Optimization of Selective Epitaxial Growth of Silicon in LPCVD

Selective epitaxial growth (SEG) of silicon has attracted considerable attention for its good electrical properties and advantages in building microstructures in high‐density devices. However, SEG problems, such as an unclear process window, selectivity loss, and nonuniformity have often made application difficult. In our study, we derived processing diagrams for SEG from thermodynamics on gas‐phase reactions so that we could predict the SEG process zone for low pressure chemical vapor deposition. In addition, with the help of both the concept of the effective supersaturation ratio and three kinds of E‐beam patterns, we evaluated and controlled selectivity loss and nonuniformity in SEG, which is affected by the loading effect. To optimize the SEG process, we propose two practical methods: One deals with cleaning the wafer, and the other involves inserting dummy active patterns into the wide insulator to prevent the silicon from nucleating.     

粉料纯度的影响因素及对策

粉料的纯度直接影响骨料配方和沥青用量，从而影响糊料混捏质量。文章就影响粉料纯度的因素进行探讨，并提出一些对策，以期对生产有所指导。     

深亚微米PD和FD SOI MOS器件热载流子损伤的研究

研究了深亚微米PD和FD SOI MOS器件遭受热截流子效应(HCE)后引起的器件参数退化的主要差异及其特点，提出了相应的物理机制，以解释这种特性。测量了在不同应力条件下最大线性区跨导退化和闽值电压漂移，研究了应力Vg对HCE退化的影响，并分别预测了这两种器件的寿命，提出了10年寿命的0．3μm沟长的PD和FD SOI MOS器件所能承受的最大漏偏压。     

聚乙烯辐照接枝体系中添加金属盐对接技率的影响

采用辐照接枝的方法，在高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)上接枝丙烯酸(AA)和对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)，从而削备出了一种含羧酸基团和磺酸基团的阳离子交换膜。详细研究了接枝体系中引入添加剂醋酸钠或氯化钠对接枝率的变化规律．实验表明，在预辐照接枝和共辐照接枝中，当AA接技PE或AA与SSS共同接枝PE时，强碱弱酸盐醋酸钠通过pH效应同离子效应对接枝率呈现复杂的影响，而中性盐氯化钠经离子对效应显著提高接枝率。     

基于有限状态的全周期序列混沌映射的研究

在有限长度的数字计算机中，混沌迭代序列是一个有限周期序列，其相关性能远远低于理想序列。基于skew tent映射，提出一种离散化的有限状态混沌映射，它允许精确的数值计算，没有舍入误差，通过选择合适的参数，映射能产生全周期长度的序列。仿真实验表明，归一化的序列平均周期对计算机精度不敏感，生成的二进制序列具有良好的相关性能。     

聚合物分散液晶(PMMA:5CB:C60)光折变特性的实验研究

用溶致相分离方法制备了3种不同组分的聚合物分散液晶薄膜(PMMA：5CB：C60)，C60作为敏化剂。利用二波耦合实验测量了不同样品的衍射效率和响应时间等光折变特性，实验发现，液晶含量不同的薄膜光学性质有很大的不同。     

土壤冲击特性的实验研究

本文利用分离式Hopkinson压杆研究了土体在不同应变率条件下的冲击动态力学性能，发现土体有明显的应变率效应，与静载相比，冲击荷载下土的动强度和动模量均有很大的提高。     

新型毫米波微带带通滤波器

介绍了一种新型的加载电容型毫米波微带带通滤波器。对这种滤波器进行了分析,推导出了滤波器中所用谐振单元间的耦合系数。该滤波器通过加载电容而出现慢波效应,使得在不改变电路性能的情况下,减小了电路尺寸。同时由于电路中加载电容形成的慢波效应而出现了带阻效应,因此对谐波有很好的抑制作用。利用高频分析软件CST仿真分析并设计了这种新型的加载电容型毫米波微带带通滤波器,实验结果与设计曲线结果相符。     

Biases of Success Rate Differences Shown in Binomial Effect Size Displays.

The intent of a binomial effect size display (BESD) is to show "the [real-world] importance of [an] effect indexed by a correlation [r]" (R. Rosenthal, 1994, p. 242) by reexpressing this correlation as a success rate difference (SRD) (e.g., treatment group success rate - control group success rate). However, SRDs displayed in BESDs generally overestimate real-world SRDs implied by correlations of (a) dichotomous X and Y variables (φ coefficients), (b) dichotomous X and continuous Y variables (point-biserial coefficients [rphs]). and (c) continuous X and Y variables (rxys). Furthermore, overestimation biases are larger for rxys than for rphs. Differences in the sizes of biases linked to different correlations suggest that BESD SRDs reported for different correlations are not comparable. The stochastic difference index (N. Cliff, 1993: A. Study on the Complexity of the Bullwhip Effect

Recent years have witnessed a rapid growth of interest in the study of the dynamic behavior of replenishment rules of bullwhip effect. We prove that bullwhip effect and butterfly effect share a same the self-oscillation amplifying mechanism that is the ordering decisions the supplier self-oscillation amplify the perturbations brought by the errors in the processing of retailers' demand information. This results as an explicit self-similar structure of the sensitivity of the system to the initial values duty to the nonlinear mechanism. In this paper, the causes process of the bullwhip effect is described as the internal nonlinear mechanism and study on the complexity of bullwhip effect for order-up-to policy under demand signal processing. The methodology is based on fractal and chaotic theory and allows important insights to be gained about the complexity behavior of bullwhip effect.
