对金属-橡胶热硫化粘接复合体的剥离行为进行了研究,同一粘接试样的双向180°剥离试验显示出了巨大的差异。本文分析了弹性材料在硫化过程中的分子行为,并提出了相应的新假设,认为这是由于金属-橡胶在硫化粘接过程中分子取向交联行为所致。这种双向180°剥离破坏现象可被看作是金属-橡胶硫化粘接过程中分子取向行为的间接证据。 相似文献

The development of biaxial segmental orientation and stress in a flexible-chain polymer fluid subjected to steady biaxial extensional flow is analyzed. Closed-formula model based on the Padè approximation of the inverse Langevin function in the non-Gaussian distribution of the chain end-to-end vectors is considered. The approach is free from the limitations related to finite chain extensibility and slow convergence of the series expansion formulations at higher chain deformations.Segmental orientation is characterized by the average orientation tensor, related axial orientation factors and global orientation anisotropy. Orientational behavior and corresponding stresses in the biaxial elongational potential flow are discussed in a wide range of elongation rates. Orientation characteristics calculated for the biaxial flow deformation are much higher than those predicted for the affine biaxial stretch deformation in polymer solids. 相似文献

According to J. F. Dovidio and S. L. Gaertner's (1998) integrated model of racism, politically liberal European Americans tend to express racism differently than conservative European Americans, with liberals demonstrating aversive racism and conservatives, symbolic or modern racism. In support of the model, in Experiment 1 liberals showed bias in favor of a twice-prosecuted African American relative to a European American in their judgment of double jeopardy, whereas conservatives did the reverse. Experiment 2 replicated these effects while eliminating a confound in the design of Experiment 1. Experiment 3 found evidence for the intrapsychic conflict hypothesized to underlie aversive racism. The effects of dopant (Ga) concentration, post-heat treatment temperatures, and different heat treatment environments on the morphology, electrical and optical properties of ZnO films were studied. ZnO films doped with Ga are derived from non-alkoxide zinc acetate via the alcoholic route by a sol–gel dip-coating technique. Introduction of Ga, as a dopant, can reduce crystallite size, which is attributed to the increased number of nucleation centers. Grain growth was also observed at high post-heat treatment temperature. It was discovered that different post-heat treatment environments (air or reduced atmosphere) did not change the structure orientation, microstructure shapes and size. It was found that the sheet resistance, Rs could be reduced by an order of magnitude, using post-heat treatment in reduced atmosphere (4%H2–96%N2). 相似文献

Temperature dependences of shrinkage forces appearing in oriented polymer samples when heated at constant length were recorded for polycarbonate, polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene and polypropylene. The influence of various processing conditions on thermally stimulated shrinkage forces is demonstrated. Control over crystallographic orientation in ceramic thin films is important for highly anisotropic structures. Layered perovskites, like Bi4 Ti3 O12 , have interesting properties associated with their ferroelectric nature, which may be fully exploited only when films are highly textured. Textured films of this titanate were fabricated via a sol–gel technique without using epitaxial growth. Orientation in the film is confirmed by XRD and SEM, and supported by refractive index and dielectric measurements. In an attempt to explain the orienting effect, light scattering experiments were conducted to yield information about the molecular size, shape, and conformation of macromolecules as the sol–gel solution ages and condensation reactions proceed. These experiments clearly show an increase in the size of molecular clusters with time. We believe that it is the organization of these large clusters during spin coating, and the relationship of the backbone chemistry to the crystal structure of Bi4 Ti3 O12 , that are responsible for the observed orientation. 相似文献

Two series of polypropylenes with different molecular weight distribution and tacticity characteristics were injection molded into flexural test specimens by varying cylinder temperature and the effects of the molecular weight distribution and tacticity on the structure and properties of the moldings were studied. Measured propertied were flexural modulus, flexural strength, heat distortion temperature, Izod impact strength, and mold shrinkage and structures studied were crystallinity, the thickness of skin layer, a*‐axis‐oriented component fraction and crystalline orientation functions. The relations between the structures and properties were also studied.
