The fluid flow characteristics of the single bunch inclined jet impingement were investigated with different jet flow velocities, nozzle diameters, jet angles and jet-to-target distances for ultra-fast cooling technology. The results show that the peak pressure varying significantly from nearly 0.5 to above 13.4 kPa locates at the stagnation point with different jet diameters, and the radius of impact pressure affected zone is small promoted from 46 to 81 mm in transverse direction, and 50 to 91 mm in longitude direction when the jet flow velocity changes from 5 to 20 m/s. However, the fluid flow velocity is relatively smaller near the stagnation point, and increases gradually along the radius outwards, then declines. There is an obvious anisotropic characteristic that the flow velocity component along the jet direction is about twice of the contrary one where the jet anlge is 60°, jet diameter is 5 mm, jet length is 8 mm and jet height is 50 mm. 相似文献

针对气膜在沸腾过程中的低热导率以及能够降低流体流动阻力的特点,应用分子动力学模拟的方法在等温等压系综下模拟了气膜的形成过程,在较低的温度下得到了气膜.通过改变固液界面的接触角来改变固液界面的浸润度,进一步影响气膜的形成.结果表明,超疏水性固体壁面明显能够增强气膜形成,在较低温度下,一般的疏水性界面不能形成气膜,而超疏水性界面能够在较短时间内形成气膜,既可以减小流体流动阻力,又可以防止器件表面温度过高而烧坏. 相似文献

This paper presents a generalized framework of stochastic modeling for particle kinetics in wall-bounded flow. We modified a reflected Brownian motion process and straightforwardly obtained a Kramers equation for particle probability density function (PDF). After the wall effects were accounted for as a drift from zero in the mean displacement and suppression in the diffusivity of a particle, an analytical solution was worked out for PDF. Three distinguishable mechanisms were identified to affect the profile of particle probability distribution: external forces, turbophoresis effect, and wall-drift effect. The proposed formulation covers the Huang et al. (2009) model of a wall that produces electrostatic repulsion force and van der Waals force, as well as Monte-Carlo solutions for the Peter and Barenbrug (2002) model under a variety of relaxation times. Moreover, it successfully reproduces the two patterns of particle concentration profiles observed in experiments of sediment-laden open-channel flows. The strength of the wall-drift effect was found to be connected with the interaction frequency between particle and wall. Further exploration of the relationship among flow turbulence, particle inertia, and particle concentration is worthwhile. 相似文献

Large eddy simulation(LES)is used to calculate the in-cylinder turbulent flow field in a direct injection spark ignition(DISI)engine.The computations are carried out for three different maximum valve lifts(MVL)and throughout 100 consecutive engine cycles.The simulated results as well as corresponding particle image velocimetry(PIV)measurement database are analyzed by the proper orthogonal decomposition(POD)method.Through a new developed POD quadruple decomposition the instantaneous in-cylinder flow fields are decomposed into four parts,named mean field,coherent field,transition field and turbulent field,respectively.Then the in-cylinder turbulent flow characteristics and cycle-to-cycle variations(CCV)are studied separately upon the four part flow fields.Results indicate that each part exhibits its specific characteristics and has close connection with others.The mean part contains more than 50%of the total kinetic energy and the energy cascade phenomenon occurs among the four part fields;the coherent field part possesses the highest CCV level which dominates CCV of the bulk flow.In addition,it is observed that a change in MVL affects significantly the in-cylinder flow behavior including CCV,especially for the coherent part.Furthermore,the POD analysis demonstrates that at least 25 sample cycles for the mean velocity and 50 sample cycles for the RMS velocity are necessary for obtaining converged and correct results in CCV. 相似文献

This paper analyzed the deformation mechanism in lateral roof roadway of the Ding Wu-3 roadway which was disturbed by repeated mining of close coal seams Wu-8 and Wu-10 in Pingdingshan No. 1 Mine. To determine the strata disturbance scope, the strata displacement angle was used to calculate the protection pillar width. A numerical model was built considering the field geological conditions. In simulation, the mining stress borderline was defined as the contour where the induced stress is 1.5 times of the original stress. Simulation results show the mining stress borderline of the lateral roadway extended 91.7 m outward after repeated mining. Then the original stress increased, deforming the roadway of interest. This deformation agreed with the in situ observations. Moreover, the strata displacement angle changed due to repeated mining. Therefore, reselection of the displacement angle was required to design the protective pillar width. Since a constant strata displacement angle was used in traditional design, the proposed method was beneficial in field cases. 相似文献

针对变体飞行器参数变化范围大,模型具有不确定性和非线性的问题,以后掠角为调参变量建立变体飞行器线性参数时变系统(LPV)模型.将时变参数范围划分为若干参数区域,利用权值系数和参数重叠区域的概念,通过求解线性矩阵不等式组构造一组LPV控制器.以变形量为决策变量设计切换策略,并针对Firebee纵向通道设计了切换LPV控制器.仿真结果表明,通过参数重叠区域构造的LPV模型之间能够平稳、快速切换,该方法使变体飞行器在变形过程中有较好的迎角抗扰能力. 相似文献
