关联基础设施系统脆弱性分析

鉴于基础设施系统对社会生产和人民生活的重要性,分析基础设施系统的脆弱性,提出相应的抗干扰措施和改进策略,提高基础设施系统的可靠性,成为了当前研究的一个热点课题。基于此,在对基础设施系统脆弱性分析成果的基础上,从方法论的角度探讨了关联基础设施系统的脆弱性,并以华中地区某城市电力—供水网络为例分析了网络在节点级联故障下的脆弱性,为控制基础设施系统的级联故障、增强系统的抗干扰能力提供决策支持。     

SIMULATION AND ESTIMATION OF LONG MEMORY CONTINUOUS TIME MODELS

Abstract. Some general properties of long memory continuous time processes are recalled or proved. Methods of simulation are studied. A comparison with the usual discrete time autoregressive fractionally integrated moving-average filter is made and illustrations are provided. Then, two methods of estimation of the parameters of such a model from a discrete sample are studied, both theoretically and empirically, with Monte Carlo experiments.

Possible use of methylbenzenes as electrolyte additives for improving the overcharge tolerances of Li-ion batteries

Based on the voltammetric behaviour of a series of methyl-substituted benzenes in 1M LiPF₆/EC-DMC electrolyte, xylene was selected and tested as an electrolyte additive for overcharge protection of Li-ion batteries. From the overcharge curves, CV behaviour and SEM observations of the cells in the presence of xylene, it was found that the additive can polymerize at the overcharged voltage to form a dense layer of isolating polymer film at the cathode surface, which blocks off further oxidation of the electroactive material and electrolyte and, therefore, improves the overcharge tolerance of the Li-ion battery. In addition, the xylene additive has shown only a slight influence on the cycling behaviour.

On solutions to fuzzy stochastic differential equations with local martingales

This paper deals with a class of fuzzy stochastic differential equations (FSDEs) driven by a continuous local martingale under the Lipschitzian condition. Such equations can be useful in modeling hybrid systems, where the phenomena are simultaneously subjected to two kinds of uncertainties: randomness and fuzziness. The solutions of the FSDEs are the fuzzy stochastic processes, and their uniqueness is considered to be in a strong sense. Thus, the existence and uniqueness of solutions to the FSDEs under the Lipschitzian condition is first proven. Moreover, some asymptotic properties of the solutions to the FSDEs are investigated. Finally, an illustrating example on the interest term model is provided.
