以水溶性α,β,γ,δ-四-(4-三甲铵苯基)卟啉[T-4-TAP)P]作显色剂,测定食品中的痕量锌。对实验条件及共存离子的干扰进行了探讨。室温下,在弱酸性介质中,经7-碘-8羟基卟啉-5-磺酸催化,反应生成1:1络合物。最大吸收波长为422nm摩尔吸收系数为4.0×10~5 1·mo1~(-1)·cm~(-1),桑德尔指数为0.16ng·cm~(2-1),变异系数为1.6—3.7%,回收率为90.8%。本方法适用于分析食品中的痕量锌。  相似文献

以国产DIMINE三维矿业软件为基础,系统收集整理了白音诺尔铅锌矿南矿段1号矿脉群750~800 m中段地质勘探资料,通过建立地质数据库,系统建立矿岩三维模型、数据的分析与处理以及资源储量估算整个流程,对比矿体与围岩模型特点、普通克里克估算方法与应用特点,研究结果表明:圈定矿体5条,模型显示矿体主要赋存在闪长玢岩与结晶灰岩接触带上,属典型的矽卡岩型矿床,空间展布形态呈囊状、大脉状、透镜状,整体北东走向;依据地质统计学理论,拟合求得理论变异函数应用于普通克里格估值,分别估算控制和探明资源量合计18.66万t,Pb+Zn品位为4.04%;与传统方法相较,普通克里格估算误差均在合理的范围之内,应用效果良好,估算精度高,可为矿山采矿设计提供参考,为实现矿山的数字化提供重要的理论依据。  相似文献

某常压蒸馏装置掺炼轻质原油或回炼轻污油时常压塔负荷变大,当常压塔塔顶(简称常顶)回流量大于22 t/h时,常顶和进料段压差由20 kPa增加到40 kPa以上,常顶油和常一线油出现馏程重叠。现场调研发现,常压塔上数第9~16层塔盘、浮阀有大量结垢沉积物,几乎堵塞整块塔盘。对现场堵塞位置垢样进行采样,元素分析、XRD、XRF表征结果表明,常压塔一中段处垢样的主要成分是NH4FeP2O7。通过高温缓蚀剂模拟结垢试验确定了塔顶结垢堵塞的原因,并针对性提出优化解决措施。  相似文献

Nanocomposite buffer layer based on metal oxide and polymer is merging as a novel buffer layer for organic solar cells, which combines the high charge carrier mobility of metal oxide and good film formation properties of polymer. In this work, a nanocomposite of zinc oxide and a commercialized available polyethylenimine (PEI) was developed and used as the cathode buffer layer (CBL) for the inverted organic solar cells and p-i-n heterojunction perovskite solar cells. The cooperation of PEI in nano ZnO offers a good film forming ability of the composite material, which is an advantage in device fabrication. In addition, power conversion efficiency (PCE) of the ZnO:PEI CBL based device was also improved when compared to that of ZnO-only and PEI-only devices. The highest PCE of P3HT:PC61BM and PTB7-Th:PC61BM devices reached to 3.57% and 8.16%, respectively. More importantly, there is no obvious device performance loss with the increase of the layer thickness of ZnO:PEI CBL to 60 nm in organic solar cells, which is in contrast to the PEI based devices, whose device performance decreases dramatically when the PEI layer thickness is higher than 6 nm. Such a nano composite material is also applicable in inverted heterojunction perovskite solar cells. A PCE of 11.76% was achieved for the perovskite solar cell with a thick ZnO:PEI CBL (150 nm) CBL, which is around 1.71% higher than that of the reference cell without CBL, or with ZnO CBL. In addition, stability of the organic and perovskite solar cells having ZnO:PEI CBL was also found to be improved in comparison with that of PEI based device.  相似文献

Here, a facile and effective route toward full control of vertical ZnO nanorod (NR)/nanowire (NW) arrays in centimeter‐scale areas and considerable improvement of field‐emission (FE) performance is reported. Controlled deformation of colloidal crystal monolayer templates is introduced by heating near glass‐transition temperature. The NR/NW density, uniformity, and tapering were all adjusted through selection of template size and deformation, and electrolyte composition. In line with the adjustments, the field‐emission performance of the arrays is significantly improved. A low turn‐on electric field of 1.8 V µm?1, a field‐enhancement factor of up to 5 750, and an emitting current density of up to 2.5 mA cm?2 were obtained. These improved parameters would benefit their potential application in cold‐cathode‐based electronics.  相似文献

Zinc oxide (ZnO) nanograin and nanorod films were prepared by magnetron sputter deposition and an aqueous solution growth method. Their surface wettability was studied in relation to their surface morphologies. While the surfaces of both films were hydrophobic, the nanorod films exhibited higher surface hydrophobicity. A superhydrophobic surface was obtained on a ZnO nanorod film with a water contact angle of 151 deg. Results have shown that their surface wettability was influenced by the morphology of ZnO nanostructures, including the grain size, the length, and density of nanorods. Both types of ZnO films showed switchable wettability under ultraviolet irradiation and dark storage.  相似文献

Vegetable oils pose some problems when subjected to prolonged usage in compression ignition engines because of their high viscosity and low volatility. The common problems are poor atomization, carbon deposits, ring sticking, fuel pump failure, etc. Converting the high viscosity vegetable oil into its blends or esters can minimize these problems. The various blends of rubber seed oil and diesel were prepared and its important properties such as viscosity, calorific value, flash point, fire point, etc. were evaluated and compared with that of diesel. The blends were then subjected to engine performance and emission tests and compared with that for diesel. It was found that 50–80% of rubber seed oil blends gave the best performance. Long run tests were conducted using optimized blend and diesel. It was found that blend fueled engine has higher carbon deposits inside combustion chamber than diesel-fueled engine. Utilization of blends requires frequent cleaning of fuel filter, pump and the combustion chamber. Hence, it is recommended that rubber seed oil–diesel blend fuel is more suitable for rural power generation.  相似文献

矿床原生晕地球化学轴向分带是深部矿体预测的重要依据。金成矿成晕具有多期多阶段叠加特点,本文通过对大湖矿区矿体原生晕元素进行统计分析和空间分布特征研究,总结了大湖矿区金矿体的原生晕理想模型:即前缘晕元素组合为As、Sb,近矿晕元素组合为Bi、Au、Ag、Mo、Pb、Cu,矿尾晕元素组合为Mn、Zn、V、Co、Ni。根据原生晕特征进行成矿预测,经过工程验证,在8线发现4层金矿体,在4线发现1层金矿体,取得了较好的找矿效果,为小秦岭金矿田其他矿区的深部找矿勘探提供了参考。  相似文献
