Author's reply to “Comments on ‘Performance evaluation of UKF-based nonlinear filtering”’

It is stated in the above-mentioned comment that the main result of the paper Xiong, Zhang, et al. [(2006). Performance evaluation of UKF-based nonlinear filtering. Automatica 42(2), 261-270] can be extended to a class of filters, such as the extended Kalman filter (EKF). As we show here, this belief can be justified in a rigorous way, even for the nonlinear stochastic system with a nonlinear measurement equation.     

On stability of second-order quasi-polynomials with a single delay

In this note the stability of a second-order quasi-polynomial with a single delay is studied. Although there is a vast literature on this problem, most available solutions are limited to some particular cases. Moreover, some published results on this subject appear to contain imprecise, or even wrong, conditions. The purpose of this note is to show that by accurate application of known theories, a complete explicit characterization of stability regions can be derived in a most general case. As a byproduct of the proposed analysis, we show that in the high-order case the quasi-polynomial is delay-independent unstable whenever its delay-free version has an odd number of unstable roots (or, equivalently, a negative static gain).

对塔式起重机载重滑轮组的稳定性进行了深入讨论并推出了各参数之间的关系式以及My对稳定性的影响。另外,还提供了具体的实验数据。     

三峡永久船闸中隔墩卸荷松弛特征研究

本选取三峡水利枢纽永久船闸二闸室桩号15 583代表性断面，通过地表测绘与地质编录、钻孔勘探、压水试验、全孔壁数字成像，物探测试，弹性模测试等综合勘察手段，并结合岩体变形监测成果等，查清了中隔墩岩体的工程地质特征，岩体卸荷松驰范围、物理力学性质及其稳定性。     

掺镉纳米SnO2的热稳定性,电导及气敏性能

本文研究了ＣｄＯ掺杂对纳米ＳｎＯ２粉料的热稳定性，电导及气敏特性的影响。结果表明，以非晶状态均匀分散在ＳｎＯ２颗粒表面的ＣｄＯ能阻止ＳｎＯ２之间的相互扩散，提高了纳米ＳｎＯ２的热稳定性；固溶于ＳｎＯ２昌粒中的ＣｄＯ量（Ｃｄ／Ｓｎ〈０．０５）很小，但对元件的电导影响显著；纳米级的晶粒尺寸（〈６ｎｍ）及ＣｄＯ的掺杂大大改善了ＳｎＯ２的气敏特性。     

加速器磁场测量的霍尔多探头装置

描述了用于加速器磁场测量的霍尔多探头装置,它包括一个具有三只恒温盒(内有58只霍尔片)的测磁长臂,高精度磁场检定系统以及数据自动获取系统。分别叙述了霍尔片的定位、恒温、校准、数据采集、处理等内容。并提出了多探头装置测量中霍尔片稳定性的重要性。给出了在我们条件下的一些具体数据。本装置已应用在兰州重离子研究装置(HIRFL)的建造过程中,实践证明它能有效地高质量地满足加速器磁场测量的要求。     

The Stability of Rare Earth-Iron-Nitrides Sm_2(Fe,M)_(17)N_y,Permanent Magnets

The effects of the partial substitution of element M(M=Cr,V,Mn,x=0.05;Zr,Ga,x=0.017;Si,x=0.15;Co,x=0.10)for Fe in samarium-iron-nitride Sm_2(Fe_(1-x)M_x)_(17)N_y compounds on their stabilitiesand Curie temperatures have been studied.It is found that Co,Ga can raise the Curie temperature of thecompounds.The initial decomposition temperatures cannot be raised significantly by all the studied elementsexcept Co.The result contradicts the formation enthalpy consideration.The final decomposition tempera-tures can be raised by all of the substitution elements.The effects of atmospheres on their decomposition be-havior were also studied.The results show that oxidation is the major reason for magnetic deterioration ofthe powder heated in air.Compared with nitrogen atmosphere,argon or vacuum helps to delay the decompo-sition of the compounds.

阴极开放式质子交换膜燃料电池实验性研究

本文围绕实验室自制的开放式阴极自增湿型质子交换膜燃料电池开展了大量相关实验,采用FLUKETi25红外温度成像仪测得了各种操作条件下电池表面温度分布图像。实验结果表明：在封闭式阳极（anodedead—end）操作条件下,液态水会在阳极逐渐积累而影响反应气的传质,造成电池输出性能的衰减。通过阳极排气可以使电池性能恢复。纵观电堆表面温度分布情况,总体呈现出沿氢气流道方向递增的趋势,且随着电流密度的增大,这种温度分布的不均匀性变得更加明显。在实验所测试的范围内,电堆的平均输出功率密度达到了583mW／cm2。
