The mixed metal/metal sulphide (Ag@CoS) with reduced graphene oxide (rGO) nanocomposite (Ag@CoS/rGO) was synthesized for the possible electrode in supercapacitors. Ag@CoS was successfully deposited on the rGO nanosheets by hydrothermal method, implying the growth of 2D Ag and CoS-based hexagonal-like structure on the rGO framework. The synthesized nanocomposite was subjected to structural, morphological and electrochemical studies. The XRD results show that the prepared nanocomposite material exhibits a combination of hexagonal and cubic phase due to the presence of CoS and Ag phases together. The band appearing at nearly 470.33 cm−1 in FTIR spectra can be ascribed to the absorption of S–S bond in the Ag@CoS/rGO nanocomposite. The clear hexagonal structure was analysed by SEM and TEM with the grain sizes ranging from nanometer to micrometer. The electrode material exhibits excellent cyclic stability with a specific capacitance of 1580 F/g at a current density of 0.5 A/g without any loss of capacitive retention even after 1000 cycles. Based on the electrochemical performance, it can be inferred that the prepared novel nanocomposite material is very suitable for using as an electrode for electrochemical supercapacitor applications.  相似文献

Recycled high-strength aluminum alloys have limited use as structural materials due to poor mechanical properties. Spray forming remelting followed by hot extrusion is a promising route for reprocessing 7xxx alloys. The 7050 alloy machining chips were spray formed, hot extruded, rotary swaged and heat-treated in order to improve mechanical properties. Microstructures, tensile properties and fatigue strength results for a 2.7 mm-diameter recycled wire are presented. Secondary phases and precipitates were investigated by XRD, SEM, EBSD, TEM and DSC. As-swaged and heat-treated (solution and aging) conditions were evaluated. Mechanical properties of both conditions outperformed AA7050 aerospace specification. Substantial grain refinement resulted from the extensive plastic deformation imposed by rotary swaging. Refined micrometric and sub-micrometric Al grains, as well as coarse and fine intermetallic precipitates were observed. Subsequent solution treatment resulted in a homogeneous, recrystallized and equiaxed microstructure with grain size of 9 μm. Nanoscale GP(I) zones and η′ phase precipitates formed after aging at 120 °C, imparting higher tensile (586 MPa) and fatigue (198 MPa) strengths.  相似文献

A study of the internal oxidation of dilute Ni–Al alloys in an NiO/Ni Rhines pack was performed at 800, 1000, and 1100°C. Considerable deviations from the classical internal oxidation model have been observed. The rate of internal oxidation depends not only on the concentration of the alloying element but also on its nature, which contributes to determining the size, shape, orientation and distribution of the internal oxide precipitates. For instance, the precipitates in the Ni–Al alloys are continuous rods, arranged in a cone-shaped configuration that extends from the surface to the internal oxide front. The observed depths of internal oxidation for the various concentrations of aluminum are discussed and related to the morphologies of the internal oxide precipitates. The apparent N(s) oDo values determined from internal oxide penetrations increase with increasing solute content in the alloy. It is postulated that diffusivity of oxygen is enhanced along the internal oxide–metal matrix interface compared with that in the metal matrix.  相似文献

A novel Zn-Al co-cementation coating was obtained by a pack cementation method,This coating possesses a two-layered structure,The outer layer is mainly composed of Fe2Al3 and FeAl intermetallics with a small amount of Zn,and the inner layer consists of Zn,Fe and a small amount of Al.The corrosion-erosion resistance of Zn-Al con-cementation coatings on carbon steel was studied by a rotary corrosion method in various NaCl and H2S containing solutions and relevant SiO2 containing media,The experimental results are compared with those of carbon steels and the sherardizing and aluminizing coating ,showing that the Zn-Al co-cementation coating have excellent corrosion-erosion resistance in various aqueous media.  相似文献

采用数值计算方法对离心浇铸下Al/SiCp系统的二维凝固过程进行了研究,给出了各种因素对最终颗粒分布的影响,结果表明,从外侧面冷却时凝固件中颗粒的分布由内侧向外侧可依次分为以下区域:颗粒体积分数为零区、颗粒梯度区、颗粒堆积区以及最外侧的梯度薄层。外部介质对流换热系数减小时,颗粒堆积区和颗粒体积分数近似为零区范围将增大,而颗粒梯度区范围则会减小;颗粒尺寸增大或铸模转数增加时,也会产生同样情况。  相似文献

在1023-1373K的初始温度和0.05-268.91K/s的冷速范围内,用Auger剖层分析确定含B和Mg的Ni3Al合金中B和Mg的非平衡晶界共偏聚行为,按照溶质-空位复合体迁移机制所导出的描述非平衡晶界偏聚的扩散速率方程解析表达式,很好地模拟了本实验结果,并确定了Ni3Al-B-Mg合金中B及B-空位复合体,Mg及Mg-空位复合体的扩散系数及复合体激活能。  相似文献

In this study, reheating of liquidus semi-continuous cast billets of 7075 Al alloy was carried out in a resistance furnace, and the temperature contrast of the outer and the center of the reheated billets was investigated, then the reheating microstructures were investigated. Results show that: the difference of temperature between the outer and center is small and the difference of their microstructures are also small. During reheating at 576℃ the spheroidization of grains is significant after 5min and no rosettes are visible after 20min by optical microscopy. Similar observations were madeon materials reheated at 596℃, but the ripening process is faster. The grains growup to 30-60μm, fine enough for thixoforming.  相似文献
