重钢预应力SWRH82B盘条的生产分析

介绍采用150 mm×150 mm连铸坯、高速线材轧机生产Φ12.5 mm规格预应力82B盘条的试生产情况,对试生产中出现的问题进行分析,并提出了改进意见.     

Longitudinal crack on slab surface at straightening stage during continuous casting using finite element method

Deformation behavior of slab at the straightening stage during continuous casting was simulated by the explicit dynamic finite element method, and the stress distribution along the width direction of the slab and its change regularity at slab center during continuous casting were obtained. The influence of distribution and change of stress on the propagation of longitudinal cracks on slab surface was discussed. The results show that the tensional stress appears on slab surface at the inner arc side and the compressive stress appears on slab surface at the outer arc side at stages 6-8 in straightening zone during continuous casting. Longitudinal cracks generally appear on slab top surface and do not appear on slab bottom surface, which are also observed in industry.     

基于CAFE法的单晶铜杆热型连铸过程晶体生长模拟

基于元胞自动机(CA)和有限元(FE)耦合法对单晶铜杆热型连铸过程中晶粒生长及演化过程进行了模拟,获得了稳定状态下铸棒内温度分布及液固相界面的位置和形态,模拟了连铸初期沿热流方向细小等轴晶快速合并形成柱状晶的过程,采用截面形态和极图法分析了定向凝固条件下各个生长时刻的晶粒形貌和晶粒生长取向以及晶粒竞争生长过程中的快速淘汰和慢速淘汰阶段,为热型连铸工艺优化提供了依据。     

Water modeling of molten steel flow in a multi-strand tundish with gas blowing

Fluid flow characteristics in a four-strand tundish with gas blowing were studied by water modeling experiments.It is found that gas blowing can greatly improve the flow characteristics in the tundish with a turbulence inhibitor.It dramatically increases the peak concentration time,and greatly decreases the dead volume,and reduces the minimum residence time.The gas blowing location,gas flow rate,and porous plug area greatly influence the flow characteristics in the tundish;the gas blowing location near t...     

GCr15轴承钢连铸过程中热物性参数的研究

借鉴前人实验数据,采用一定的数学方法,对轴承钢的热物性参数进行了研究.结果表明：GCr15轴承钢的液相线温度为1 465.7℃,固相线温度为1 328.4℃,零强度温度为1 380℃左右,零塑性温度为1 330℃左右;在固相区、液固两相区、液相区分别采用不同的公式进行处理,可使结果更加准确,还避免了奇异性.研究结果可为轴承钢连铸工艺有限元模拟提供基础.     

Surface turbulence in a physical model of a steel thin slab continuous caster

In the thin slab continuous casting (TSCC) of steel, the issue of optimum fluid flow is very important due to higher casting speeds and has direct influence on the formation of solidified shells and the quality of final products. 食用色素对壳聚糖改性纤维染色性能的研究

为了研制符合食品包装要求的彩色防水纸浆模塑制品,选用食用色素对壳聚糖处理后的纸浆纤维进行染色,并在染色纸浆中加入防水剂H,讨论了防水剂质量分数对纸浆纤维防水效果和染色效果的影响。结果表明,染色温度为60℃,染料用量为0.6%(对绝干浆质量),染浴pH=3.5的条件下染色效果较好。结合生产实际,可进行常温染色,上染率达71.43%,褪色率为7.12%。防水剂的加入除能明显提高纸模制品的湿环压强度外还能改善其染色效果,添加量为5%(对绝干浆质量)时,纸模可达到较好的湿环压强度,上染率可提高到79.30%,褪色率降低为0.31%。     

8407模具钢表面渗铝的研究

为了防止模具表面产生热疲劳裂纹,通过冷喷涂在8407钢试样表面形成了一层铝涂层,再进行扩散处理,在试样表面形成了渗层.通过理论分析确定低温渗铝的工艺参数,并与渗铝实验进行检验,重点研究了扩散温度和扩散时间对渗层质量的影响.结果表明,8407钢经过冷喷涂铝后再进行扩散处理能够实现低温渗铝.在550℃下扩散4 h左右形成的渗层质量比较理想.     

Solidification and crystallization properties of CaO-SiO2-Na2O based mold fluxes

Crystallization properties play an important role in keeping a smooth running of continuous casting process and high sur-face quality of cast strands. To reduce fluorine pollution in slag, a new type of CaO-SiO2-Na2O (CSN) based mold flux was studied. The solidification and crystallization properties, including crystallization temperature, crystallization ratio and solidification minera-graphy, were measured, which were compared with the CaO-SiO2-CaF2 (GF) mold flux. The results show that the crystallization performance is equal to the high fluoride mold powder and CSN can be used for peritectic steel grades sensitive to longitudinal cracking in continuous casting.     

Temperature distribution and dynamic control of secondary cooling in slab continuous casting

To predict and optimize the temperature distribution of slab continuous casting in steady operational state, a three-dimensional model (named offline model) based on the heat transfer and solidification theories was developed.
