Competition in the Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry is increasingly moving from being motivated by cost savings towards strategic benefits that service providers can offer to their clients. Innovation is one such benefit that is expected nowadays in outsourcing engagements. The rising importance of innovation has been noticed and acknowledged not only in the Information Systems (IS) literature, but also in other management streams such as innovation and strategy. However, to date, these individual strands of research remain largely isolated from each other. Our theoretical review addresses this gap by consolidating and analyzing research on strategic innovation in the ITO and BPO context. The article set includes 95 papers published between 1998 and 2020 in outlets from the IS and related management fields. We craft a four-phase framework that integrates prior insights about (1) the antecedents of the decision to pursue strategic innovation in outsourcing settings; (2) arrangement options that facilitate strategic innovation in outsourcing relationships; (3) the generation of strategic innovations; and (4) realized strategic innovation outcomes, as assessed in the literature. We find that the research landscape to date is skewed, with many studies focusing on the first two phases. The last two phases remain relatively uncharted. We also discuss how innovation-oriented outsourcing insights compare with established research on cost-oriented outsourcing engagements. Finally, we offer directions for future research.  相似文献

结合Starfield单元球迭加原理,认为单元球药包的质量和个数是影响条形药包近场应力特征的主要因素。在分析条形药包的现有理论研究方法的基础上,引入条形药包的长径比参数,构建了单孔装药量的爆破应力迭加公式。通过具体的算例得出:当条形药包的装药直径取4 cm时,计算出的最优长径比范围为10~12,装药量(TNT)为544~654 g。通过迭加公式的理论模型与其数值模型的应力场分布特征进行对比分析,发现迭加球药包应力场在径向方向始终呈柱面波形式向外扩散,并同时存在"端部效应";其理论值和模拟值的相对误差控制在20%以内,验证了应力迭加公式的计算方法是可行的,为单孔装药引起的应力计算和应力场分析提供了一个简易的数学模型。  相似文献

鉴于当前地下工程爆炸爆破施工中最大单段炸药量计算所存在的不确定性较大,以莞惠城际隧道为依托,基于现场实测数据对萨道夫斯基公式中关键参数进行拟合并建立三维分析模型,通过对比理论解析和数值模拟结果,研究近接施工中最大单段炸药量的合理确定方法。结果表明:理论计算和数值模拟均可求解隧道爆破施工中的最大单段炸药量,但后者更接近工程实际,其求解应以理论公式的拟合回归为基础;使用萨道夫斯基公式时,K、α直接选用规范建议值将造成较大误差,工程中应根据实测振动数据进行回归分析,从而确定合理的参数值以指导后期施工;萨道夫斯基公式和数值模拟法可以相互验证以提高结果准确性,实测振动数据较少时综合利用两种方法可有效确定最大单段炸药量。  相似文献

The multi-component composition characteristics of high-temperature near-α Ti alloys were investigated in the present work by means of a cluster formula approach. The uniform cluster formula [CN12 cluster](glue atom)3 for the hexagonal close-packed α solid solution was first obtained based on the Friedel oscillation theory, with a total atom number in the formula of Z = 16. Then it was analyzed that the Z values in the cluster composition formulas of typical near-α Ti alloys are within the range of Z = 16.00 ˜ 16.30, being perfectly consistent with the ideal Z = 16. Based on it, a series of new alloys with Z = 16 and with Nb/Ta substitution for Mo in Ti1100 alloy were designed, suction-cast into φ 6 mm rods, and then heat-treated with solid solution and aging. It was found that the alloy with co-addition of Mo, Ta and Nb has a high strength and good ductility at both room and high temperatures. More importantly, the additions of Nb and Ta can contribute to the formation of continuous and compact Al2O3 scales, resulting in an obvious improvement of oxidation resistances at both 923 K and 1073 K. The effects of Mo, Ta and Nb on the oxidation behaviors of the designed alloys at 1073 K were further discussed.  相似文献

To simulate non-Gaussian stochastic processes based on the first four moments, various simulation methods are presented, in which the determination of the transformation model and the calculation of the correlation coefficients between non-Gaussian stochastic processes and Gaussian stochastic processes are the critical procedures in these simulation methods. However, some existing simulation methods are limited to specific ranges. Furthermore, their practical applications are affected negatively due to the expensive cost of determining the transformation model and the correlation coefficients between non-Gaussian and Gaussian stochastic processes. Therefore, an accurate and efficient simulation method of a non-Gaussian stochastic process with a broader range is proposed in this article. Since the simulation of non-Gaussian processes and the Nataf transformation of non-Gaussian variables have some similar characteristics, a new combined distribution is proposed based on the unified Hermite polynomial model (UHPM) and the generalized beta distribution (GBD). Then, the combined distribution is employed in the simulation of non-Gaussian stochastic processes, in which the transformation model is deduced by the combined distribution. The correlation coefficient transformation function (CCTF) between the Gaussian and non-Gaussian stochastic processes can be evaluated through the interpolation method. Furthermore, numerical examples are presented to show the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed simulation method for non-Gaussian stochastic processes.  相似文献

In this paper we present several new results in the theory of homogeneous multiprocessor scheduling. We start with some assumptions about the behavior of tasks, with associated precedence constraints, as processor power is applied. We assume that as more processors are applied to a task, the time taken to compute it decreases, yielding some speedup. Because of communication, synchronization, and task scheduling overhead, this speedup increases less than linearly with the number of processors applied. We also assume that the number of processors which can be assigned to a task is a continuous variable, with a view to exploiting continuous mathematics. The optimal scheduling problem is to determine the number of processors assigned to each task, and task sequencing, to minimize the finishing time.These assumptions allow us to recast the optimal scheduling problem in a form which can be addressed by optimal control theory. Various theorems can be proven which characterize the optimal scheduling solution. Most importantly, for the special case where the speedup function of each task isp , wherep is the amount of processing power applied to the task, we can directly solve our equations for the optimal solution. In this case, for task graphs formed from parallel and series connections, the solution can be derived by inspection. 针对飞行器姿态控制系统的参数时变性和不确定性干扰等特点,本文给出了一种基于Ackermann规则的滑模变结构控制器,并在设计滑模面时,引入积分项来消除干扰等因素给系统带来的稳态误差;为消除抖动,在控制器中引入模糊系统来实现去抖;同时设计灰色补偿控制项来抵消不确定项对系统造成的不利影响。最后进行了计算机数字仿真,结果表明本文所设计的控制器具有很好的效果。  相似文献
