常熟水利枢纽泵站水泵典型故障分析与改造

对常熟水利枢纽泵站主水泵近年来运行中发生的典型故障进行分析,找到发生故障的原因,通过水力计算和模型试验研究,制定泵装置优化设计方案,指导常熟水利枢纽泵站加固改造。采用理论分析与试验相结合的方法,对原水泵、流道结构以及运行工况等进行分析。通过原型泵的装置数模计算和性能试验,选择合适新的水力模型,并对原泵装置结构进行优化,改善了水流特性。对水泵结构和材料进行了优化和加强,提高水泵的运行可靠性。改造后泵站机组,运行稳定性大大提高,为"引江济太"调水引流的效益发挥提供了的保障。常熟水利枢纽泵站机组加固改造的成功为江苏沿江泵站运行管理和今后的改造,提供了借鉴。     

An investigation of stability limits while holding a load

The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of load height and foot placement on the functional base of support (FBOS) limits and the postures that participants used when they reached their FBOS limits. Twelve young male participants were tested while holding a 12-kg load at reach (above their heads), at shoulder and knuckle height, and unladen under both wide and narrow foot placements. The FBOS limits and the centre of pressure (COP) excursion length were calculated based on data from a force platform. Postural angles when participants reached their FBOS limits were calculated from records of a 2-D motion analysis system. The results showed that the load height had greater effect on the posterior FBOS limit. As the load height decreased, the COP excursion length decreased. Participants were prone to using a hip strategy to maintain postural balance when reaching their FBOS limits. Quantitative data of FBOS limits and postural control while participants hold a load at various heights when reaching their FBOS limits is of value for designing a safe materials handling workplace.

网络结点度相关性测度及其稳定性分析

判别网络同配/异配性的Newman相关系数r(g)和网络无标度程度的S(g)是研究网络结点度相关性的两个重要测度,其相关论文被科研人员广泛地引用,两个测度分别被应用到实际网络的同配/异配性和无标度程度的分析.为检验两个测度的稳定性,以BA模型为例,通过大量的计算机模拟和数值统计分析,结果显示:BA-3模型的r(g)与网络规模N的经验公式:r(g)∝-N-0.32,并指出r(g)和S(g)关于网络规模N、网络稠密度ρ都具有波动性.因此,用它们来分析不同规模或不同稠密度的有限的、增长的实际网络,其研究会产生一些误导性结果.     

双作用三直线电机往复泵试验装置研究

针对传统往复泵结构复杂、效率低、输出流量和压力波动大、维修不方便等缺点,提出并研制了一种双作用三直线电机往复泵试验装置。该装置以计算机为核心,具体由通用变频器、三相圆筒型感应直线电机、PCI数据采集卡和传感器等设备组成。通过系统软件编程,实现了单直线电机驱动往复泵试验和三直线电机协调控制往复泵试验。试验结果验证了理论研究的正确性。     

THE DYNAMIC BEHAVIOR AND CHAOS FOR TWO PARALLEL REACTIONS IN A CONTINUOUS STIRRED TANK REACTOR

The dynamical behavior for two parallel reactions in a continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR) is considered. The global maximum number of steady states is five. Stability conditions are obtained. When the steady state is unique and unstable, a circulating attractor is proven to exist. The orbit structure is numerically found to consist of periodic orbits and chaotic behavior.

Film Blowing of Layered Silicate Nanocomposites

Bubble formation and stability in the film blowing processing of in situ polymerized and melt-compounded polyamide 6-based layered silicate nanocomposites (LSNs) are correlated to their underlying rheology, structure, and crystallization behavior. The layered silicates enhance melt elasticity, induce γ -form crystallinity, and increase crystallization rates without having any significant effect on the extent of crystallinity. A bubble stability quantification method employed to assess the level of instability during the film blowing process finds the in situ polymerized LSNs to be more stable than PA6, while melt-compounded LSNs do not display such an improved processability. All of the LSN films produced by film blowing possess superior mechanical properties compared to neat nylon 6, despite their relatively rougher film surfaces.     

一类三维连续混沌系统的降维反馈同步控制

以线性时变连续系统的稳定性判别方法为依据，针对一类三维连续混沌系统，提出一种降维状态变量反馈同步办法。该方法的基本思想是应用导数不连续的V函数，结合比较原理，把高维时变大系统的稳定性判定，转化为低维定常辅助方程组稳定性判定。其基本步骤主要分为两步：第一步：通过数值仿真来确定状态变量的取值范围；第二步：利用线性化的误差系统来选择状态变量反馈函数和反馈增益，以满足相应Jaeobian矩阵的特征值随时间变化处处具有负实部。并以著名的Lorenz系统为例进行仿真分析，仿真结果表明该方法的有效性。另外，试验结果也表明，同步质苗不仅与同步办法有关，也同同步控制函数密切相关。
