens were characterized by scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, x‐ray diffraction, Charpy V‐notch impact and tensile tests. Brinell hardness measurements and ball‐on‐disc type tribometer measurements by using AISI 316 ball as a counterpart have also been conducted. Grain boundary precipitates in the T651‐applied specimen was transformed from continuous to the discontinuous structure after retrogression and re‐aging process. Continuous MgZn2 precipitates at grain boundaries were disintegrated and re‐precipitated along the grain boundaries. The sizes of intragranular precipitates have become coarsened by comparison with the T651 condition. Hardness, tensile strength and wear resistance were decreased whereas impact toughness values were increased with increasing retrogression temperature and time. The best wear resistance was obtained in the sample treated at 180 °C for 15 minutes.  相似文献

提出一种基于二维资源模型的边界—跳跃(border-jump,BJ)算法,能够在不影响放置优化效果的前提下提高搜索速度。同时引入邻接面积TAA(total adjacent area)作为放置优化的重要依据,减少了资源碎片,提高了芯片负载能力。实验结果表明,与已有算法相比,该算法在运行时间和任务调度成功率上都有较好的表现。  相似文献

为提高热网仿真计算、故障诊断等理论的实用性,提出了一种基于遗传蚂蚁混合算法(GASCAA)的供热管网阻力特性辨识方法.该方法在辨识模型中引入空间网水力工况计算方法,并采用新型混合优化算法GASCAA求解,有效地提高了辨识方法的计算性能,增强了其解决实际工程问题的能力.实例验证表明,该方法的辨识精度在10%之内,可以满足实际工程的需要,对热网的运行调度具有一定的指导意义.  相似文献

This study highlights the scratch adhesion failure characterization and tribo-mechanical properties of physical vapor deposited (Cr, Ti) N coating on AA7075-T6 by using magnetron-sputtering technique. The surface morphology, microstructure and chemical composition of CrTi/CrTiN film were inspected by an optical microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM) incorporated with energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) in addition to focused ion beam milling. The coating to substrate critical load of about 1261 mN was obtained, by employing coating deposition parameters of; DC power (300 W, RF power (200 W)), temperature (300 °C) and nitrogen flow rate (6%). Failure adhesion characteristics exhibited initial arc-tensile cracking followed by chipping and spallation that led to complete coating failure at Lc3. The tribo-mechanical aspects were evaluated by a pin-on-plate reciprocating testing unit, which showed a lower friction coefficient of 0.36 for CrTiN as compared with 0.43 for AA7075-T6. Subsequently, the wear depth was also reduced from 9.5 to 5.9 μm. It was revealed that the wear mechanism for AA7075-T6 was extensive deformation, abrasion and delamination, while the CrTiN exhibited slightly oxidative abrasive wear mode.  相似文献

Similar and dissimilar friction stir welded joints made from AA2124+25 % SiC and AA2024 An aluminium matrix composite (AMC) consisting of an AA2124 matrix reinforced by 25 vol.% SiC particles was used to produce similar AMC+AMC and dissimilar AMC+2024‐T3 joints by friction stir welding. When the particle reinforced composite was located on the retreating side, material mixing was less intense for dissimilar joints. Nevertheless, a higher strength has been determined for this arrangement due to a hook‐like interlocking of both materials. Tensile test and S‐N fatigue behaviour is shown to be compromised by alignment of the reinforcement particles perpendicular to loading direction already in the particle reinforced base material. Welding residual stresses were determined through the cut‐compliance method in terms of stress intensities acting at the crack tip. The underlying residual stress distribution in the un‐cracked structure was calculated by the weight function method. Longitudinal tensile residual stresses were found to be higher in the monolithic material as compared to the particle reinforced composite. This held true both for similar and within dissimilar joints. Growth behaviour of cracks crossing the joint line was described and correlated with residual stresses for similar joints.  相似文献

The first lytic polysaccharide monooxygenase (LPMO) detected in the genome of the widespread ascomycete Talaromyces amestolkiae (TamAA9A) has been successfully expressed in Pichia pastoris and characterized. Molecular modeling of TamAA9A showed a structure similar to those from other AA9 LPMOs. Although fungal LPMOs belonging to the genera Penicillium or Talaromyces have not been analyzed in terms of regioselectivity, phylogenetic analyses suggested C1/C4 oxidation which was confirmed by HPAEC. To ascertain the function of a C-terminal linker-like region present in the wild-type sequence of the LPMO, two variants of the wild-type enzyme, one without this sequence and one with an additional C-terminal carbohydrate binding domain (CBM), were designed. The three enzymes (native, without linker and chimeric variant with a CBM) were purified in two chromatographic steps and were thermostable and active in the presence of H2O2. The transition midpoint temperature of the wild-type LPMO (Tm = 67.7 °C) and its variant with only the catalytic domain (Tm = 67.6 °C) showed the highest thermostability, whereas the presence of a CBM reduced it (Tm = 57.8 °C) and indicates an adverse effect on the enzyme structure. Besides, the potential of the different T. amestolkiae LPMO variants for their application in the saccharification of cellulosic and lignocellulosic materials was corroborated.  相似文献

在热冲压过程中,AA7075高强铝合金板料经充分固溶后移入室温模具进行冲压成形并淬火。为表征AA7075铝合金在热冲压工艺中的变形行为,在温度200~480℃、应变速率0.01~10s-1范围内进行了高温拉伸试验。基于Arrhenius类型本构模型、Johnson-Cook模型以及Zerilli-Armstrong模型提出了多种修正本构模型,并应用实验所获流变曲线进行了拟合。提出的修正模型通过将模型参数表示为应变、应变速率及温度相关的多项式函数耦合了应变、应变速率及温度对流变应力的影响,并通过均方误差(MSE)以及相关系数R值对模型流变应力预测准确性进行了评价。结果表明,修正的Johnson-Cook模型能够更加准确的预测AA7075高温流变行为。  相似文献

采用流变仪测定添加了线状MA/AA/MAS聚羧酸分散剂陶瓷坯体料浆的流变特性,用Power-law、Binghamplastic、Herschel-Bulkley、Casson和Sisko等五种模型方程对添加了线状MA/AA/MAS聚羧酸分散剂陶瓷坯体料浆的流变曲线进行拟合,结果发现Herschel-Bulkley模型是一种最适合研究添加了线状MA/AA/MAS聚羧酸分散剂陶瓷坯体料浆流变性和触变性的流变模型.  相似文献
