采用常规水蒸气蒸馏法提取含羞草中的挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱法分析其化学成分。分离出41个峰,鉴定出34种化学成分,占总峰面积的89.01 %。含羞草挥发油中主要成分为N,N-二苯基-肼酰胺、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、邻苯二甲酸丁基-2-甲基丙基酯、十九烷、1H-吲哚-3-乙醇、二十四烷、2,4-二(1-苯乙基)苯酚、二十六烷、二十七烷等。 相似文献

采用放电等离子烧结技术和有限元分析设计的MoSi2/316L梯度材料作为过渡层连接MoSi2与316L不锈钢,研究了各层及界面组织.结果表明:MoSi2与梯度过渡层材料间热膨胀系数的有效匹配,可防止低韧性MoSi2由连接温度(1 200 ℃)冷却时产生的残余应力而引起的开裂;使用9层MoSi2/316L梯度材料过渡层体系可获得一种组织致密且均匀的接头;MoSi2/316L不锈钢梯度过渡层在宏观上呈现明显的梯度,微观上则表现出成分连续变化,且各层成分分布均匀. 相似文献

Young that are defined on a subset of the real line and take values in metric or normed spaces. We single out the characterizing properties for these mappings, prove the structural theorem for them, and study their continuity properties. We obtain the existence of a geodesic path of bounded L8G907J810/xxlarge934.gif" alt="PHgr" align="BASELINE" BORDER="0">-variation between two points of a compact set with certain regularity of its modulus of continuity. The classical Helly selection principle from the theory of functions of bounded variation is generalized for mappings of bounded L8G907J810/xxlarge934.gif" alt="PHgr" align="BASELINE" BORDER="0">-variation. Under natural restrictions on the function L8G907J810/xxlarge934.gif" alt="PHgr" align="BASELINE" BORDER="0">, we show that the space of all normed space-valued mappings under consideration can be endowed with a metric. The application of combinational therapy makes up for the limitation of monotherapy and achieves superior treatment against cancer. However, the combinational therapy remains restricted by the poor tumor‐specific delivery and the abscopal effect. Herein, reactive oxygen species (ROS)‐responsive PEGylated bilirubin nanoparticles (BRNPs) are developed to encapsulate two glutathione‐activatable drugs, including dimer‐7‐ethyl‐10‐hydroxycamptothecin (d‐SN38) and dimer‐lonidamine (d‐LND). Dimerization of the drugs significantly increases the drug loading capacity and the encapsulation efficiency of nanoparticles. With the assistance of iRGD peptide (cRGDKGPDC), the cellular uptake of BRNPs is more than double when compared with the control. In response to high levels of intracellular ROS, d‐SN38 and d‐LND are rapidly released from nanoparticles (SL@BRNPs). Furthermore, the pharmacodynamic experiments verify combining SL@BRNPs with anti‐PD‐L1 antibody greatly inhibits the primary tumor of breast cancer, improves CD8+ T cells levels, and CD8+ T cells/Tregs ratios in the tumor. Additionally, it shows high immune memory effect and can prevent the growth of lung metastasis. Taken together, the strategy pioneers a new way for the rational design of nanoassemblies through the combination of activatable drug dimers and stimuli‐responsive drug release, and a successful application of novel drug delivery systems in combination with the immune checkpoint blockade antibody. 相似文献

Knowing the probability of occurrence of a flood event is an important issue for water resources planning. At‐site probability models require a long extension of hydrological data for robust estimation of low‐frequency events. As the mean record length of 25 gauge stations in western river basins of Argentina is 49 years (until 2010), regional models are an interesting tool to determine mountain rivers system dynamics. This study aims to estimate low‐frequency quantiles of annual maximum flow in Argentinean western river basins (28°S–37°S) applying regional frequency analysis based on the L‐moments method. Besides, mean annual maximum flow of 75 gauge stations (22°S–52°S) was analysed. First, an exploratory data analysis was performed; normality, independence, and randomness were accepted in the 27%, 87%, and 91% of cases, respectively. Increasing trends in annual maximum flows in the north‐western and central‐western rivers of Argentina were detected, whereas decreasing trends in annual maximum flow in the Patagonian Andes were identified. Base on at‐site characteristics and at‐site statistics, a homogeneous region of 12 stations with a record period of 568 years was formed. General extreme value was the most appropriate distribution for this homogeneous study region. Estimation accuracy using Monte Carlo simulations was performed. The error bounds were set at 90%, the mean square error was 9.23%, and the relative bias was 1.6%. The regional method performed better than the at‐site estimation. 相似文献
