Analysis and optimization of weakly coupled thermoelastoplastic systems with applications to weldment design

A systematic approach for the design of weakly coupled thermoelastoplastic systems is presented. The Newton–Raphson iteration method is used in the solution process so that analytic design sensitivity formulations may be efficiently derived via the direct differentiation technique. The derived formulations are suitable for finite element implementations. Analysis and sensitivity analysis capabilities are combined with numerical optimization to form an optimum design algorithm. To demonstrate the algorithm, we optimally design a weldment with respect to manufacturing and service life aspects.     

Microstructural changes accompanying repair welding in 5xxx aluminium alloys and their effect on the mechanical properties

At the shipyards, the aluminium alloy 5083 is welded with a multi-pass sequence using the metal inert gas technique. If, while checking the weld integrity either after welding or during service, defects are detected in the vicinity of the weldment, repairs are usually employed to extend the service life.

The repair method involves removal of the upper passes, depending on the thickness and re-welding under the same conditions.

Purpose of this paper is to examine the microstructural changes accompanying repair welding, define their effect on properties of primary importance and set, if possible, an upper limit as far as the number of repairs is concerned.     

Thermal Generation of Residual Stress Fields for Purpose of Distortion Minimization

Thermal treatments of steel components with the goal of hardening often result in distortion by releasing the residual stresses which were brought into the specimen during the preceding processing steps. The goal of the presented work is the minimization of this distortion. By generating definite residual stress fields and investigating the resulting distortion, the distortion mechanism can be observed in detail. A flexible and reproducible way to generate such residual stress fields inside a specimen is by means of local thermal treatment with a laser beam. Computer simulations as well as experiments were carried out using an idealized tooth of a gearwheel (finger sample) as a model system. The deformation of the samples due to the laser heat treatment and the stress fields generated inside the samples were determined with respect to different process parameters.     

直接探测测风激光雷达的性能分析

综述了激光雷达大气风场测量的方法，提出了采用直接探测到量三维风场分布的F-P干涉仪方法，简述了测量原理，分析了系统的性能和测量误差，比较了基于分子散射和气溶胶散射的系统测量精度，给出了基于瑞利散射的激光雷达系统方案。     

生物非光滑耐磨表面与非光滑耐磨技术在工程中的应用

指出生物非光滑耐磨表面现象的普遍性，对贝壳、牙齿等几种天然生物耐磨表面几何形态特征进行了分析，并介绍了加工耐磨表面的几种技术方法及非光滑耐磨技术在工程中的应用。同时，对非光滑耐磨理论与技术方法中存在的问题及发展趋势进行了分析与展望。     

焊补法带压堵漏技术与不停车带压堵漏技术的应用

介绍了传统的焊补法堵漏及目前常用的不停车带压堵漏技术的基本原理、操作步骤以及密封剂类型，并对两种方法进行了比较。     

埋弧自动焊焊接H型钢柱的方法和注意事项

焊接十字形断面柱的结构特殊。对制作工艺及焊接变形控制要求较高。在实际生产中采用预先进行应力消除，组对时不加拘束，焊接时分段同向跳焊的方法成功地完成了对这一构件的制作。     

WDB620高强钢应用于大型蜗壳的焊接制造工艺研究

2005年初,水电十四局承担了漫湾二期水电站和小湾水电站蜗壳的制造任务。蜗壳钢材选用国产600 MPa级别高强钢,为了全面综合地考核该级别钢种的材料强度和安全裕度,检验模拟大型蜗壳焊接制造工艺的可靠性。对国产的WDB620高强钢进行了可焊性和制造工艺性试验研究,并在国内首次设计、制造模拟压力容器并对其进行水压试验和爆破试验。研究成果通过中国水电集团公司鉴定,结论为该课题研究成果达到国内选进水平。     

一种矿山用钢筋网自动化焊接生产线的设计

设计一条钢筋网自动化焊接生产线，包括经料送料平台、纬料自动分料及上料机构、多点电阻点焊机、接料平台、卸料机械手。从上料到出料依靠电机、汽缸之间的协调工作来实现。并由单片机和PLC实现控制功能，上位机用MCGS组态软件在整个过程监视现场，采集工作状态及参数，起到监控作用。     

光孤子源的研制

报道了利用增益开关分布反馈半导体激光器，Ｆ－Ｐ光学滤波器及掺饵光纤放大顺研制成光孤子源的研究工作。光孤子源性能稳定，输出的超短光脉冲重复频率为２．５ＧＨｚ脉宽２４，谱宽０．１４ｎｍ，时间带宽积０．４１９，平均输出光功率２．４ｍＷ。
