在基于搜索起点预测和梯度式菱形搜索方法的基础上，提出了一种运动矢量场自适应搜索算法（MVFSAS），实验结果表明，该算法以较小的搜索代价取得了与全搜索相当的效果，并在搜索速度和搜索效果方面优于三步（3SS）和四步（4SS）快速运动搜索算法。     

Multilayered substrate integrated waveguide 4 × 4 butler matrix

In this article, a multilayered substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) Butler matrix beam‐forming network is proposed, designed, and demonstrated at 24 GHz for automotive radar system applications. The proposed low‐cost SIW structure can be used to develop a highly integrated multibeam antenna platform in automotive radar systems and other applications. In this structure, an SIW H‐plane coupler is optimized with an H‐plane slit to provide the required phase shift. A class of SIW E‐plane 3‐dB couplers in doubled layer substrate are studied and designed as the fundamental building blocks to avoid crossovers usually required in the construction of a Butler matrix. A 4 × 4 matrix is investigated and designed, which shows excellent performance over 22–26 GHz frequency band. Two types of antenna are tested with the proposed matrix scheme. First, an antipodal linearly tapered slot antenna (ALTSA) is incorporated into the Butler matrix to verify the broadband performances. Second, a longitudinal slotted waveguide antenna array is examined to generate radiation patterns in the broadside direction. Measured results agree well with simulated counterparts, thus validating the proposed multilayer SIW design concepts. In the next sections, the use as feeding networks for providing the reconfigurability operation of an antenna will be illustrated. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. FSS-kernel与FastICA融合的盲源分离算法研究

Fast ICA算法有着比传统ICA算法更快、更稳健的收敛速度,但由于其选用的非线性函数不能很好地符合源信号的统计特性,恢复结果并不理想。针对该问题,提出了一种有限支持样本核函数(FSS-kernel)与Fast ICA融合的盲源分离算法。该方法是通过FSS-kernel算法估计得出源信号概率密度函数,结合Fast ICA算法,实现混合信号的盲分离。仿真结果表明,该方法能够有效地完成混叠信号的分离,通过与传统ICA算法及Fast ICA算法比较,证明了该方法具有更高的分离精度和自适应能力。     

三聚氰胺甲醛树脂改性及其纤维的性能

三聚氰胺甲醛树脂是热固性高聚物,成纤性差,成纤纤维韧性差;通过苯代三聚氰胺、聚乙烯醇(PVA)对三聚氰胺树脂进行改性,提高了树脂溶液的可纺性,所制纤维的柔韧性得到了提高。通过红外光谱、SEM、TG-DTA研究了纤维的结构、形态及耐热性。     

施压加工对钽铜爆炸复合板性能的影响

本文通过铆钉上和显微硬度分析,讨论了旋压加工对钽铜爆炸复合板性能的影响。结果表明：钽铜爆炸复合板具有足够高的强度,能随旋压加工时的较大塑性变形,施压后复合板整体硬度升高。施压加工后的复合板加热到４００℃时,铜已完全再结晶,而对钽只起去应力的作用。     

Discovery of Five New Ethylene-Forming Enzymes for Clean Production of Ethylene in E. coli

Ethylene is an essential platform chemical with a conjugated double bond, which can produce many secondary chemical products through copolymerisation. At present, ethylene production is mainly from petroleum fractionation and cracking, which are unsustainable in the long term, and harmful to our environment. Therefore, a hot research field is seeking a cleaner method for ethylene production. Based on the model ethylene-forming enzyme (Efe) {"type":"entrez-protein","attrs":{"text":"AAD16440.1","term_id":"4323597","term_text":"AAD16440.1"}}AAD16440.1 (6vp4.1.A) from Pseudomonas syringae pv. phaseolicol, we evaluated five putative Efe protein sequences using the data derived from phylogenetic analyses and the conservation of their catalytic structures. Then, pBAD expression frameworks were constructed, and relevant enzymes were expressed in E. coli BL21. Finally, enzymatic activity in vitro and in vivo was detected to demonstrate their catalytic activity. Our results show that the activity in vitro measured by the conversion of α-ketoglutarate was from 0.21–0.72 μmol ethylene/mg/min, which varied across the temperatures. In cells, the activity of the new Efes was 12.28–147.43 μmol/gDCW/h (DCW, dry cellular weight). Both results prove that all the five putative Efes could produce ethylene.

基于超声雾化联用快速气相色谱-声表面波传感器的氯胺酮检测系统

氯胺酮在临床上是一种高效麻醉剂,但近年来被滥用于各种娱乐场所,因此,建立一种快速、准确的氯胺酮检测方法的重要性日益凸显.对于现有的各种检测方法,都需要相应的样品前处理过程,增加了检测时间和检测复杂度,最后的检测结果一定程度上和样品前处理有着密切关系.根据现有技术的不足,使用超声雾化装置利用电子的高频振荡对样品进行雾化处理,将液体样品转化为水雾状,经过快速气相色谱分离,利用声表面波传感器的响应来检测物质.经过标准样品的检测,线性关系良好,相关系数R2在0.9481以上,检出限为0.1 μg/mL,从样品处理到得到检测结果可在60 s内完成.本系统样品前处理简单,可在1 min内快速准确检测氯胺酮.通过标准溶液的实验,验证了本系统的可行性、可靠性和检测下限.
