复合固体自润滑材料在烧结机滑道上的应用研究

分析了烧结机滑道的摩擦磨损情况。利用耐高温复合固体自润滑材料，研制成功新型自润滑密封滑道，并应用于攀钢１３０ｍ２带式烧结机。使用结果表明：新型滑道能有效的避免摩擦表面的非均匀磨损，大大减少了摩擦副的均匀磨损量，有效的改善了摩擦副的磨合状态，滑道漏风率降低１１．９６％，滑道的使用寿命提高６倍以上。     

Neural network-based matrix effect correction in EDXRF analysis

In this paper we discuss neural network-based matrix effect correction in energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) analysis, with detailed algorithm to classify the samples. The method can correct the matrix effect effectively through classifying the samples automatically, and influence of X-ray absorption and enhancement by major elements of the samples is reduced. Experiments for the complex matrix effect correction in EDXRF analysis of samples in Pangang showed improved accuracy of the elemental analysis result.     

Thermodynamic study of evolution of sinter phases at different alumina level

Though sintering is controlled by kinetics of various reactions and is far from equilibrium, a thermodynamic analysis can provide useful inputs on melt formation and helps understand deviation from actual process conditions. The thermodynamic software ‘FACTSAGE?’ was used for this study. The general sequence of reactions during the heating cycle is as follows: decomposition of calcium carbonate to calcined lime; formation of calcium ferrites/silicates; decomposition of calcium ferrites, reduction of haematite to magnetite and formation of spinel and silicates; assimilation of ferrites, silicates, spinel and magnetite into the melt. During the cooling stage, the amount of melt decreased with subsequent precipitation of phases such as magnetite, ferrites, silicates, spinel and formation of haematite. It is very much clear that the sinter made by using higher alumina levels generate fewer amounts of oxides and more slag phase compared to its low alumina counterpart.     

ARL XRF-XRD结合型光谱仪在钢铁工业的应用

介绍了ＡＲＬＸＲＦ－ＸＲＤ结合型光谱仪在钢铁生产过程控制中的应用，即对铁矿石中Ｆｅ２Ｏ３和Ｆｅ３Ｏ４、烧结矿中ＦｅＯ的测定。     

烧结UO2芯块中总氢含量测定方法的研究

烧结UO2芯块中总氢含量指标是核燃料元件制造中一项重要技术指标。本文对采用RH—404定氢仪测定烧结UO2芯块中总氢含量的方法进行了研究，确定了仪器的校准条件和样品的测定条件，建立了适合于烧结UO2芯块中总氢含量测定的新方法。通过研究。确定了采用控制功率的加热方式。并对加热功率与温度对应的关系进行了研究。确定了坩埚脱气及样品测定时加热功率范围。通过采用特殊方法预处理后的低氢含量UO2芯块样品，确定了方法的定量测定下限。采用RH-404定氢仪测定烧结UO2芯块中总氢含量的方法提高了石墨坩埚的利用率。缩短了测定时间。方法的准确度能满足实际生产的要求。     

反应析晶烧结法制备透辉石-钠长石玻璃陶瓷

以滑石、高岭土和化学试剂合成了两种析晶促进剂,加入到废玻璃粉末中烧结制备成透辉石-钠长石玻璃陶瓷。研究了析晶促进剂的组成和加入量对玻璃陶瓷析晶和性能的影响。结果表明,在烧结过程中,析晶促进剂和玻璃发生反应,析出透辉石和钠长石。析晶促进剂的组成和加入量对反应析晶有一定影响,随析晶促进剂加入量的增加,玻璃陶瓷密度和强度先增后降,存在一最佳加入量,这时烧结的玻璃陶瓷有较高的密度和强度。     

Separation and recovery of potassium chloride from sinter dust of a steel plant

Many companies return sinter dust to sintering directly, resulting in circulation and accumulation of harmful elements, which will affect the collection efficiency, sinter quality, and the grade of blast furnace seriously. A new separation and recovery process of potassium from the dust was proposed, which included water leaching, solid liquid separation, purification, vacuum evaporation and cooling crystallisation. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: the ratio of solid to liquid?=?1:3, leaching time?=?40?min, and leaching temperature?=?80°C, leaching rate of potassium chloride reaches 99.99%. When solution weight loss is 97.5%, the evaporation of potassium chloride product reaches 97.96%, purity of potassium chloride in the crystal can be 75.15%. Based on experiment results, a mathematical model of leaching kinetic of potassium chloride including stirring temperature and leaching ratio is proposed.     

烧结质量的计算机在线检测

对于烧结这类高度复杂的动态系统，提出了利用图象序列和动态模式识别的思想。把图象序列的特征量和质量相结合，很好地解决了烧结质量的在线检测，为最终实验复杂生产系统的自动控制探索出一条新的途径。     

武钢四烧提高转鼓强度的实践

对武钢烧结厂第四烧结车间435m^2烧结机投产后，为了优化高炉技术经济指标。满足大型高炉需要。在提高四烧烧结矿转鼓强度方面所作的工作进行了总结。通过采取措施，四烧转鼓指数得到很大提高。烧结矿质量得到了炼铁厂的认可。为了进一步满足炼铁高炉对提高入炉品位的要求。需要继续开展强化烧结手段的研究。提高烧结矿强度。     

X射线荧光光谱仪在烧结矿分析中的应用

叙述了采用粉末压片制样X射线荧光光谱法测定烧结矿中SiO2、CaO、MgO、TFe、S、P等6个成分。本法分析速度快，测量准确度、精密度较好，应用于生产，效果满意。
