采用Formast-F全自动相变仪测定了低合金调质高强度钢Q890D的临界点Ac1、Ac3,同时测定不同冷速下的相变点,根据相变点绘制Q890D的连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线).结果表明:冷却速度在0.1~0.5℃/s时,相变组织为F+P+B;冷却速度在0.8~1℃/s时,相变组织为B;冷却速度为2~5℃/s时,相变组织为B+M;当冷却速度≥8℃/s时,相变组织为M;随冷却速度的提高,显微硬度从263 HV提高到430HV.  相似文献

A novel aerobic gram-positive bacterial strain capable of utilizing quinoline as sole source of carbon, nitrogen and energy was isolated from activated sludge of a coke plant wastewater treatment process. The isolate was identified as Rhodococcus sp. QL2 based on its morphology, physiochemical properties in addition to the results from 16S rDNA sequence analysis. The optimum temperature and the pH for its growth were 35–40 °C and 8.0, respectively. Extra nitrogen sources stimulated the bacterial growth on quinoline. Strain QL2 had strong quinoline degradability, and its degradation kinetics could be described with Haldane's model. Strain QL2 also had a broad range of substrate utilization. Identification of intermediates by GC/MS showed Rhodococcus sp. QL2 degraded quinoline via two pathways simultaneously.  相似文献

为了开发一种集优异拉伸、冲击性能于一体的高性能钢铁材料,满足大型工程机械、高层建筑和严酷地质服役环境油井管等应用要求,实验研究了在线直接淬火工艺对Q890低碳高强马氏体钢组织性能的影响。通过金相、扫描、透射、EBSD分析以及在不同温度下对样品进行拉伸试验和冲击试验,对不同奥氏体变形程度样品的马氏体组织和力学性能进行对比,并分析了对马氏体钢强韧性能的影响。结果表明,采用在线直接淬火工艺可获得超薄奥氏体组织,促使马氏体亚结构细化,使钢获得良好的强韧性配合。  相似文献

The performance of barley fibre-rich fractions (FRF), as high dietary fibre ingredients, in two-layer flat bread was investigated. In addition, the effects of particle size reduction by pin milling on functional properties of FRF were studied. FRF enriched in non-starch polysaccharides (β-glucans and arabinoxylans) were obtained by roller milling of hull-less barley. Pin milling (PM) of FRF significantly reduced their particle size, slightly increased the solubility of β-glucans and arabinoxylans, and increased the viscosity of water slurries containing FRF. The addition of 20% of barley FRF to wheat flour significantly increased dough water absorption and weakened the dough properties, as indicated by farinograph mixing curves, but the FRF-enriched doughs exhibited good handling characteristics at the dividing and sheeting stages. The appearance, diameter, layer separation, crumb, and aroma of the FRF-enriched flat breads were comparable to that of the control. The PM of FRF did not significantly affect the dough handling or the quality characteristics of flat breads. The addition of 20% of barley FRF to wheat flour flat bread provided substantial health benefits by significantly increasing the total and soluble dietary fibre contents and by decreasing starch digestibility.  相似文献

Our previous research has shown that duckweed is potentially an ideal feedstock for the production of biofuels because it can be effectively saccharified enzymatically. Here we report the results of experiments in which duckweed was pre-treated by steam explosion prior to enzyme digestion. A range of temperatures, from 130 to 230 °C with a fixed retention time of 10 min, were employed. The best pretreatment conditions were 210 °C for 10 min; these conditions produced the highest amount of water-soluble material (70%), the greatest levels of starch solubilisation (21%) and hemicellulose and pectic polysaccharides degradation (60%). The use of these steam explosion conditions enabled large reductions in the concentrations of enzymes required for effective saccharification. The amount of Celluclast required was reduced from 100 U (4.35 FPU) g−1 substrate to 20 U g−1 substrate, and additional beta-glucosidase was reduced from 100 to 2 U g−1 substrate.  相似文献

海上高精度三维地震数据采集对室内系统数据处理的高实时性、高可靠性及高效传输性都提出了更严格的要求,海上高精度地震采集设备的室内系统数据传输部分采用基于CPCI(Compact PCI)总线架构的DMA(Direct Memory Access)传输方案。在CPCI总线上进行数据的DMA传输具有高效的性能,DMA传输速度实测达到400M byte/s,能够满足海上高精度地震采集设备数据处理模块的处理需求,文章介绍电缆接口板的工作流程和QL5064桥片的基本特性,阐述了基于QL5064桥片DMA传输的配置原理、配置流程及在VxWorks中驱动的具体实现。  相似文献
