Influence of copper on the morphology of porous anodic alumina 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Sputtering-deposited Al-Cu alloy layers and an Al-Cu/Al bi-layer are used to investigate the influences of copper on the morphology of porous anodic alumina films formed galvanostatically in either sulphuric or phosphoric acid electrolyte. The results reveal development of an irregular morphology of pores during anodizing of the alloy layers, contrasting with the linear porosity of films formed on aluminium. Further, the rates of film growth and alloy consumption are relatively low, since oxygen is generated following enrichment of copper in the alloy and incorporation of copper species into the anodic film. The linear morphology is re-established following depletion of the copper in the bi-layer and at the same time, film growth accelerates as oxygen evolution diminishes. The irregular pore morphology is considered to arise from stress-driven pore development influenced by effects of oxygen bubbles within the anodic alumina. 相似文献

Microstructures such as microchannels and microchambers were fabricated on anodic oxide film of aluminium with laser direct patterning technique. The aluminium substrate covered with porous type anodic oxide film was dyed with organic dyes followed by hydrothermal treatment. The coloured and pore sealed film shows much higher absorption then as-formed porous film, that makes possible to pattern various types of microstructures on the film by removing the upper part of the film surface by laser irradiation. Structure of the crystallized hydroxide layer on the surface of the anodic oxide film, formed during pore sealing, as well as the partial removal of anodic oxide film from the surface is described. Microstructures with depth lower than 1-27 μm were patterned successfully on 16 and 32 μm thick anodic oxide film surfaces, using various combinations of laser power and laser scanning speed. The affect of the laser scanning speed and laser power density on the shape of the microstructures is also explained. 相似文献

用动电位阳极极化和电化学阻抗技术研究了SiCp/2024Al复合材料硫酸阳极氧化膜在3.5%NaCl水溶液中的耐蚀性;作为比较,对2024Al的阳极氧化膜耐蚀性也进行了研究。结果表明,经阳极氧化处理的SiCp/2024Al复合材料具有良好的耐NaCl溶液腐蚀的能力,其腐蚀速度较未处理的样品降低了2个数量级以上。但其耐蚀性不如2024Al合金的阳极氧化膜。这是由于氧化膜中SiC颗粒的存在破坏了氧化膜的完整性和均匀性所致。对SiCp/2024Al MMC,采用小电流密度来进行阳极氧化处理,可获得较好的防护效果。此外,阳极氧化膜层的抗蚀性随浸泡时问的增加有降低的趋势。 相似文献

采用磷酸阳极化方法对铝合金试片进行了处理并考察了其粘接性能。阳极化处理使铝合金试片表面产生了微观粗糙的多孔膜,最初形成的孔互不连通,随着阳极化过程的继续,孔与孔之间互相贯通;胶接时胶粘剂能够渗入多孔膜,并在粘接界面上形成过渡层,实现良好的机械啮合。经阳极化处理后,铝合金试片粘接性能显著提高,拉剪强度在粘接副为铝合金时提高了238%,粘接副为铝合金/复合材料时提高了104%,且破坏模式为混合破坏。对粘接副的耐候性进行了考核,在25~70℃时,其拉剪强度保持不变,100℃时拉剪强度为30.25MPa,与常温拉剪强度相比下降了19.2%;粘接副经碱水浸泡后拉剪强度降低,经过100h浸泡后拉剪强度为35.55MPa,降低了8.1%。 相似文献

The plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) process in AZ91 Mg alloy is studied using a solution containing KOH + KF + Na2SiO3 both with and without potassium permanganate (KMnO4). The addition of potassium permanganate to the electrolyte influences coating thickness, surface morphology and the microstructure of oxide layers obtained by the PEO process. Oxide layers formed on AZ91 Mg alloy by the electrolyte containing KMnO4 consists of MgO, MgF2, Mg2SiO4 and Mn2O3. The corrosion resistance of the sample processed in bath containing KMnO4 was superior to that of the sample processed in the bath without KMnO4. It is suggested that enhancement of the corrosion resistance of AZ91 Mg alloy depends strongly on the presence of manganese oxide in the oxide layer. 相似文献
