Goodness of Fit Tests for the Gamma and Exponential Distributions

Goodness of fit tests based on generalized minimum x ² techniques are developed for the gamma and exponential distributions. The power of these tests has been found for several alternative families of distributions by utilizing the asymptotic non-null distribution of the test statistic. The tests behave very well for the types of alternatives considered here. Applications to some failure data of Proschan (1963) are included for illustrative purposes.     

航空发动机主轴轴承内圈配合表面压力及影响因素研究

针对航空发动机主轴与轴承内圈发生相对转动,两者配合表面出现严重磨损的故障。首先用理论方法和有限元法分别计算了轴承内圈与主轴配合表面的接触压力,然后分析了轴向预紧载荷、工作温度、主轴转速三种因素对该接触压力的影响。发现:轴承内圈与主轴过盈配合安装时配合表面的接触压力分布不均匀,边缘处出现峰值,理论解略偏于安全;轴向预紧载荷对轴承内圈与轴配合表面的接触压力的分布和数值影响不大;工作温度和转速对轴承内圈与主轴配合表面的接触压力均有显著的影响,接触压力随着温度升高和转速增加而下降;如果不考虑轴系所受外载荷轴承内圈与主轴配合表面的接触压力可能会降低为0。该研究对于设计主轴轴承的装配过盈量具有一定的指导意义。     

The effect of person–organization fit feedback via recruitment web sites on applicant attraction

We adopted a person–organization (P–O) fit framework to examine applicant attraction to an organization in the context of Web-based recruitment. A total of 121 undergraduate business students participated in a two-stage study first by completing a paper-and-pencil survey and second, by visiting a fictitious recruitment Web site in which the researchers manipulated the fit feedback information participants received. Levels of participants’ subjective P–O fit and P–O fit feedback information were found to be positively related to attraction. That is, participants with high subjective P–O fit perceptions and participants who received high P–O fit feedback information reported higher applicant attraction. Furthermore, the interaction between P–O fit feedback information and whether the P–O fit feedback information was consistent with participants’ subjective P–O fit was significantly related to applicant attraction. Implications of Web-based recruitment with real-time feedback are offered.

应用2^k析因试验设计方法可同时考虑多项因素及其交互作用对响应变量的影响。本文基于SAS(Statistical Analysis System)软件中发动机的2^5无重复析因试验数据,研究了发动机中NOx排放的影响因素,对优化发动机设计,降低NOx排放起到了指示作用。     

Metrics for crystallographic diffraction- and fit-data: a review of existing ones and the need for new ones

In this review the state of the art in metrics for single crystal diffraction data and suggested new developments are described. The focus is on how these metrics can help or prevent not only to describe the data but also to give hints towards unresolved modelling problems, identifying systematic errors and their sources.     

宜昌－随州－大路庄航磁剖面的地质解释

本文以宜昌—随州—大路庄剖面地区岩石的磁参数为基础，根据航磁异常特征及该区地质特征，设计了该区浅中部磁模型，据拟合计算结果建立了地质模型，并提出扬子准地台的结晶基底向北延伸，论述了扬子准地台、秦岭褶皱系、华北准地台三者的磁性特征及相互关系。     

采用过盈装配双筒离心机转鼓的强度计算

提出一种新型离心机转鼓结构及其设计计算方法。推导了采用过盈配合热压工艺装配的双筒离心机转鼓结构应力和位移的计算公式 ,并通过一离心机转鼓强度计算实例来说明其优越性     

由压桩试验测得的P-s曲线确定土层力学参数的初步研究

利用试验测得的Ｐ－ｓ曲线,确定沿桩身分布的各层土的力学指标。首先,选择一种较成熟的分析单桩沉降的方法,并利用所选择的分析方法,确定与指定沉降相应的荷载对各层土力学参数变化的敏感性;然后,利用此敏感性,调整各层土力学参数的值。如此反复进行,直至达到所要求的拟合精度。     

基于面向对象技术的尺寸精度设计专家系统研究

本文采用先进的面向对象技术完成了尺寸精度及配合设计专家系统的建造工作,运用专家系统完成机械设计与制造是比较理想的方法。
