以电解二氧化锰和碳酸锂为原料用高温固相法合成了尖晶石锰酸锂,在锂与锰的原子比从0.95:2到1.1:2范围内,其结构为单一尖晶石相,晶格常数和比容量随着锂锰比的增加呈现出先增大后降低的变化规律.在锂锰比为1.0:2和1.02:2附近,晶格常数和比容量分别达到最大.这种变化规律与锂离子在晶格中的位置有关.在锂锰比从1.0:2到1.1:2的范围内,随着锂锰比的增加,尖晶石锰酸锂嵌脱锂反应过程的动力学极化逐渐降低,大电流性能逐渐提高.以尖晶石锰酸锂为正极,MCMB为负极组装了423048型电池,锂锰比从1.0:2到1.1:2,电池循环稳定性随锰酸锂的锂锰比的增大而提高. 相似文献

Abstract— A novel preparation method for dichroic dye‐doped polymer‐dispersed liquid crystals has been developed. This was achieved by creating a porous polymer matrix first by washing out the liquid crystal from a polymer‐dispersed liquid crystal (PDLC), which is then refilled with dye‐doped liquid crystal. Optimizing the liquid crystal used in the refilling results in decreased turn‐on voltage and faster response time. The long term variation of the mean dose due to natural radiation in Japan received by an individual person was investigated. The mean exposure rate in each prefecture obtained by in-situ measurements was adopted as a basis of the radiation level. Population data were taken from both the resident registration and the census taking into account the essential difference of their meanings. It was revealed that the per capita dose due to outdoor natural radiaiton in Japan has been decreasing in the last approximate 30 yr. It will be due to the population movement from countrysides towards urban areas. That is because countrysides generally consist of stable mountainlands where granitic rocks distribute though urban areas generally consist of alluvial plains where volcanic ash or humus dominates. Although the contribution of low radiation level (below 9.0μR/h) areas to the nation-wide collective dose still remains under 50%, its relative importance has certainly been increasing in the last three decades. Maintenance-related costs are one of the main components of overhead costs and constitute an important part of a product’s actual cost. Therefore, making proper efforts to reduce and optimise maintenance costs could be one way of gaining competitive advantages. A major part of maintenance-related costs is the salaries paid to the workforce in the maintenance department. This paper seeks the optimal assignment of human resources to the maintenance department to reduce the related costs. First, we model the maintenance department using fuzzy queue models. Then, a cost function is proposed which includes the costs of workforce shortage and workforce overload. The optimal size of workforce is obtained by considering different numbers and choosing the one which minimises the total costs. Some parameters are fuzzy outputs of the queue models, which make fuzzy results of the cost function. In order to find the minimum fuzzy cost function, we use Lee and Li fuzzy ranking method. Finally, our model is tested in a spiral-tube company and a sensitivity analysis is performed. 相似文献
