Lubricating behavior of iron rhenate and its relation to matching pairs

The iron rhenate was compounded by chemical method, which may be generated during wear process of Fe-Re alloys at elevated temperature. The friction coefficient of iron rhenate has been determined by a pin-on-disc device. The results show that iron rhenate plays role of lubricating at RT-600 °C. The lubricating behavior is related to the matching pairs. The hardness of the materials of matching pairs, compatibility of iron rhenate with materials of matching pairs and surface roughness of disc affect the lubricating behavior of iron rhenate mostly. The principle of matching pairs is proposed. Project supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China Synopsis of the first author Xiong Dangsheng. associated professor, born in 1960. 铸轧5052合金冷隔缺陷产生的机理研究

阐述了5052合金铸轧坯料生产时冷隔缺陷产生的机理,结合超型FATA—HUNTERΦ1003×1850mm机多年的生产实践经验,提出了消除铸轧冷隔缺陷的措施。     

创新铁路运输方式实现750m^3高炉富余铁水分流

针对750m^3高炉铁水生产富余状况，制订了富余铁水向铸铁机铸铁的调送方案，通过创新思维、系统挖潜、优化资源配置等措施的实施，保证了750m^3高炉的正常生产，取得了良好效果。     

具有厚大断面的大型球墨铸铁铸件的生产

首先通过电炉—LF精炼炉—VD精炼炉—包内球化的工艺路线获得了足够的优质铁液,然后通过选取合适的分型面、设置合理的浇注系统、设计专用的冷铁、安放足够大的保温冒口和上表面加大加工余量来去除夹渣等措施,成功生产了具有厚大断面的大型球墨铸铁铸件。     

武钢4号高炉大修改造出铁场系统设计

武钢４号高炉出铁场系统设计属老系统改造设计，新增了带除尘风道的弧形钢风口平台，Ｄ．Ｄ．Ｓ型全液压泥炮、立柱旋转式电动开铁口机、半贮铁双砂口式快干浇注料等设计项目，高炉投产后的生产实践证明，新设计的出铁场系统达到了改善炉前环境，满足生产需要的目的。     

摩擦诱发高铬铸铁相变的透射电镜研究

利用透射电子显微镜研究了高铬铸铁在摩擦过程中的显微组织变化。结果表明：奥氏体基体在摩擦应力的作用下发生相变。摩擦表面形成α‘Ｍ。次表层形成γ与α’Ｍ共存区；γ与．ε共存区；γ位错丛聚区。     

高炉炉缸内铁水环流与内衬侵蚀

从分析中心焦柱在炉缸内的受力出发，计算了１０００￣５５８０ｍ＾３高炉大喷煤前后中心焦柱在炉缸铁水内的沉入深度，分析了炉缸内铁水环流的产生与炉缸内衬侵的关系，分析表明大喷煤有得利抑制铁水环流对缸内补的冲刷，提出了降低铁水环流对炉缸内衬侵蚀的途径。     

以1,3-二(4-邻羟基苯亚胺次甲基)苯氧基丙烷为载体的铁离子(Ⅲ)电极的研究

以1,3-二(4-邻羟基苯亚胺次甲基)苯氧基丙烷为中性载体制备了PVC膜Fe3+离子选择性电极。该电极对Fe3+呈现出良好的选择性和近Nernst电位响应性能。电极斜率为21mV/dec,线性范围为3.0×10-5～1.0×10-1mol/L,检出限为1.0×10-5mol/L。采用交流阻抗技术研究了电极的响应机理,并将电极作为指示电极初步用于EDTA的电位滴定。     

Effect of Fe on the high temperature oxidation of TiAl alloys

An alloy of 51.23Ti−48.73Al−0.4Fe (at.%) was oxidized at 800, 900 and 1000°C in air to determine the effect of Fe on oxidation. The scales formed consisted of an outer TiO₂ layer, an intermediate Al₂O₃ layer, and an inner mixed (TiO₂ Al₂O₃) layer, typical of conventional TiAl alloys. A small amount of dissolved Fe ions was weakly segregated in the outer TiO₂ layer and also in the inner (TiO₂−Al₂O₃) mixed layer. Ti₂AIN and TiN were detected in the scale in some instances. A thin, oxygen-affected Ti₃Al sublayer formed at the oxide-substrate interface. The overall oxidation kinetics and the scale morphology were not affected by Fe-addition.     

新型铸造镁合金开发现状

总结了近年来镁合金在高温抗蠕变、高韧性、高强度、高耐蚀性、降低成本和改善工艺性六大热点研究方向上取得的典型研究成果，重点阐述了对高温抗蠕变铸造镁合金的研究。并从热力学角度分析了镁合金中可能出现的各相对镁合金高温蠕变过程的影响，叙述了Mg-Al、Mg-Zn和Mg-RE系耐热合金的最新发明。
