A study of the influence of lanthanum fluoride on the tribological properties of bonded solid film lubricants and its mechanism of function

The influence of lanthanum fluoride (LaF₃) on the characteristics of phenolepoxy-bonded MoS₂ dry films was investigated. The functional mechanism was specifically studied using several analytical means. The results showed that the wear life of dry films containing a certain amount of LaF₃ was considerably increased over that of the films without LaF₃. However, the effect of LaF₃ on the friction coefficient of the dry films was shown to be negligible. It was found that the addition of LaF₃ is effective in reducing the oxidation tendency of MoS₂ in the films during the friction process. The reason for this is investigated by the authors.     

Antiwear properties of complex compounds of Sn(II) and Sn(IV) in lubrication of a bronze-steel contact

The wear characteristics of metal-organic chelate additives containing tin bonded to aliphatic dicarboxylic acids were investigated on a reciprocating motion test machine in lubrication of a steel-bronze contact. It was found that both the valence state of the tin and the chain lengths of the dicarboxylic acids affected the wear results. All the compounds reduce wear effectively and, at pressures below 1.76 MPa, they assure zero ZDTP and SnDTP additives in the steel-steel concentrated contact using the standard four-ball machine.     

盘磨机磨盘磨损检测技术的研究

在大功率磨浆机内部高速、高压、高温条件下实时检测磨盘间隙,是一项十分艰巨而复杂的工作。本文基于同步磨损检测的思想,提出了利用磨损检测棒检测磨盘磨损量的新方法,并详细叙述了磨损检测棒的内部结构、安装方法及检测机理,为盘磨机磨盘间隙检测提供了一条新途径。     

基于有限元分析的级进模拉深工序优化设计

提出了基于有限元分析的级进模拉深工序优化设计方法,用该方法对一个带有侧冲孔和商标印的圆筒件级进模的拉深工序进行了优化设计。根据经验公式该圆筒件需要两次才能拉深成形,而有限元分析结果显示该圆筒件在一定工艺条件下能一次拉深成形。优化设计使该零件的拉深次数从两次减少到一次,缩小了级进模尺寸。该圆筒件级进模的成功试产证明了基于有限元分析的拉深工序优化设计是正确的。     

偏心圆机构系统磨损的数值仿真建模

磨损寿命预测、状态监测及参数优化设计是摩擦副系统的磨损过程中的三大难点。本文基于离散数学理论和计算机技术提出了平底从动件偏心圆机构系统磨损的数值仿真模型,可用于解决平底从动件偏心圆机构系统的磨损问题。     

合金溜槽堆焊焊条的研制

研究了一种新型合金溜槽堆焊焊条,用堆焊的方法修复已经磨损的溜槽以及在低碳钢槽体表面堆焊耐磨层。制造出新型高耐磨性的合金槽体。经反复试验筑得了较为理想的焊条药皮配方,所设计的新焊条不但具有较佳的工艺性能。而且堆焊层中合金元素的含量达到了设计要求,试验结果表明,在冲蚀磨损和磨料磨损的条件下,堆焊层具有良好的耐磨性能。     

压穿断层完善井网的可行性探讨

通常情况下,复杂断块油气田中的细小断层十分发育,单井单块的情况在一些油田经常遇到。那么在一定的地质条件下,能否在生产过程中通过压裂改造的方式,打破断层限制、完善注采井网,实现区块的整体注采开发呢？通过一个典型的生产实例,从油井见效原因、生产动态情况及地质构造等方面进行了阐述,并提出了具体建议,对压穿断层注水开发的可行性进行探讨。     

Erosive wear of selected metals in coal washing environments

A slurry erosive wear apparatus developed by the authors has been used to test the erosive wear behaviour of selected metals in coal washing environments. The erosive wear test machine was employed to determine the effects of (1) carbon content in carbon steels, (2) chromium content in alloy steels, and (3) corrosion of aqueous solutions on the erosive wear behaviour of metals. The test results revealed that the carbon content in annealed carbon steels slightly affects the erosive wear resistance of metals, while the increase in chromium content of alloy steels apparently improves the erosive wear resistance of metals and, when a corrosion inhibitor is added to slurries, the erosive wear rates of metals reduces significantly. Two types of micro-mechanism were deduced from the observation of eroded surfaces by SEM: (1) local exfoliation, and (2) micro-cutting. The corrosion inhibitor can alter the micro-mechanism from local exfoliation to micro-cutting. The analyses show that the erosive wear of selected metals in slurries results from the synergistic effects of wear by solid particles plus fluid corrosion.

交联聚乙烯电缆的绝缘挤制工序现多采用三层共挤连续交联型机组。这种型式的交联机组一般都有长达约200 m的交联管,所以该机组每次启车费用惊人。如果实现相邻规格导线不停车换模具而连续挤制,这就减少了启停车次数,大大降低材料的消耗,从而降低电缆的制造成本。
