An IR study on ion-specific and solvent-specific swelling of poly(N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone) gel

Swelling degrees of poly(N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone) (PVP) gel were measured in aqueous salt solutions and in water/organic solvent mixtures to find marked ion- and solvent-specificities. In order to investigate any correlation of those specificities with hydration or solvation of PVP, IR spectra band of the CO group was monitored by means of ATR method both for PVP gel and the relevant solution systems. Dependence of the peak frequency on the swelling ratio suggested that hydration of PVP carbonyl group in deswollen gel systems is different from that in the corresponding solution systems. In the solution systems, PVP carbonyl band showed a high-wavenumber shift for deswollen systems, which can be well correlated with changes in water proton charge through ionic hydration and with Gutmann's acceptor number of organic solvents. In the deswollen gel systems, the CO band showed a low-wavenumber shift, suggesting a strong hydration or doubly hydrated state. This unexpected behavior was interpreted by assuming an intermolecular hydrogen bond of two carbonyl groups intermediated by water molecules.     

Formation and investigation of epoxy intumescent compositions modified by active additives

Results are reported of research on intumescent composites based on epoxy resin cross‐linked with polyethylene polyamine and containing ammonium polyphosphate and such modifying additives as calcium borate, manganese dioxide, nickel, and chromium, containing tubulenes as gas‐formers and carbonization stimulators. The changes in composition and physicochemical properties of modified compositions under conditions of heat and fire were investigated by X‐ray photo‐electron spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy, and local force spectroscopy. Ammonium polyphosphate mainly stimulates carbonization processes on the inner surface of a bubble being formed during foam coke formation. The introduction of metal‐containing tubulenes leads to the formation of fire‐retardant and low flammability‐compositions with high coke and carbon structures content. The use of calcium borate in the compositions considerably increases the strength of foam coke being formed. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci 85: 1477–1483, 2002     

重油催化裂化干气氢提纯技术的开发

石家庄炼油厂和西南化工研究设计院合作开发的中国石化系统第一套利用变压吸附技术进行RFCC干气氢提纯工业试生产装置一年的平稳运行说明：提纯后产品氢纯度达99．9％，回收率大于85％；操作简便灵活；装置负荷弹性裕度大；经济效益显著。实践证明它是一项富有吸引力的新工艺，为重油催化裂化装置的挖潜增效展示了美好的前景。     

加氢裂化反应器新型冷氢箱的研究与工程设计

报道了加氢加化反应器新型旋流式冷氢箱的研究设计及实用效果，催化剂床层径向温差不大于5℃。     

Electron-Impact Cross Sections for Dipole- and Spin-Allowed Excitations of Hydrogen,Helium, and Lithium

Electron-impact excitation cross sections are presented for the dipole- and spin allowed transitions from the ground states to the np ²P states for hydrogen and lithium, and to the 1snp ¹P states for helium, n = 2 through 10. Two scaling formulas developed earlier by Kim [Phys. Rev. A 64, 032713 (2001)] for plane-wave Born cross sections are used. The scaled Born cross sections are in excellent agreement with available theoretical and experimental data.     

钛及钛合金中氧和氢的联合测定

叙述了用红外吸收法对钛及钛合金中氧和氢联合测定的方法，取得了测定的最佳条件。连续测定6次的相对标准偏差在10％以下，作加标回收试验的回收率为95．6％～103．9％。分析时间在3min以内，可应用于日常分析，结果满意。     

Procedure for Measuring Low Concentrations of H2 and H2S Above a Water Surface

A simple measuring procedure for low concentrations of H₂ and H₂S (at the level of ppm fractions) above the surface of water by using sensitive gas analyzers is suggested. The procedure is easily accomplished in conditions outside the laboratory (under field conditions).     

分子模拟技术对润滑脂滴点的初步预测

制备了不同类型的单皂和复皂润滑脂，测定了其理化性能。采用分子模拟技术对润滑脂滴点进行了初步预测，并计算了润滑脂中各种金属皂分子间氢键键长和分子体积模量。结果表明，复合钙皂和复合锂皂的分子体积模量分别大于钙皂和锂皂的分子体积模量。金属皂分子体积模量与其所形成的润滑脂的滴点呈对应关系，即分子体积模量大的，其形成的润滑脂滴点也高，反之则反。采用分子模拟技术可以从分子的层次指导润滑脂的研究。

高强度钢的Zn—Ti合金新镀层

本文研究了一种Ｚｎ－Ｔｉ合金新镀层，经盐水浸泡、中性盐雾和大气暴露试验结果试验，其耐蚀明显超过镀Ｚｎ层，并与镀Ｃｄ层相近，用缺口持久拉伸试验检验氢脆性，拉伸持续时间超过２００ｈ，达到原航空部部颁标准（ＨＢ５０６７－８５），该镀层适用于高强度钢防护。
