In order to develop a new type of contact cable with high strength and high electrical conductivity, Cu-Cr alloy series were selected as materials and Cu-Cr alloy castings were produced by means of directional solidification continuous casting (DSCC) process. The results show that the fibrillar strengthening phase, 13-Cr, orderly arranges among the copper matrix phase along the wire direction; and a microstructure of in-situ composite forms, which retains the basic property of good conductivity of the copper matrix and meanwhile obtains the strengthening effect of [3-Cr phase. The production technology as well as the mechanical property, electrical property, and synthetic property of the in-situ composite contact cables was discussed.  相似文献

NiTi形状记忆合金薄膜具有形状记忆效应,极有希望用于制造高技术领域微电子机械系统中的微型激发器。NiTi形状记忆合金薄膜在制备和使用过程中需要高品质(衬)底材。本文利用高分辨电子显微学和高分辨分析电子显微学详细研究了硅底材NiTi形状记忆合金薄膜的NiTi/Si和NiTi/SiO2微结构体系,包括薄膜精细结构和界面反应。也研究了其显微结构和力学性能的关系。特别给出了NiTi形状记忆合金薄膜产生疲劳过程的微观过程的起因,通过高达十万个使用热循环前后样品显微结构变化的比较,发现纳米尺度上的TiNi3新相的形成导致疲劳过程的发生。如何抑制TiNi3新相形成的研究正在进行之中,这将为进一步提高NiTi形状记忆合金的使用寿命指出方向。  相似文献

A synthetic polymer with a laminin-apatite composite layer on its surface would be useful as a percutaneous device. The preparation of such a composite was attempted in the present study using poly( ethylene terephthalate ) (PET) and polyethylene (PE) as the synthetic polymer. PET and PE plates and those pretreated with an oxygen plasma were alternately dipped in calcium and phosphate ion solutions, and then immersed in a metastable calcium phosphate solution supplemented with laminin ( LCP solution ). The PET and PE plates pretreated with an oxygen plasma formed a uniform and continuous layer of a laminin-apatite composite on their surfaces. In contrast, the PET and PE plates that had not been pretreated with an oxygen plasma did not form a continuous layer of a laminin-apatite composite on their surfaces. The hydrophilic functional groups on the PET and PE surfaces introduced by the plasma treatment were responsible for the successful laminin-apatite coruposite coating.  相似文献

研究了高温固溶后降温处理工艺对中强可使预析出LC52和7039铝合金的组织、时效硬化和应力腐蚀的影响。金相观察发现,高温预析出可优先在晶界处产生,并提高随后时效状态下晶界析出相的不连续分布程度,温度降低到一定程度晶内和晶界产生大量析出。合金拉伸性能和应力腐蚀结果表明,预析出在保持强度和塑性的同时,可提高抗应力腐蚀性能。而预析出温度降低,合金强度呈下降趋势。  相似文献

Novel polyurethane insulating coatings were prepared from the reaction of glycerin‐terminated polyurethane prepolymers (GPUPs) and a blocked isocyanate curing agent (BIC). The GPUPs were prepared from the reaction of one equivalent of polycaprolactone polyol (CAPA 210) with an excess amount of 4,4′‐methylene bis(phenyl isocyanate) (MDI) and subsequent reaction of the NCO‐terminated polyurethane with glycerin. The BIC was prepared from the reaction of trimethylol propane (TMP), toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and N‐methylaniline (NMA). The polyols and curing agent were characterized by conventional methods while the curing condition was optimized via gel content measurements. The curing kinetics of the polyurethane coating were investigated and the kinetic parameters derived. The crosslink densities of the samples were determined via the equilibrium swelling method, using the Flory–Rehner equation. The relationships between the crosslink density and the electrical, physical, mechanical and dynamic mechanical properties of the coatings were also studied. Filiform corrosion is mainly considered as a cosmetic attack and is undesirable in most applications. The initiation and propagation of the filaments are related to different parameters such as the presence of defects, the permeability of the coating to water and oxygen, the adherence of the paint system and the presence of salts.

The aim of this work is to study the behaviour of painted aluminium samples towards filiform corrosion or delamination. The 6082 Aluminium alloy was selected and the samples were covered with a cataphoretic epoxy primer without lead (PPG Industries France). Prior to the application of the electrocoat, the samples were pre-treated by a commercial Zr/Ti or chromate conversion treatment or simply etched with a commercial acid etching product.

Filiform corrosion was studied by the normalized test (ISO/DIS 4623): painted and scratched samples were inoculated in HCl and exposed in a constant humidity chamber at 40 °C and 82% RH for 3 weeks. After exposure the samples were subjected to a visual and optical microscopic examination.

Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy was used to study the sensitivity to filiform corrosion. The operating mode of this test is similar to the normalized one. The samples were scratched before inoculation for 1 h in HCl and then exposed to the humidity chamber for a maximum of 4 days. The samples were tested by EIS in an acidified 0.1 M Na2SO4 electrolyte solution. The resulting impedance spectra were analyzed with an appropriate equivalent electrical circuit which allows the evaluation of the exposed metallic surface area, directly related to the extent of filiform corrosion or delamination. Different parameters were varied: the exposure time in the humidity chamber; the immersion time in the electrolyte sulphate solution as well as its pH and the coating thickness.  相似文献
