The Evidence for Effective Inhibition of INa Produced by Mirogabalin ((1R,5S,6S)-6-(aminomethyl)-3-ethyl-bicyclo [3.2.0] hept-3-ene-6-acetic acid), a Known Blocker of CaV Channels

Mirogabalin (MGB, Tarlige^®), an inhibitor of the α₂δ-1 subunit of voltage-gated Ca²⁺ (Ca_V) channels, is used as a way to alleviate peripheral neuropathic pain and diabetic neuropathy. However, to what extent MGB modifies the magnitude, gating, and/or hysteresis of various types of plasmalemmal ionic currents remains largely unexplored. In pituitary tumor (GH₃) cells, we found that MGB was effective at suppressing the peak (transient, I_Na(T)) and sustained (late, I_Na(L)) components of the voltage-gated Na⁺ current (I_Na) in a concentration-dependent manner, with an effective IC₅₀ of 19.5 and 7.3 μM, respectively, while the K_D value calculated on the basis of minimum reaction scheme was 8.2 μM. The recovery of I_Na(T) inactivation slowed in the presence of MGB, although the overall current–voltage relation of I_Na(T) was unaltered; however, there was a leftward shift in the inactivation curve of the current. The magnitude of the window (I_Na(W)) or resurgent I_Na (I_Na(R)) evoked by the respective ascending or descending ramp pulse (V_ramp) was reduced during cell exposure to MGB. MGB-induced attenuation in I_Na(W) or I_Na(R) was reversed by the further addition of tefluthrin, a pyrethroid insecticide known to stimulate I_Na. MGB also effectively lessened the strength of voltage-dependent hysteresis of persistent I_Na in response to the isosceles triangular V_ramp. The cumulative inhibition of I_Na(T), evoked by pulse train stimulation, was enhanced in its presence. Taken together, in addition to the inhibition of Ca_V channels, the Na_V channel attenuation produced by MGB might have an impact in its analgesic effects occurring in vivo.

测量了含3种不同乳化剂的乳化炸药受冲击波作用前后的水中爆炸冲击波参数,依据这些参数计算出压力减敏程度.比较3种乳化炸药在冲击波作用后的压力减敏程度,结果表明在各个组分的含量和制造工艺完全相同的情况下,含有乳化剂B的乳化炸药最不容易发生压力减敏;此外,分析了乳化剂种类对乳化炸药压力减敏的影响机理,研究表明,除了敏化剂被破坏,局部破乳是乳化炸药压力减敏的重要原因.

Mathematical Model for Isothermal Wire-Coating From a Bath of Giesekus Viscoelastic Fluid

A mathematical model of wire-coating based on Giesekus constitutive equation is analyzed under isothermal conditions. It is desired to see the functional dependence of Giesekus model parameters on the important operating variables in the wire-coating process, which include volumetric flow rate (later referred to as flow rate), shear stress at the wire surface (later referred to as shear stress), force required for pulling the wire (later referred to as force), and radius of the coated wire (later referred to as coated wire thickness). To this end, the equation governing the laminar, incompressible, and rectilinear flow is first derived and then solved analytically for the case of vanishing axial pressure gradient. A numerical procedure is described to obtain the solution for the case of nonvanishing pressure gradient. Our results indicate that the magnitude of shear stress and force follow a decreasing trend with increasing Giesekus model parameters in both cases. The flow rate and coated wire thickness decrease on increasing the Giesekus model parameters when there is no imposed pressure gradient. However, in the presence of pressure gradient these variables first decrease with increasing Giesekus model parameters and then follow an increasing trend.

细颗粒滴流床在三种床径下实验,采用不同粒度的多孔玻璃球及实心玻璃球填料时的床层压降,可由两相摩阻因子f_(gl)的经验关系表示:lnf(gl)=7.38-1.32lnz+0.011(lnZ)~2-0.0077(lnZ)~3由氧解吸法测得床层内的容积传质系数K_la,它的关联方程为:k_la=0.00160E_L~(0.55)·u_g~(0.25)     

非回转体复合材料壳结构件模具设计方案的探讨

本文结合应用实例介绍了一种整体成型非回转体复合材料壳结构模具方案。结构形式复杂的壳结构整体成型方式可以避免后期装配所带来的尺寸偏差和其他影响质量的不确定因素。通过模具的型腔尺寸来保证厚度,设计模具时则可以不考虑各型面受力的先后顺序,只考虑各型面的空间几何形状。不同的非回转体壳结构在保证最终成型压力不变的前提下,针对具体情况对加压方式和顺序作不同的改变,可以使模具的设计、加工、产品的成型操作都得到简化。     

芳纶帘线在子午线轮胎中的应用

探讨新型原材料芳纶帘线在轿车及轻载车子午线轮胎中的应用问题，结合新型低滞后炭黑DZ-13在胎面胶中的应用试制了全纤维节能型子午线轮胎。全纤维节能型子午线轮胎完全能够达到国家标准，并且比普通子午线轮胎滚动阻力更低，更节油。     

除油型旋流器压降比特性试验研究

在室内试验装置上对单锥除油型水力旋流器的压降比特性进行了试验研究。研究结果表明 ,除油型旋流器压降比的主要影响因素有分流比、入口流量和溢流背压等操作参数 ;溢流背压对压降比的影响存在一“门槛值”。根据试验结果 ,建立了除油型水力旋流器压降比的半经验计算模型     

海水液压泵气蚀初生特征的识别

基于低频压力脉动是气蚀初生的伴生现象,分析了气蚀初生与出口压力脉动的机理,并对海水液压泵进行了气蚀初生特性的试验研究,通过识别气蚀和内泄对出口压力脉动信号时域和频域３ 个特征量的影响,得到了泵的气蚀初生判别规则。
