用氧指数 (LOI) ,TG法测定研究了 2 ,4,6-三溴苯胺 (TBA)对环氧树脂酸酐固化物阻燃耐热性的影响 ,结果表明 TBA能较好地阻燃树脂固化物 ,TBA与 Sb2 O3 和磷酸三苯酯 (TPP)配用时具有阻燃协同效应 ,且对环氧树脂酸酐固化物的热稳定性影响较小。  相似文献

采用生长速率法测定了不同浓度的百菌清及其三氟衍生物对番茄早疫病菌Alternaria solani(Ell,et Mart.)Jones es Gmut的室内杀菌毒力。试验结果表明,百菌清及其三氟衍生物的ED50值分别为6089.89mg/L和156.43mg/L。,前者是后者的38.93倍。百菌清三氟衍生物的毒力明显高于百菌清。  相似文献

Four production steps, extrusion, blowing, stabilization, and finishing, are involved in the manufacture of biorented nylon 6 films. The films obtained after each step were studied by wide‐angle diffraction X‐rays, IR analysis, and density measurements. Orientation in the amorphous phase was evaluated by thermal retraction. Free volume was investigated by positron annihilation spectroscopy. Mechanical properties were tested by tensile tests, and permeability was tested with isopiestic permeameters. Quenching, after extrusion, generated an unstable γ crystalline phase and an amorphous phase. Blowing transformed the unstable γ phase into the thermodynamically stable α phase and increased the chain orientation; stabilization increased α phase crystals, favored hydrogen bond formation and, therefore, the mechanical properties, leaving unchanged the chain orientation; the final treatment increased the mechanical properties. The film permeabilities to O2, N2, and CO2 were practically unchanged after each production step; this result may be explained by considering that the nanoholes, present in the films and responsible for the diffusion inside the polymer, maintained practically constant their radius, whereas their number concentration decreased slowly after thermomechanical treatments. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Coloring study in organic hybrid of polyamide (PA6) and N,N′‐ethylene‐bis(tetrabromophthalimide) (EPT), where the chromophore was self‐assembled by hydrogen bonding formed between PA6 molecular chains and EPT compound, have been characterized by several techniques. CS930 double wavelength lamella scanner was employed to measure the change of color. The existence of hydrogen bonding in PA6/NN′‐ethylene‐bis (tetrabromophthalimide) (PA6EPT) was investigated with Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), the results of which were compared with that of PA6 with the same thermal history. FTIR spectra at room temperature revealed that there is essentially hydrogen bonding between PA6 and EPT. The crystallization behavior of PA6EPT affected by hydrogen bonding was studied by using FTIR. The temperature‐dependent behavior of both PA6 and PA6EPT was studied by temperature‐FTIR spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). With temperature increasing, changes in sensitive, high‐resolution absorbance spectra are observed as dissolve‐volatilizing thin film. Temperature‐FTIR results showed that the hydrogen bonding in PA6EPT attenuated and dissociated considerably at a smaller rate than PA6, that is to say, hydrogen bonding in PA6EPT is more stable than that in PA6. DSC showed that the melting temperature of PA6EPT and PA6 are similar. The active component of the sex pheromone ofMatsucoccus josephi is (2E,6E,8E)-5,7-dimethyl-2,6,8-decatrien-4-one; the chemical is also a powerful kairomone of adult males and females of the bugElatophilus hebraicus the principal predator ofM. josephi. The presence of theZ isomer (2E,6Z,8E)-5,7-dimethyl-2,6,8-decatrien-4-one does not interfere with the attractancy of the activeE component forM. josephi males or the bug. Our results show a clear dose-response between trap catch ofM. josephi males andE. hebraicus. Conversely, increasing amounts of theZ isomer in the mixture did not affect the attraction of the scale insect males or the bug. The catch ofM. josephi males did not differ significantly among traps of different color, and was significantly higher with traps attached to the tree trunk than those suspended between trees. Comparison of the catch ofM. josephi among the three forests and between pine species suggests that the level of infestation ofPinus halepepsis andPinus brutia ssp.brutia is similar, despite the fact that the latter pine is resistant to the scale insect. Both sexes ofE. hebraicus were trapped in much lower numbers at the more infested sites. This may be related to interference with the activity ofE. hebraicus due to deterioration and drying of parts of the tree crowns and heavy colonization by generalist predators in injured trees.  相似文献

2,6-二异丙基萘(2,6-DIPN)是一种重要的化合物,可用于制取高级聚酯材料和液晶聚合物。本文论述了由萘经选择性烷基化生成2,6-DIPN的研究进展,着重阐述了合成2,6-DIPN所用催化剂的研究;还总结了从异构体中分离2,6-DIPN的方法,并对吸附分离法做了详细阐述;指出由萘作原料,沸石分子筛作催化剂制备2,6-DIPN是石油萘生产的理想的技术方向。  相似文献

报道了以磷钨钼杂多酸掺杂聚苯胺为催化剂,通过丁醛和乙二醇反应合成了丁醛乙二醇缩醛。系统考察了醛醇物质的量比、催化剂用量以及反应时间诸因素对产品收率的影响。确定适宜的工艺条件为n(丁醛)∶n(乙二醇)=1∶1.5,催化剂的质量为反应物料总质量的0.8%,反应时间1.0 h。在此反应条件下,丁醛乙二醇缩醛的收率可达71.1%。  相似文献
