欠平衡钻井技术及其应用与发展

着重介绍了欠平衡钻井的适用范围、关键技术、特殊工具、钻井工艺要求以及一些在古潜山大缝裂缝性储层中的应用实例,并对欠平衡钻井技术的发展进行了展望。这对国内进一步开展欠平衡钻井技术工作(特别是对于古潜山大缝裂缝性储层)具有一定的借鉴之处。     

Free vibration of partially supported piles with the effects of bending moment, axial and shear force

The pile parts above the soil and embedded in the soil are called the first region and the second region, respectively. The fourth order partial differential equations of both regions for free vibration of partially supported pile subjected to bending moment, axial force and shear force are obtained using the small-displacement theory and the Winkler model. It is assumed that the behavior of the material is linear-elastic, and that axial force along the pile length and modulus of subgrade reaction for the second region to be constant. Shear effect is included in the partial differential equations by the second derivative of the elastic curve function with respect to shear deformation. Natural circular frequencies and relative stiffness of the pile are calculated for non-trivial solution of linear homogeneous system of equations obtained due to the values of axial forces acting on the pile, the shape factors, and the boundary conditions of the pile with both ends free and both ends simply supported; the results are presented in graphs.     

可循环泡沫钻井液在宝302井欠平衡井段的应用

介绍了可循环泡沫钻井液的配方，性能及在宝302井欠平衡井段中的应用情况，结果表明该体系悬浮和携岩能力强，抗高温，抗污染效果好，能够满足宝南区块深井欠平衡压力钻井的需要，且保护油气层效果好，同时，这也是国内首次将可循环泡沫钻井液成功应用于井泥岩及煤层井，拓宽了泡沫钻井液的应用范围。     

新型高温高密度W/O乳化钻井液的研制

研制了油包水乳化钻井液的基本配方，评价了其抑制性，热稳定性，以及抗水侵污能力，抗钻屑侵污能力，抗水泥侵污能力。现场应用表明，该体系具有较强的抑制作用，能很好地稳定井壁，保护油气层。     

Discrete singular convolution and its application to the analysis of plates with internal supports. Part 2: Applications

Part 2 of this series of two papers presents the applications of the discrete singular convolution (DSC) algorithm. The main purpose of this paper is to explore the utility, test the accuracy and examine the convergence of the proposed approach for the vibration analysis of rectangular plates with internal supports. Both partial internal line supports and complex internal supports are considered for 21 square plates of various combinations of edge support conditions. The effects of different size, shape and topology of the internal supports and different boundary conditions on the vibration response of plates are investigated. The partial internal line supports may vary from a central point support to a full range of cross or diagonal line supports. Several closed‐loop supports, such as ring, square and rhombus, and their combinations are studied for complex internal supports. Convergence and comparison studies are carried out to establish the correctness and accuracy of the DSC algorithm. The DSC results are compared with those in the available literature obtained by using other methods. Numerical results indicate that the DSC algorithm exhibits controllable accuracy for plate analysis and shows excellent flexibility in handling complex geometries, boundary conditions and support conditions. 船用低速五缸柴油机推进轴系扭振性能的改进与计算

国内的低速柴油机制造厂 ,船舶设计部门、造船厂和船东好象已经有一种共识 :艉机舱推进轴系使用低速五缸柴油机作主机时 ,都要用扭振减振器。但是 ,只要在设计时合理选用柴油机转速 ,并采用高强度低合金钢来制造中间轴 ,这类轴系大部分是不需要扭振减振器的。

本文探讨了水声隐身性能对舰船战技术性能的影响 ,舰船水噪声的主要噪声源、水噪声的治理措施及其展望。     

大长径比自旋弹箭横向自振特性的有限元计算方法与结果分析

本文研究大长径比自旋弹箭在飞行时横向振动的自振特性。本文将转子动力学应用于弹道学 ,采用有限元法 ,建立自旋弹箭横向振动自振特性方程。同时给出了计算方法。利用该方程和该方法 ,开发了相应的计算程序。通过数值计算 ,可给出细长旋转弹箭飞行时的进动转速和临界转速 ,以及相应的位移和角度振型。利用该程序 ,进行了实例计算和分析。     

45钢表面超音速电弧喷涂Ti-Al涂层的组织与性能研究

采用自行开发研制的超音速电弧喷设备，在45钢表面制成了钛铝合金复合涂层。并利用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、电子探针，对涂层的成分、相结构、显微组织及其结合强度、显微硬度进行了研究。结果表明，利用超音速电弧喷涂设备，可以在45钢表面形成 度高、孔隙率低，结合强度较好和硬度高的Ti-Al合金涂层。
