挤扩支盘桩在福建省防震减灾中心大楼的应用

结合工程实例阐述挤扩支盘桩施工质量控制和技术措施,对施工过程出现的异常情况提出对策,为类似工程提供借鉴。     

Barrier layer effect of tantalum on the electromigration in sputtered copper films on hydrogen silsesguioxane and SiO2

As IC devices scale down to the submicron level, the resistance-capacitance (RC) time delays are the limitation to circuit speed. A solution is to use low dielectric constant materials and low resistivity materials. In this work, the influence of underlying barrier Ta on the electromigration (EM) of Cu on hydrogen silsesquioxane (HSQ) and SiO₂ substrates was investigated. The presence of a Ta barrier not only improves the adhesion between Cu and dielectrics, but also enhances the crystallinity of Cu film and improves the Cu electromigration resistance. The activation energy obtained suggests a grain boundary migration mechanism and the current exponent calculated indicates the Joule heating effect.

A study on UV-curable coatings for HD-DVD: Primer and top coats

This study relates to the development of coatings for optical discs in high-density digital versatile disc systems (HD-DVD or blue lay disk) that use a high numerical aperture of 0.85 at 405 nm wavelength and have a protective top layer over a primer layer for protection against damage and dust. Ultraviolet-curable raw materials of two acrylic monofunctional monomers ( isobornylacrylate, IBA and tetrahydrofurfurylacrylate, THFA) and two kinds of urethaneacrylate oligomers (OUMD and OUME) have been easily mixed with photoinitiators. Curing rate of these materials was characterized by FT-IR. In case of top coats, VTES (vinyltriethoxysilane) and acrylic acid were added to enhance the abrasion resistance. These two kinds of UV-curable resinous materials having no solvent were synthesized and investigated as means for making a blue ray disk having good optical and mechanical properties. In addition, dynamic characteristics including reflectivity, fluctuation of RF signal and noise level were also investigated.     

三维精细积分法地震正演及边界条件

 将任意差分精细积分法用于三维波动方程地震正演，关键在于如何消除数值计算中有限波场区域边界引起的边界反射。文中采用Berenger给出的电磁波完全匹配层吸收边界条件，推导出三维波动方程任意差分精细积分法地震正演的完全匹配层吸收边界条件计算公式，并给出了完全匹配层吸收边界条件算例。计算结果表明，此方法压制边界反射效果明显。三维波动方程地震正演模拟实例表明，完全匹配层吸收边界条件的任意差分精细积分法为复杂区地震波传播规律研究提供了一种实用的正演模拟工具     

垫层载荷试验应注意的几个问题

介绍了垫层上载荷试验的类型，通过工程实例对不同类型垫层上的载荷试验应注意的问题进行了分析和探讨，这对通过载荷试验确定双层地基承载力具有一定的实际意义，可供同类工程参考借鉴。     

溅渣护炉工艺探讨

从炉渣对炉衬和溅渣层的侵蚀机理入手,提出了兼顾冶金和溅渣双重效果的直接造渣工艺,探讨了终渣碱度、MgO、FeO含量等的调整范围,分析了溅渣操作中枪位、时间等的控制和炉底上涨的原因,以期更好地运用溅渣护炉技术。     

以不同PAN系炭纤维布制备燃料电池气体扩散层之研究

采用石墨化PAN系炭纤维布制备了高分子电解质燃料电池气体扩散层。通过电学实验、X-ray绕射与元素分析考察了所制气体扩散层的性能。结果表明：随热处理温度的升高，气体扩散层的电阻率降低，L2增加，d（x）2减小。高温处理后的炭纤维布作为高分子电解质燃料电池气体扩散层显示了较高的电池效能。     

Influence of the Preheat Treatment on the Microstructure and Properties of X37CrMoV5-1 Steel

The technological properties of the hot-work tool steels depend on their microstructural quality induced by the production process and the heat treatment. One of the frequently applied methods to improve microstructure is preheat treatment. The treatment of carbonitriding X37CrMoV5-1 steel has been investigated in fluidized bed furnaces. Thickness and phase composition have been conducted using optical microscopy Neophot 32 and scanning microscopy, JEOL 5400, after etching in nital.     

织构对铟凸点剪切强度的影响

制作了2种形式的铟凸点：即直接蒸发沉积的铟柱和将铟柱回流得到的铟球。同时对比了铟柱和铟球2种凸点的剪切强度，测试结果表明铟球剪切强度为5.6MPa，铟柱的剪切强度为1.9MPa，前者约为后者的2.9倍。对铟凸点微观结构的X光衍射分析发现：铟柱剪切强度低是织构弱化所致；铟球剪切强度高是由于回流破坏了铟柱的理想（101）丝织构模式，从而提高了铟球的剪切强度。
