HTR-10燃料元件装卸系统冷态调试

10MW高温气冷实验堆（HTR－10）是一座球床堆，由燃料元件装卸系统实现燃料元件的装卸和循环，且不需要停堆，为保证HTR－10的正常运行，燃料元件装卸系统必须安全，可靠，为此，必须对燃料元件装卸系统进行周密，细致的调试试验和验证，本文介绍了燃料元件装卸系统冷调试的主要调试项目，调试方法和调试结果。     

高压变频器在高炉冲渣水泵上的应用

介绍了HARSVERT—A06／035型高压变频器的性能及其在新4号高炉冲渣水泵上的应用。     

Mg-doped LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 spinel for cathode materials

Lithium-ion batteries are becoming more and more important not only for portable electronic devices, but also in prevision of high power electric vehicles. In such an optic, deep studies regarding all the components of a secondary battery are in development. In this study, high voltage cathode materials have been selected. Crystals with spinel structure have a 3D vacancy pathway suitable for Li-ions transport. The material under study was LiNi_0.5Mn_1.5O₄ doped with magnesium replacing the nickel. Various samples were synthesized via three different routes: a solid-state method, a modified sol–gel method and a xerogel method. The structure and morphology of the powders were analyzed with HRTEM and XRD. Electrochemical tests were also performed. A wide range of particle sizes (from micro to nanosize) was the result of the different synthesis routes. Unfortunately pure materials were not always obtained. The electrochemical tests showed improvement of the material's cyclability, by reducing the particle size. The electrochemical tests further confirmed the existence of a Li_1+dMn_2−dO₄ impurity. The results are quite promising, however, further improvement of the purity of the electrode composition are needed.

1　故障现象一次 ,我们用KL -1 5型制氧制氮车开机制氮 ,给一只容积为 40升、最高工作压力为1 4 7MPa的气瓶灌充氮气 ,当气瓶充气压力升高到一定值时不再上升。反复开泵 ,压力基本不变。液氧泵停止时 ,出口压力无明显下降。经分析判断导致气瓶压力升高到一定值时不再上升的原因是由于液氧泵被冻结所致。2　排除方法首先关闭液氧泵。拧开制冷机氢气放气阀 ,使压力下降到 1 0MPa。开大放气阀 ,使二级压力保持在 0 3 5MPa左右。调整正流空气调节阀 ,调节好中部温度。关闭液氮进液氧泵阀和气氮出液氧泵阀。戴棉布手套 ,拆开液氮进口接头、…     

Trypsin inhibitor activity of soybean as affected by genotype and fertilisation

The presence of protease inhibitors in soybean prohibits the utilisation of the raw beans for food and feed. However, little information is available about environmental influences and the effects of nitrogen and sulphur supply on the antinutritional constituents of soybean. As these factors may influence protease inhibitors, soybean genotypes segregated according to the presence or absence of the Kunitz trypsin inhibitor have been evaluated for trypsin inhibitor activity (TIA) in field trials. TIA was affected significantly by environment (geographical location), fertilisation treatment and genotype. Environmental means of TIA were between 69.5 and 104.8 mg g^?1. Nitrogen application, which caused an increase in seed protein content, resulted in a reduction in TIA by about 15% as compared with the control. Remarkably, simultaneous application of nitrogen and sulphur in the form of ammonium sulphate had a similar reductive effect on TIA to that of nitrogen application alone, although soybean protease inhibitors are rich in sulphur amino acids. Significant genetic variation in TIA was found both within the genotype class with the Kunitz inhibitor present as well as within the class lacking this inhibitor. The results suggest that TIA of soybean may be modified considerably by genetic improvement and appropriate agronomic management. Copyright © 2003 Society of Chemical Industry     

Influence of the Preheat Treatment on the Microstructure and Properties of X37CrMoV5-1 Steel

The technological properties of the hot-work tool steels depend on their microstructural quality induced by the production process and the heat treatment. One of the frequently applied methods to improve microstructure is preheat treatment. The treatment of carbonitriding X37CrMoV5-1 steel has been investigated in fluidized bed furnaces. Thickness and phase composition have been conducted using optical microscopy Neophot 32 and scanning microscopy, JEOL 5400, after etching in nital.     

低温吸附法脱除一氧化碳中甲烷的实验研究

在液氮温度下,采用吸附剂CNA X进行低温脱甲烷动态吸附实验,结果表明CNA X在液氮温度下可以将一氧化碳中0 1%左右的甲烷脱除到10×10-6。     

ZJ510L-B汽车用高强度热轧板的试制

珠钢150t电弧炉-LF(VD)-CSP(紧凑式带材生产)流程试生产的5～8mm ZJ510L-B(0．16C--1．22Mn)汽车用高强度热轧板的铁素体晶粒尺寸为6．0～9．2μm，带状组织为1．5～2．5级，强度极限σb562～610MPa，延伸率δ5 32．0％～38．6％。文中还分析和提出了带状组织的形成原因和改进措施。     

高温对冶金窑窑体的影响

针对冶金回转窑窑体在高温下产生的失效进行数值分析，并在此基础上对冶金窑窑体的设计方法进行修正。
