In this paper, a robust parametric cerebellar model articulation controller (RP-CMAC) with self-generating design, called RPCSGD, is proposed for uncertain nonlinear systems. The proposed controller consists of two parts: one is the parametric CMAC with self-generating design (PCSGD), which is utilized to approximate the ideal controller and the other is the robust controller, which is designed to achieve a specified H∞ robust tracking performance of the system. The corresponding memory size of the proposed controller can be suitably constructed via the self-generating design. Thus, the useless or untrained memories will not take possession of the space. Besides, the concept of sliding-mode control (SMC) is adopted so that the proposed controller has more robustness against the approximated error and uncertainties. The stability of the system can be guaranteed surely due to the derivations of the adaptive laws of the proposed RPCSGD based on the Lyapunov function. Finally, the proposed controller is applied to the second-order chaotic system and the one-link rigid robotic manipulator. The tracking performance and effectiveness of the proposed controller are verified by simulations of the computer. 相似文献

Gaussian process (GP) models form an emerging methodology for modelling nonlinear dynamic systems which tries to overcome certain limitations inherent to traditional methods such as e.g. neural networks (ANN) or local model networks (LMN).The GP model seems promising for three reasons. First, less training parameters are needed to parameterize the model. Second, the variance of the model's output depending on data positioning is obtained. Third, prior knowledge, e.g. in the form of linear local models can be included into the model. In this paper the focus is on GP with incorporated local models as the approach which could replace local models network.Much of the effort up to now has been spent on the development of the methodology of the GP model with included local models, while no application and practical validation has yet been carried out. The aim of this paper is therefore twofold. The first aim is to present the methodology of the GP model identification with emphasis on the inclusion of the prior knowledge in the form of linear local models. The method described in this article evaluates case similarity in the retrieval stage of case-based reasoning (CBR). It thus plays a key role in deciding which case to select, and therefore, in deciding which solution will be eventually applied. In CBR, there are many retrieval techniques. One feature shared by most is that case retrieval is based on attribute similarity and importance. However, there are other crucial factors that should be considered, such as the possible consequences of a given solution, in other words its potential loss and gain. As their name clearly implies, these concepts are defined as functions measuring loss and gain when a given retrieval case solution is applied. Moreover, these functions help the user to choose the best solution so that when a mistake is made the resulting loss is minimal. In this way, the highest benefit is always obtained. 相似文献

A DSS integrating empty and full containers transshipment operations is presented, addressing the typically unbalanced export/import containers trading problem. The problem is modeled as a network, where nodes represent customers, leasing companies, harbors and warehouses, while arcs represent transportation routes. The underlying mathematical model operates in stages, first prioritizing and adjusting full containers demands considering available empty containers supplies, and then statically optimizing costs. Transportation routes are registered and dynamically controlled, cyclically, for a given time horizon. The DSS is flexible, allowing several parameters to be configured. The output feedback robust model predictive control (MPC), for the linear parameter varying (LPV) system with norm-bounded disturbance, is addressed, where the model parametric matrices are only known to be bounded within a polytope. The previous techniques of norm-bounding technique, quadratic boundedness (QB), dynamic output feedback, and ellipsoid (true-state bound; TSB) refreshment formula for guaranteeing recursive feasibility, are fused into the newly proposed approaches. In the notion of QB, the full Lyapunov matrix is applied for the first time in this context. The single-step dynamic output feedback robust MPC, where the infinite-horizon control moves are parameterised as a dynamic output feedback law, is the main topic of this paper, while the multi-step method is also suggested. In order to strictly guarantee the physical constraints, the outer bound of the true state replaces the true state itself, so tightness of this bound has a major effect on the control performance. In order to tighten the TSB, a procedure for refreshing the real-time ellipsoid based on that of the last sampling instant is given. In this paper, a cold standby repairable system consisting of two dissimilar components and one repairman is studied. When failures occur, the repair of both component 1 and component 2 are not ‘as good as new’. The consecutive operating times of component 1 after repair constitute a decreasing geometric process, while the repair times of component 1 are independent and identically distributed. For component 2, its failure is rectified by minimal repair, and the repair time is negligible. Component 1 has priority in use when both components are good. The replacement policy N is based on the failure number of component 1. Under policy N, we derive the explicit expression of the long-run average cost rate C(N) as well as the average number of repairs of component 2 before the system replaced. The optimal replacement policy N*, which minimises the long-run average cost rate C(N), is obtained theoretically. If the failure rate r(t) of component 2 is increasing, the existence and uniqueness of the optimal policy N* is also proved. Finally, a numerical example is given to validate the developed theoretical model. Some sensitivity analyses are provided to show the influence of some parameters, such as the costs for replacement and repair, and the parameters of the lifetime and repair time distributions of both components, to the optimal replacement policy N* and corresponding average cost rate C(N*). 相似文献

This paper deals with the leader-follower consensus problem of Lipschitz nonlinear systems under fixed directed communication networks. In this paper, we consider finite-time control problems for linear multi-agent systems subject to exogenous constant disturbances and impulses. Some sufficient conditions are obtained to ensure the finite-time boundedness of the multi-agent systems, which could be then reduced to a feasibility problem involving linear matrix inequalities.
