环艺专业基础教学中创造性思维培养的缺失

通过"创造性思维的测试"证明环境艺术设计的基础教学体系所采用的契斯恰可夫教学体系存在创造性思维训练的缺失,从而影响了艺术设计专业教学质量,对其进行创新性的改造能够使契斯哈可夫教学体系更好的为设计教学服务。     

西河闸枢纽节制闸闸底板结构复核设计

节制闸是西河闸枢纽的重要组成部分,其主要功能是防洪、蓄水灌溉、航运.目前闸底板存在裂缝及脱空现象,此次设计复核了完建及正常挡水两种工况,并就影响闸底板内力的柔度系数、混凝土弹性模量及边荷载3个问题进行了讨论,为该工程的加固设计提供依据.     

Flexibility in manufacturing: A survey

This article is an attempt to survey the vast literature on flexibility in manufacturing that has accumulated over the last 10 to 20 years. The survey begins with a brief review of the classical literature on flexibility in economics and organization theory, which provides a background for manufacturing flexibility. Several kinds of flexibilities in manufacturing are then defined carefully along with their purposes, the means to obtain them, and some suggested measurements and valuations. Then we examine the interrelationships among the several flexibilities. Various empirical studies and analytical/optimization models dealing with these flexibilities are reported and discussed. The article concludes with suggestions for some possible future research directions.     

ANALYSIS ON THE SPINNING FORCES IN FLEXIBLE SPINNING OF CONES

Flexible spinning is a new type of spinning process where spin-forming is performedwithout using a mandrel. Combining shearing and rolling processes, the calculation formulas of thespinning forces in flexible spinning of cones is presented. The effects of the main processing parame-ters, such as gripping force G applied to the blank by the inner roller, the feed rate of rollers f and theroundness radius of outer roller r_o, on the spinning forces are analyzed experimentally and theoreti-cally.     

单柱立式车床挠度误差补偿

对于西门子公司的８８０Ｔ等尚没有设置悬臂梁挠度误差补偿功能的数控系统，利用其既有软件资源，通过ＰＬＣ编程可实现挠度误差补偿。文章介绍了挠度误差补偿程序的编程方法以及在ＣＫＸ１５０００立式车床上的实施举例。     

A network approach for modeling and design of agile supply chains using a flexibility construct

Agility can be viewed as a need to encourage the enterprise-wide integration of flexible and core competent resources so as to offer value-added product and services in a volatile competitive environment. Since flexibility is considered a property that provides change capabilities of different enterprise-wide resources and processes in time and cost dimensions, supply chain flexibility can be considered a composite state to enterprise-wide resources to meet agility needs. Enterprise modeling frameworks depicting these composite flexibility states are difficult to model because of the complex and tacit interrelationship among system parameters and also because agility thrives on many business objectives. In view of this, the modeling framework presented in this paper is based on analytical network process (ANP) since this methodology can accommodate the complex and tacit interrelationship among factors affecting enterprise agility. The modeling framework forms a three-level network with the goal of attaining agility from the perspective of market, product, and customer as the actors. The goal depends on substrategies that address the characteristics of the three actors. Each of these substrategies further depends on manufacturing, logistic, sourcing, and information technology (IT) flexibility elements of the enterprise supply chain (SC). The research highlights that, under different environmental conditions, enterprises require synergy among appropriate supply chain flexibilities for practising agility. In the present research, the ANP modeling software tool Super Decisions™ has been used for relative prioritization of the supply chain flexibilities. We demonstrate through sensitivity analysis that dynamic conditions do require adjustments in the enterprise-wide flexibility spectrum.

质量管理系统中柔性工作流建模方法研究

针对传统质量管理对流程控制的不足，分析了传统工作流在柔性支持上的缺乏及业务过程建模描述复杂、僵化等问题，提出了一种基于柔性工作流的质量管理系统，结合UML定义良好、易于表达等特点，给出了基于扩展UML活动图的柔性建模方法，引入了复杂柔性节点的概念，提高了业务过程的柔性。实践表明，这一方法降低了业务过程模型的复杂度、增强了实际应用系统的灵活性、拓宽了适用性，为柔性工作流管理系统的进一步研究做出了有益的探索。     

基于任务执行全过程的工作流建模方法

针对目前工作流管理系统在描述能力、可扩展性、柔性和可封装性等方面的严重不足,提出了一种基于任务执行全过程和反馈机制及封装思想的工作流建模方法。通过给出产品开发过程的工作流模型实例,展现了这种建模方法在提高模型描述能力、提高系统可扩展性和柔性等诸方面的优势所在。对于开发可靠性高,柔性、适应性和可移植性强,封装能力好的工作流管理系统具有重要的应用价值。     

轿车车身结构概念模型中接头的模拟

提出了"接头单元”的概念,以车身某一立柱上接头为例,计算了接头柔度,并研究了在车身结构概念模型中模拟接头的方法.此外,还分析了接头柔度对整车刚度的影响.     

Top-gate organic field-effect transistors fabricated on paper with high operational stability

We report on top-gate organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) fabricated on specialty paper, PowerCoat™ HD 230 from Arjowiggins Creative Papers coated with a buffer layer composed of a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and polyvinylpyrrolidine (PVP) blend. OFETs operate at low voltages and display average carrier mobility values of 1.7 ± 1.1 × 10⁻¹ cm²/Vs, average threshold voltage values of −1.4 ± 0.2 V, and average on/off current ratio of 10⁵. OFETs also display excellent operational stability demonstrated by stable 1000 scans of the transfer characteristics and by stable on-currents displaying less than 6% change during a DC bias stress test at V_DS = V_GS = −10 V for 1 h. Furthermore, OFETs on paper display a decrease of only 7% in their on-state current during a bending test. The performance of these OFETs on paper is comparable to that displayed by top-gate OFETs with the same geometry fabricated on glass substrates.
