目的研究SiO_2含量对钛合金表面激光熔覆梯度生物陶瓷涂层生物活性的影响。方法利用激光熔覆技术,采用梯度成分设计思想,固定涂层中稀土氧化物La_2O_3的添加量,在钛合金TC4表面制备了掺杂不同含量SiO_2的梯度生物陶瓷涂层。采用金相显微镜(OM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、噻唑蓝(MTT)及荧光素双醋酸酯(FDA)染色等测试手段,研究了SiO_2含量对激光熔覆制备梯度涂层的组织结构和生物活性的影响。结果 SiO_2在激光熔覆过程中可以降低梯度生物陶瓷涂层的开裂敏感性,并起到细化晶粒的作用。当SiO_2掺杂量为2.5%时,激光熔覆过程中诱导合成的HA+CaTiO_3数量最大;当SiO_2掺杂量为7.5%时,模拟体液(SBF)实验表明,涂层的矿化沉积能力最强。MTT测试表明,SiO_2掺杂量为7.5%的涂层细胞增殖数量的OD值最大,细胞能够紧贴涂层表面生长。FDA染色分析表明,SiO_2掺杂量为7.5%的涂层上细胞数量最多,且分布均匀。结论 SiO_2掺杂量深刻影响着生物活性陶瓷相HA和Ca_2SiO_4数量,进而影响生物陶瓷涂层的生物活性。SiO_2掺杂量为7.5%的涂层具有最佳的生物相容性及生物活性。 相似文献

借助XRD及SEM对TC4钛合金表面激光熔覆陶瓷涂层的组织结构进行了研究。结果表明,该涂层为含HA等钙磷基复合相结构,其组织具有择优取向,有序分布的胞状微晶特征,晶内局部区域有细小粒状物析出,晶界存在第二相,涂层与基体界面为化学冶金结合。该涂层提高了与自然生物硬组织组织结构特性的相似程度。 相似文献

Local antimicrobial delivery is a potential area of research conceptualized to provide alternative and better methods of treatment for cases, as osteomyelitis where avascular zones prevent the delivery of drugs from conventional routes of administration. Drug-loaded polymers and calcium phosphates as hydroxyapatites have been tried earlier. Bioactive glasses are bone-filling materials used for space management in orthopedic and dental surgery. A new bioactive glass (SSS2) was synthesized and fabricated into porous scaffold with a view to provide prolonged local delivery of gatifloxacin and fluconazole as suitable for the treatment of osteomyelitis. The new SSS2 was characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analyses. In addition, the bioactivity of the SSS2 glass and resulting scaffold was examined by in vitro acellular method and ascertained by FTIR and XRD. The pore size distribution was analysed by mercury intrusion porosimetry and the release of drugs from scaffolds were studied in vitro. The glass and the resulting scaffolds were bioactive indicating that they can bond with bone in vivo. The scaffolds were porous with pores predominantly in the range of 10–60 µm, released the drugs effectively for 6 weeks and deemed suitable for local delivery of drugs to treat osteomyelitis. 相似文献

HAp和SiO2的混合粉末压制成型后,在1200℃下烧结得到含5.0%(质量分数)SiO2的HAp/SiO2生物陶瓷复合材料。烧结体的XRD及FT-IR分析结果表明,SiO2的添加促进了HAp发生热分解。其主要物相为α-TCP、HAp、Ca2P2O7以及生物玻璃(bioglass,BG)等。体外生物活性实验结果显示,样品浸泡在模拟体液(SBF)中24h后,表面出现花瓣状磷灰石沉积物,72h后进而生成板状沉积物,120h后在样品表面覆盖了较厚的类骨磷灰石层,经XRD测试分析表明,该层主要为碳酸羟基磷灰石(HCA)。制备的HAp-5.0%(质量分数)SiO2生物陶瓷复合材料具有比纯HAp更加优越的体外生物活性,可期待作为一种新的骨修复材料。 相似文献

Synthetic calcium hydroxyapatite (HAP, Ca10 (PO4)6 (OH)2) is a well-known bioceramic material used in orthopedic and dental applications because of its excellent biocompatibility and bone-bonding ability due to its structural and compositional similarity to human bone. Here we report, for the first time, the synthesis of HAP by combustion employing tartaric acid as a fuel. Calcium nitrate is used as the source of calcium and diammonium hydrogen phosphate serves as the source of phosphate ions. Reaction processing parameters such as the pH, fuel-oxidant ratio and autoignition temperature are controlled and monitored. The products were characterized by powder x-ray diffraction, which revealed the formation of a hexagonal hydroxyapatite phase. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) spectra showed that the substitution of a carbonate ion occurs at the phosphate site. The morphology of the particles was imaged by scanning electron microscopy, which also revealed that the particles are of submicron size. Thermal analysis showed that the phase formation takes place at the time of combustion. Surface area and porosity analysis showed that the surface area is high and that the pores are of nanometer size. The mean grain size of the HAP powder, determined by the Debye–Scherrer formula, is in the range 20–30 nm. Chemical analyses to determine the Ca : P atomic ratio in synthesized ceramics were performed, and it was found to be 1 : 1.66. 相似文献
