CB-60/CB-70还原态重整催化剂的应用

介绍了福建炼油化工有限公司重整装置CB -60 /CB -70重整催化剂 (还原态 )分段组合装填的应用情况 ,列出了还原态催化剂和氧化态催化剂开工的不同特点。通过开工初期标定的数据与CB -6/CB -7催化剂的对比 ,说明CB -60 /CB -70催化剂有良好的活性和选择性 ,尤其是选择性、产氢率优于CB -6/CB -7,且使开工步骤得到了简化     

最大重迭对称性分子轨道和分子几何参数计算

建立了AMl级别的最大重迭对称性分子轨道计算方案(MOSMO)。采用通常的半经验分子轨道方法AMl级别中完全相同的参数，计算了各种分子的几何参数等。所得计算结果与实验值及HF／6-31G*从头算方法计算结果相符，说明提出的计算方案是可行的。同时，由于提出的计算方案过程简单，更易推广使用到从头算方法难以解决的大分子体系和超分子体系的结构和性质研究。     

K418B合金细晶铸造整体涡轮真空热处理工艺研究

通过力学性能评估和金相组织观察，研究五种热处理制度，两个周期的试验结果，确定了Ｋ４１８Ｂ合金细晶铸造整体涡轮的真空热处理工艺。     

Synthesis of polyurethane elastomers hypercross-linked by partially hydrated polyhydroxylated C60

Utilization of polyhydroxylated C₆₀ (fullerenols) in a condensation reaction with diisocyanated oligo(tetramethylene oxide) led to the successful fabrication of elastomeric poly (urethane-ether) networks. These polymer networks exhibit interesting thermal behavior at low temperatures, improved tensile strength and elongation at ambient temperatures, and enhanced thermal mechanical stability at high temperatures, as compared with those of the parent linear polyurethane analogues; or with the conventional oligo (tetramethylene oxide)-derived polyurethane elastomers cross-linked by trihydroxylated reagents (1,I,1-trismethylol propane) or tetrahydroxylated reagents (pentaerythritol). The presence of a limited quantity of water molecules in the condensation reaction of fullerenols with diisocyanated prepolymers modified the physical properties of the resulting elastomeric products with a notable increase in tensile strength, modulus, and Ts over those of elasotmers prepared under anhydrous conditions. These water molecules contributed effectively to the increase of the number of cross-linking centers during the reaction.     

高能超声处理Al-1Si合金凝固组织分析

采用高能超声处理Al-1Si合金熔体,借助金相显微镜和电子探针进行组织分析,并测定合金的熔化潜热,分析了熔体中超声空化效应和声流效应影响凝固过程的机理。结果表明,试样晶粒平均尺寸由超声处理前的94μm减小到超声处理后的34μm;合金试样的熔化吸热量由263.90J/g降低为159.81J/g,在熔体中施加高能超声显著改善了合金成分的均匀性并细化了晶粒。     

Passivation and corrosion behaviours of cobalt and cobalt-chromium-molybdenum alloy

Passivation and corrosion behaviour of the cobalt and cobalt-base alloy Co30Cr6Mo was studied in a simulated physiological solution containing chloride and bicarbonate ions and with pH of 6.8. The oxido-reduction processes included solid state transformations occurring at the cobalt/electrolyte interface are interpreted using theories of surface electrochemistry. The dissolution of cobalt is significantly suppressed by alloying it with chromium and molybdenum, since the alloy exhibited “chromium like” passivity. The structural and protective properties of passive oxide films formed spontaneously at the open circuit potential or during the anodic polarization were studied using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy in the wide frequency range.

GaAsP混晶中Fe杂质能级的无序分裂

GaAsP混晶中Fe杂质基态与激发态的光离化截面的幅度比S(x)随组分x有规律地变化,本文提出一种理论估算,认为它是Fe能级无序分裂的结果.     

控制棒钴吸收体的活度分布

应用单组中子微扰理论,对辐照后控制棒钴吸收体内活度分布进行理论分析,得到活度分布计算的解析表达式。对高通量工程试验堆(HFETR)首次出堆的2根控制棒钴吸收体进行数值计算。利用钴靶活度水下测量装置进行这2根钴吸收体活度分布的实验测量。计算与实验测量结果相符。通过理论计算所得到的活度分布可作为辐照后~(60)Co同位素分装依据。本文得到的控制棒相对价值曲线理论计算值与实验测量结果符合良好。
