镧、铈比对Pd-TWC性能的协同效应

研究了以宜兴堇青石蜂窝体为载体,γ-Al₂O₃为洗涂层的La和Ce的催化活性与La、Ce物质量的比例关系;探讨了 La、Ce配比对 Pd-TWC性能的影响.结果表明, Pd-TWC对汽车尾气中 CO、HC、NO的催化活性随 La、Ce比的不同而变化,当 n(La):n(Ce)=1:4时,催化活性最好,此时,其表面过剩氧量最多; XPS分析表明 Ce以十 3、+ 4价共存,且Ce⁴⁺所占比例在所有样品中最大,为60%. La、Ce虽为性质相近的稀土元素。     

Curating the Digital: An Interview with MoMA's Paola Antonelli

As Senior Curator in the Department of Architecture and Design at the Museum of Modern Art, New York, Paola Antonelli treats digital and analogue design with equal regard. Here she talks to Guest-Editor Neil Leach about some of her decisions. She discusses the distinctions between design, art and architecture; how she keeps a clear head amid the prevailing euphoria over new technologies, in order to choose only those pieces that also represent successful design; whom she views as paragons of design in the digital age; and why she believes that architectural education needs to be reinvented.     

一株耐受蛋清蛋白的鸡蛋腐败菌S菌株的分离鉴定及其De novo测序分析

本实验采用传统微生物培养法从鸡蛋中分离出一株革兰氏阳性腐败菌S菌株,经形态学观察、生理生化分析及16S rDNA序列比对,对其进行了鉴定,并构建系统发育树。采用抑菌圈法及存活率试验探究该菌株对蛋清环境的耐受性,并基于Illumina HiSeq测序平台对该菌株的全基因组进行了De novo测序,获得基因组框架图。结果表明,该菌株生理生化反应特征与皮生球菌属相似,且16S rDNA序列与Dermacoccus abyssi(登录号AY894323)的同源性高达99%,鉴定为深渊皮生球菌(Dermacoccus abyssi)。该菌株在含有蛋清或溶菌酶的试管中能生长,在添加了蛋清或溶菌酶的孔径中没有抑菌圈产生。对蛋白编码基因的功能注释结果显示,细菌参与膜转运、离子结合、氨基酸和碳水化合物代谢及能量转换相关的基因丰富,推测其在鸡蛋中可能通过调节相关基因来耐受蛋清抑菌环境。该菌株对蛋清及溶菌酶的耐受性,为其在鸡蛋中的存活提供了有利条件。     

战后美国建筑的四步曲

原文最初刊载于耶鲁大学建筑杂志《嘹望》第32卷。文章详细介绍二战后代表美国普遍建筑形式的4位建筑大师的4个建筑设计方案。并从形式相似性入手，研究4个设计方案的差异。     

High configurational entropy for low phase transition temperature and thermal expansion of A2M3O12 oxide ceramics

Transverse vibrations of bridging atoms in framework structure oxides contribute to negative thermal expansion (NTE), increasing the configurational entropy. Herein, the configurational entropy of NTE (Al_1/3Fe_1/3Cr_1/3)₂Mo₃O₁₂ (AFCM) is tuned by introducing ZrMg and W to AlFeCr and Mo sites to lower NTE. The NTE of ((Zr_1/2Mg_1/2)_x(Al_1/3Fe_1/3Cr_1/3)_(1-x))₂Mo₃O₁₂ (ZMAFCM) reduce obviously with increasing the content of ZrMg and also the phase transition temperatures (PTTs) (x = 0∼0.5). For ((Zr_1/2Mg_1/2)_x(Al_1/3Fe_1/3Cr_1/3)_(1-x))₂(Mo_1/2W_1/2)₃O₁₂ (ZMAFCMW), the NTE and PTTs reduce at a faster rate than that of ZMAFM. The configurational entropy increases with the content of ZrMg firstly (x = 0∼0.4) and then decreases. The possible mechanism of thermal expansion change is related to the enhanced lattice configuration, high entropy. The inconsistent transverse vibrations of bridging oxygen atoms could reduce their contribution to NTE, especially for high entropy. The PTT of high configurational entropy oxides is reduced obviously due to the influenced on the effective electronegativity. The investigation paves a high entropy way to lower thermal expansion and PTT of A₂M₃O₁₂ oxide ceramics and explores the further mechanism of NTE.

施罗德住宅是荷兰风格派运动的代表作品。它不仅体现了施罗德夫人前卫、开放的生活追求,更是第一批现代建筑遗产的修复案例,对于荷兰乃至世界的建筑保护工作具有里程碑式意义。本文将负责重修的建筑师博图斯·穆德置于荷兰现代建筑保护理论发展的时代背景下,考察了其在工作中的指导思想、选择、成果与疏漏,同时涉及施罗德一家起到的作用。穆德将修复重点定位在恢复住宅的初始抽象空间感上,由此对颜色、材料进行了大刀阔斧的修复,并剔除了住户生活历史。针对其工作的全面反思,对今后现代主义建筑遗产修复具有一定借鉴意义。
