可调谐的双波长钛宝石激光器

一台可调谐钛宝石激光器两个波长同时运转,在数ns以内同步,相对波长差最大可达55nm。观测到明显的两种波长激光的竞争和关联。由BBO实现了两波的和频与倍频。     

Surface treatment for adhesive-bonded joints by excimer laser

In this work a treatment for surface preparation to improve mechanical resistance in adhesive bonding of plastic composites reinforced with fibres and metallic material, has been performed using an excimer laser. The following couplings have been selected to reproduce joints commonly used in the aerospace and automotive industry: CFC (carbon fibre composite) with CFC, CFC with Al 2024T3, Al 99% with Al 99%, GFC (glass fibre composite) with zinc-coated sheet in low carbon steel FeP01. The surfaces have been prepared using an excimer laser, adopting several values of laser parameters. The obtained surfaces have been examined by optical and scanning electron microscope: comparative measures of wetting and roughness have been performed to obtain an accurate characterisation and to select the proper finishes suitable to improve the mechanical resistance of the joints. The results obtained show that laser treatment always improves the final resistance of the joint; notable increases, and no significant surface damages have been highlighted. Better results have been obtained with the Al 99% with Al 99% joints which, with a low number of pulses treatment, have shown an increase of mechanical resistance up to the 70%.     

Research progress in terahertz quantum cascade lasers

The terahertz(THz)quantum cascade laser(QCL)is a coherent THz source based on intersubband transitions of unipolar carriers.As semiconductor lasers,THz QCLs are solid-state,electrically pumped,tunable,and can be easily integrated.This paper reviews the state of the art for the design,operation temperature,and output power of THz QCLs.Their applications in THz communication and imaging are also discussed.     

在线气体分析系统在炼钢厂的应用

介绍宣钢炼钢厂转炉煤气回收过程的在线气体分析,比较激光分析仪和抽气式气体分析仪的工作原理及特点。     

锡膏激光扫描三维测量系统光强自适应调节技术

根据锡膏激光扫描三维测量系统在测量PCB电路板时底板和锡膏对激光光强的散射效果不同,设计并研制了一套光强自适应调节光源。该光源以程控电源为基础,分析光条中心提取效果与激光光强的关系,应用小波分解与频带能量比相结合的光强自适应调节算法实现测量系统光强自适应调节功能。进行了相关实验,实验结果表明该光源能够很好地实现锡膏激光扫描三维测量系统的激光光强自适应调节,并能选出最适合测量的激光光强,具有很好的适用性。     

基于MEMS微电极芯片的电穿孔系统

报道了一种基于微加工金电极的细胞电穿孔芯片及一套完整的细胞电穿孔系统。该系统能够在多种细胞系中实现高效细胞电穿孔(对典型HEK-293A(人胚胎肾细胞)细胞的穿孔效率高于90%,3T3-L1(小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞)的电穿孔效率高达80%)。并且具有手动模式和自动模式。同时,由于基于独特的电极设计,其所需电压也远低于现有设备(典型工作电压为60 V),成本更低,操作更安全。     

利用Visual C＋＋和Direct3D设计雷达显示器

利用Visual C＋＋和Direct3D对某雷达显示器的实现过程作了详细论述,包括数据采集、PPI型显示器、A型显示器、B型显示器、余晖显示、航迹显示等。通过试验证明,采用Direct3D绘图方式比采用GDI绘图方式效果好,更适用于数据处理量大、天线扫描速度快的雷达显示器。     

激光测速仪在宽厚板轧机后测长的运用

随着国内厚板产量的增加,其市场竞争日趋激烈。为了更好的谋求发展,莱钢宽厚板厂在降低生产成本的同时,通过技术改造极大地提高产品的质量。因为板坯成材规格需要精确的长度数据,所以宽厚板板坯长度的精确测量就显得非常重要。本文主要介绍激光测速仪在轧机后测长系统中的应用。     

基于自由摆的平板精确控制与激光追踪系统

以TI公司的MSP430F5438单片机为控制核心,结合步进电机和精密电位器WDD35D-4,实现了基于自由摆的平板控制与激光追踪系统。当摆杆摆角为45°～60°时,平板可以承载8枚一元硬币,并在5个摆动周期内维持稳定;当摆杆摆角为30°～60°时,固定在摆杆平板上的激光笔可以在15s内找到并跟踪1.5m远处的靶心。     

Blind estimation of the PN sequence in lower SNR DS-SS signals with residual carrier

This paper presents a method of singular value decomposition (SVD) plus digital phase lock loop (DPLL) to solve the difficult problem of blind pseudo-noise (PN) sequence estimation in low signal to noise ratios (SNR) direct sequence spread spectrum (DS-SS, DS) signals with residual carrier. Of course, the method needs to know the parameters of DS signal, such as the period and code rate of PN sequence. Firstly, the received signal is sampled and divided into non-overlapping signal vectors according to a temporal window, whose duration is two periods of PN sequence. Then, an autocorrelation matrix is computed and accumulated by the signal vectors one by one. The PN sequence with residual carrier can be estimated by the principal eigenvector of this autocorrelation matrix. Furthermore, a DPLL is used to deal with the estimated PN sequence with residual carrier, it estimates and tracks the residual carrier, removes the residual carrier in the end. Theory analysis and computer simulation results show that this method can effectively realize the PN sequence estimation from the input DS signals with residual carrier in lower SNR.
