In order to build the complex built-in labyrinth design of an emitter which is a key element in water-saving devices, rapid prototyping and manufacturing (RP&M) is used to design the emitters and to manufacture corresponding rapid tooling (RT). Detailed CAD design of the emitter, CAD process design, and the generation of RT process modelling of the emitter have been carried out using parameterised design. Prototypes have been built using RP techniques to perform the rapid verification and modification of the emitter design; rapid tooling (RT) for the emitter has been fabricated using a metal spraying process to carry out trial-production. Finally, with the fabrication ofa precision mould as the basis, emitter mould design and manufacturing have been completed. As a result, the integration of design/verification/manufacturing of a mould and its products is realised.  相似文献

Currently, there are two prevalent types of I-V memristive patterns for memristive applications, 0-type and 8-type hysteresis loop, and their respective characteristics result in their specific applications in different situations, such as data storage and neuromorphic computing. In spite of the abundant achievements of these remarkable performances, scarce works are specially concerned about the relations and regulations between them for persuing the multiple functions in a single element, and an ideal platform with both the achievements and controllable transformations has been rarely reported. Herein, the novel organic material—poly(9,9-dioctylfluorene) (PFO) is utilized to construct the sandwich prototype. The electrical transporting properties are systematically investigated through particular programming protocols. The 0-type and 8-type memristive patterns are successfully obtained during low and high voltage sweeps, respectively. Then the sectionalized fitting results of the current curves, the carrier transporting behaviors as well as the regulations of device energy levels are associatively demonstrated to analyze the electrical activity-dependent transformations between different memristive patterns. More importantly, the appearance of the 8-type hysteresis loop can be regulated by the rectification property, and the rectification can be largely enhanced by the reconfiguration of device energy levels. Consequently, for the versatile memristive device, based on the 0-type hysteresis, it can serve as a data storage or artificial synapse element, and the rectification-modified memristive behaviors can effectively impede the unintended sneak current paths for high-density integration.  相似文献

This paper proposes a two-echelon network prototype for integrated production and distribution planning where non-multi-functional plants supply multiple types of products with limited quantities to the customers via capacitated warehouses. Four variations of the prototype, formulated as individual mixed integer programming models, are solved using the branch and bound algorithms by numerical experiments to examine the cost implications of production-distribution strategies involving single-sourcing constraints on different levels of the supply chain. Further discussions on the practicality and versatility of the proposed prototype (i.e. its ability to consider different facility locations, specialised capabilities of individual plants, safety stock levels and demand characteristics) illustrate the usefulness of the prototype to industry practitioners when making strategic and/or tactical decisions.  相似文献

A series of Ni/Fe electrodes have been prepared by electrodeposition of metal salt precursors on different substrates. The surface morphology, chemical composition and electrochemical characteristics of these electrodes were studied by various physico-chemical techniques such as X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The electrochemical properties of the electrodes were examined by steady-state polarization curves. First, the influence of features such as Ni/Fe composition and type of substrate for the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) were determined by electrochemical techniques in a conventional 3-electrodes cell. The overpotential for the OER is lower for the electrodes with the higher concentrations of Ni. The electrodes with a Ni/Fe composition of 75/25 wt.% electrodeposited on steel mesh and/or 75/25 and 50/50 wt.% on nickel foam result in the most active configurations for the OER. These electrodes were further tested as anodes for alkaline water electrolysis during at least 70 h. In order to understand their activity and stability, the used electrodes were also characterized by SEM and compared to the fresh electrodes. Among the compositions and substrates examined, the Ni50Fe50-Nf electrode exhibited the lowest overpotential (2.1 V) for the OER and the higher stability as anode in an alkaline water electrolysis cell.  相似文献

Cloud computing is increasingly playing an important role in the service provisioning domain given the economic and technological benefits it offers. The popularity of cloud services is increasing but so are their customers’ concerns about security assurance and transparency of the Cloud Service Providers (CSPs). This is especially relevant in the case of critical services that are progressively moving to the cloud. Examples include the integrated European air traffic control system or public administrations through the governmental clouds. Recent efforts aim to specify security in cloud by using security service level agreements (secSLAs). However, the paucity of approaches to actually control the fulfillment of secSLAs and to react in case of security breaches, often results in distrust in cloud services. In this paper, we present a solution to monitor and enforce the fulfillment of secSLAs. Our framework is able to (a) detect occurrences that lead to unfulfillment of commitments, and (b) also provide mitigation to the harmful events that may or do compromise the validity of secSLAs.  相似文献

实现宽带压缩采样的结构有多种类型,在分析调制宽带转换器的采样结构的原理的基础上,针对稀疏多带信号的压缩采样,搭建了四通道的宽带压缩采样系统的原型系统平台,其中,混频调制信号是现场可编程门阵列硬件电路产生的序列。采用稀疏多频带信号作为系统的输入测试信号,并且利用另一已知的稀疏多带信号作为系统的同步信号,对宽带压缩采样原型系统进行系统仿真。该系统中的混频调制信号容易生成、实现结构简单、参数设置灵活。软件仿真及硬件测试,验证了该宽带压缩采样系统的硬件平台的正确性和可行性。  相似文献
